Jury Selection: Prosecutors demand List of Donors who contributed to his defense fund with excuse they need it to exclude Jurists.



Prosecutors have demanded that a judge force Kyle Rittenhouse's defense team to turn over the names of everyone who donated to his legal funds or purchased the teen's merchandise.

In an August 17 court filing reviewed by Insider, prosecutors said it's likely that some of the people who donated to Rittenhouse are residents in Kenosha, Wisconsin, and therefore potentially part of the jury pool for his trial.

There are very few rednecks in that area. You have to get South of 80 in IL, West of 39 in IL and North of 94(ish) in WI. Are there rednecks? Sure. But the boundaries I give are mostly affluent white people, Chicago aside. And laborers who aren't really redneck, but might have a gun.

My wife and I know the region very well, from St. Louis, MO up to Duluth, MN. Technically we're familiar all the way down to the Panhandle of FL. Rittenhouse is far, far away from being a redneck. Not saying that's what you mean, it's just the region is not really redneck for the most part where I live.

I think Kyle had a malfunction when the carbine cycled after he shredded skate board boi's blood pump. Bicep Boi said that Kyle "racked" the rifle. What I think he meant is that Kyle pulled the charging handle back to clear a malfunction and get the carbine back in working order.

I can see how Kyle turned the carbine on its side to look at the ejection port while sitting on the ground. This is classic AR15 manual of arms 101. Kyle demonstrated a good degree of competence in operating the carbine.

LOL! Youtube can't produce any Kyle damning videos, so they aren't promoting any highlights or prognosticating videos, just the unedited 3 plus hours.

But the Death of Ahmaud Arbery trial on the other hand, they've got millions of segmented videos highlighting the Racist Killer narrative for them. Or at least no Prosecution witnesses haven't destroyed the prosecution's argument as of yet.

They quickly repainted themselves as "democracy supporters" and most continued writing crap, only from different ideological perspective. Why do you think a (journal)whore would care who pays?
A few honest ones were the ones who got in trouble already in Soviet times but they were not that influential afterwards since they usually did not tow the new party line.

I'm no expert, but I can never keep my mouth shut:

There are explosive bullets (don't think they are legal - but they DO exist), but the difference is subtle I would argue. The reason you use a hollow point is to guarantee that you kill the animal by making a huge wound.

Being hit with a bullet is bad enough but you can have a relatively clean entry and exit wound, a hollow point basically expands once you're hit, and you will NOT have a clean exit wound, if it exits at all.

I don't understand what the fucking DA fuck is fishing for here: it's not their usual "hollowpoints - baaaad", but what is it then? The bullets in Kyle's rifle were of the most common, cheapest of the cheap design. There is nothing "extra-deadly" and "sinister" about them. They do shitload more damage than pistol bullets for sure, but it's because they have much higher powder load behind them, they are shot from a longer barrel and as a result they are moving at much higher speed. I guess the whole point behind constantly repeating "full metal jacket" is to evoke some vague associations with that movie about Vietnam and everything Vietnam is baaad, mkay?

It's amazing that Catdreamer called it about an hour before it happened. It's one of the few times a pundit says something that all logic says, it's the way it should happen, and it's actually what happens. How many times have we seen where common decency and facts, would say there would be redress on something, but then some Obama judge will undo the ruling, or no Agency will act o the information. Kudos on this Judge, to think we could have had that for a SCOTUS, but we got two loser poser ass bags, concerned about their popularity with Satanic Commie Fascists.
