Odd that a billionaire power couple that are real estate moguls would balk on student loan forgiveness. No student loans to pay would mean more ability to get loans to buy real estate. Of course, they may not want the precedence of loan contracts willingly signed by adults being negated in favor of the borrower. That would dry up the mortgage industry and plummet real estate prices.
