There is nothing more than this case to demonstrate how off the mark most Democrats are. Alan Dershowitz unleashed on the media and the prosecutor and heavily defended the judge, citing that the judge was making rulings consistent with existing law and the constituation.

Rittenhouse has more options than the prosecutors.


He can be found innocent on all charges, he can get time served for disturbing the peace, he may be found guilty, but the Judge will grant the mistrial motion that was successfully filed. Remember they continued the trial in "Good Faith" good faith that Kyle wins an acquittal.

This is why I think he walks on all charges. No blacks or POC were shot. They had previous criminal records. They were the aggressors. Kyle RAN from them. He could have shot many other people. This whole deal should have never gone to trial. It's all political theater.

I also think it was malpractice for the Defense to have allowed the Prosecution to change the charges, and start making Infraction pick and choose after the Trial, and they realized their whole case evaporated before their eyes. There should be no lesser charges to ponder, the State brought Murder charges against Kyle, Kyles defense should have made them stick to their guns. Also if he was convicted on those, it would be easier to retro fit, an appeal case, on the grounds, that his Civil rights were violated during the trial.
I think if he gets a man slaughter rap, the judge in the appeal will tell him, "It's 5 or 7 years deal with it. "

Or he may be found guilty on one serious charge, and guilty of the lesser charges on the other two.

I don't see him ever winning an appeal on lesser charges. There will be the same uproar if he's acquitted as he gets lesser charges. So no judge will want risk months of riots and CHAZ zones set up in Wisconsin, protected by Merick Garland and his Stasi Fascist brownshirts. As I expect riots if he gets the lesser charges, or found not guilty on none of it.
The judge wont want to risk and even bigger riot by freeing him.

The Judge will see Kyle doing 5 to 7 years, as for the greater good, rather than reversing it. Where he may consider over turning the conviction if his life is on the line, or he gets a life sentence charge.

A guy I used to work with…his nephew was 14 and got attacked by a guy with a skateboard. The guy whacked him with the skateboard and put the kid in the hospital for over 3 months and with permanent physical damage. The attacker got 15 years in state prison for it.

i fear the jurors will consider this, which is not justice, but mob rule. A just solution would be to call it as it is, and issue shoot on sight orders to the National Guard. Remember in the old Westerns, the courageous sheriff did not hand over the prisoner to the lynch mob.

The good news is, if he is found not guilty, and George Soros sends in the Rental Pinkerton Brownshirts to Riot, Burn, Loot and Murder.

There won't be CHAZ zones in Wisconsin, I can promise you that. BLM and Antifa have no leverage or want to riot. There would be no gain for either party. Plus as we saw from this case Wisconsin is very much a gun owning state. Kyle round 2 is only a moment away if people want to do stupid shit.

I think it was malpractice that the Defense didn't show some of the videos of the violence going on in Kenosha on that day.
Them bringing their guns had everything to do with the violence on the news and on Youtube at the time.

Also Richards, didn't ask his graphics guy to lasso out Rittenhouse, in the video the prosecutor was trying to enhance. So they could prove, that the 10 pixels the prosecutor wanted to enhance shared missing pixels with background detail and even Kyles body itself. They allowed the Prosecution to make the objection about pixel color changing or being added. When in reality it was about missing pixels and why they should have stayed missing. Unless it's a 360 mega pixel camera. Distant objects will not have any detail. To try to enhance it to have it, is to create it. That's what graphics people paid to do.

It's actually gonna be above average tomorrow temp wise early in the day. After late tomorrow afternoon though the temps are gonna drop below average. I also don't know rioters, so not sure how much temperature moves the needle. BLM is kind of a non-issue in all this anyway. No blacks were shot by Kyle. Antifa would be the only logical presence. White people are generally okay with cold weather if need be. I can't see there being any drama either way.
