Two FBI officials who had knowledge of the Hunter Biden laptop in 2020 and who alerted Facebook to potential Russian disinformation are Democrat donors, court filings and campaign finance records show.

The unit chief for the FBI’s Foreign Influence Task Force, Laura Dehmlow, and the head of the FBI’s San Francisco cyber division, Elvis Chan, were likely engaged in suppressing Facebook’s distribution of the story on the platform, the Washington Free Beacon reported from court filings.

Dehmlow contributed $60 to the Democrat Neonatal Committee in 2020, while Chan gave $50 to Democrat Sens. Jon Ossoff (D-GA) and Raphael Warnock (D-GA) during their 2020 Senate races, campaign finance records show.

The donations raise questions as to whether the FBI officials were working in an official capacity with partisan intentions during the 2020 election cycle when Breitbart News’s Emma-Jo Morris first reported the authenticated, verified, and confirmed “Laptop from Hell” story in the New York Post.

The FBI was in possession of the laptop for over a year before the Post published the story.

Meta chief Mark Zuckerberg acknowledged in August that Facebook had reduced the distribution of the story on his platform. Zuckerberg admitted the FBI had told the company to be aware of potential Russian disinformation that would hurt President Joe Biden’s presidential campaign.

Except it wasn't disinformation and the FBI knew that.

Denial is no longer possible: FBI headquarters not only pumped up the Russiagate scandal knowing none of the “evidence” held up, it then turned around to help deep-six actual evidence of Hunter Biden crimes that tainted now-President Joe Biden ahead of the 2020 election.

The latest revelations come from special counsel John Durham’s prosecution of “Steele dossier” gofer Igor Danchenko. Specifically, disgraced FBI analyst Brian Auten testified that the FBI dangled $1 million for Christopher Steele to verify at least part of his package of allegations against President Donald Trump — all of which, we now know, came from Danchenko’s water-cooler gossip with pals in DC.

That is, the FBI was on a Hail Mary quest to verify the dossier even as it was touting the specious material as evidence of Trump’s Moscow misdeeds, including getting a national security court OK to surveil ex-Trumpie Carter Page. The FBI and Justice Department were lying in sworn documents shared with the court and other federal agencies. ...

FBI headquarters intervened deceptively to shield Hunter (and Joe), after illegally intervening to kneecap Trump. It’s there in black and white. But Durham’s only exposed the rot; it’s up to the American people to demand a housecleaning.

I agree that the FBI has to do something because Hunter's corruption is so open and extreme, but of course they will limit the indictment to something relatively small, and not even mention the selling of the office of Vice President and President to Ukraine and China by Joe via Hunter.

By deflecting from the major crimes by going after the relatively trivial crimes, the FBI will prove itself irredeemably corrupt once again, I'm sure.

The DOJ will come to some sort of plea bargain deal with Hunter that is a slap on the wrist. In doing so they will release him from any other crimes he may have committed.

The FBI could do this with confidential informants and / or criminals who they are about to arrest. The FBI offers a deal to them if they do what the FBI wants them to do.

After all the FBI was going to pay someone $1 million to corroborate a J Edgar Hoover file or dirt file on Trump.

If the Repubs win at least the House of Representatives, I hope they have a hearing into this $1 million hit job on Trump.

How did “JB” & Company imagine that a wide-open border along with big cash gifts to border-jumpers was going to play with the economically sore-beset public? It’s pretty inconceivable to me that he will quit the operation after the two seemingly lame cases against attorney Michael Sussmann and Brookings errand boy Igor Danchenko — both failures to gain convictions. What Mr. Durham did accomplish in those exercises was to get a whole lot of testimony submitted as evidence (that is, on-the-record) implicating the higher ranks of the FBI and the DOJ in all that malicious and illegal nonsense — perhaps enough to bring cases against the glaringly obvious true culprits such as James Comey, Andrew McCabe, Peter Strzok and the rest of the Crossfire Hurricane gang. Turns out the “Disinformation Governance Board” was already going on before they told us about it. The US Intelligence Community were giving orders to social media companies on moderation. Instructing them what to label as “mis/disinformation”, see below via The Intercept.

This directly altered the outcome of the 2020 elections. The Dems have been screaming “election interference” since 2016, while they simultaneously weaponized the powers of the FBI and DHS to feed LIES to social media companies to run cover for Biden leading up to 2020. Most significant of note was undoubtedly the censorship of the Hunter Biden Laptop story, which has since been confirmed to be true…

We saw the New York Post poll of voters back in August, 79% believe the outcome of the 2020 election would have been different if there was truthful reporting about the Hunter Biden Laptop.

The fallen angel Anthony Fauci and power-hungry apparatchiks throughout the land destroyed businesses, ruined nearly two years of education and socialization for children, made it impossible to visit your dying grandmother, go to the beach or to church or celebrate your favorite nephew’s birthday. Nor are they going to forget what the FBI has done and is doing to us. What they indicate is an agency that has gone rogue and should be dismantled. This has been a theme sounding for more than a years now. Roger L. Simon, writing for the Epoch Times, said that the FBI, like ancient Carthage, must be destroyed. Holman Jenkins, writing for the Wall Street Journal, said that the agency had to be abolished. I’ve argued the same case several times, here, for example, and here. In my column for the December Speccie, I suggest that FBI be relocated to Kansas City and have its budget cut by 75 percent. “Then,” I write, “it should be taken apart altogether,” not least because “a national police is probably unconstitutional certainly un-American”

With few exceptions, the consensus is that the Bureau is beyond reformation or reclamation.

I doubt that the Republicans will do the real work needed to eliminate the FBI and prosecute its corrupt "leadership" for their blatant and ongoing crimes against America, but it's nice to hope.
