I'd be shocked if anything happened. If 12 jurors find him innocent, then due process has occurred. If it does turn into riots, this is purely Joe Biden's fault if he doesn't protect the city of Kenosha. His "people" are the ones rioting. Get them under control.

Also, this was a separate incident from what the riot was about initially and no blacks were shot. I'd be pretty surprised if there's outrage that reaches riot level. Although the news cycle has been pretty mundane lately, so maybe this gets hyped to get clicks.

Agreed. That group is too passive though in all honesty. I'm part of that group. I'd love to riot, but I have morals and don't want to kill people or destroy their businesses. Only time I'll do that is if you fuck with my family. The left knows this.

If Kyle is convicted the left knows we'll be even more passive because we don't wan to risk our future like Kyle did. "If I try to stop people committing crimes I'll go to jail." Twilight Zone. Vigilantism has drawbacks for sure, but Kyle was doing the right thing no matter how one wants to look at it.

Too law abiding. We have guns but won’t use them. Because system is built to keep us under control. They used blm to beat us while protecting blm.

There is nothing more than this case to demonstrate how off the mark most Democrats are. Alan Dershowitz unleashed on the media and the prosecutor and heavily defended the judge, citing that the judge was making rulings consistent with existing law and the constituation.

Rittenhouse walks. Not guilty on all charges. And about to be very very rich.

Rittenhouse has more options than the prosecutors.


He can be found innocent on all charges, he can get time served for disturbing the peace, he may be found guilty, but the Judge will grant the mistrial motion that was successfully filed. Remember they continued the trial in "Good Faith" good faith that Kyle wins an acquittal.

This is why I think he walks on all charges. No blacks or POC were shot. They had previous criminal records. They were the aggressors. Kyle RAN from them. He could have shot many other people. This whole deal should have never gone to trial. It's all political theater.

I also think it was malpractice for the Defense to have allowed the Prosecution to change the charges, and start making Infraction pick and choose after the Trial, and they realized their whole case evaporated before their eyes. There should be no lesser charges to ponder, the State brought Murder charges against Kyle, Kyles defense should have made them stick to their guns. Also if he was convicted on those, it would be easier to retro fit, an appeal case, on the grounds, that his Civil rights were violated during the trial.
I think if he gets a man slaughter rap, the judge in the appeal will tell him, "It's 5 or 7 years deal with it. "

Or he may be found guilty on one serious charge, and guilty of the lesser charges on the other two.

I don't see him ever winning an appeal on lesser charges. There will be the same uproar if he's acquitted as he gets lesser charges. So no judge will want risk months of riots and CHAZ zones set up in Wisconsin, protected by Merick Garland and his Stasi Fascist brownshirts. As I expect riots if he gets the lesser charges, or found not guilty on none of it.
The judge wont want to risk and even bigger riot by freeing him.

The Judge will see Kyle doing 5 to 7 years, as for the greater good, rather than reversing it. Where he may consider over turning the conviction if his life is on the line, or he gets a life sentence charge.

A guy I used to work with…his nephew was 14 and got attacked by a guy with a skateboard. The guy whacked him with the skateboard and put the kid in the hospital for over 3 months and with permanent physical damage. The attacker got 15 years in state prison for it.

i fear the jurors will consider this, which is not justice, but mob rule. A just solution would be to call it as it is, and issue shoot on sight orders to the National Guard. Remember in the old Westerns, the courageous sheriff did not hand over the prisoner to the lynch mob.
