Ivermectin for Prevention and Treatment of COVID-19 Infection: A Systematic Review, Meta-analysis, and Trial Sequential Analysis to Inform Clinical Guidelines

Conclusions:

Moderate-certainty evidence finds that large reductions in COVID-19 deaths are possible using ivermectin. Using ivermectin early in the clinical course may reduce numbers progressing to severe disease. The apparent safety and low cost suggest that ivermectin is likely to have a significant impact on the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic globally.


Pfizer is going to be very pissed off about this.

I wonder if the approval of the Pfizer jab by the FDA tomorrow is exactly because they can't keep the "emergency use authorization" fraud going any longer since it's so obvious that Ivermectin works well, with many double-blind studies now.

Frankly, I don't believe it would matter.

They've gotten away with blatant lies in science and medicine before and they're going to do it again because of their stranglehold on information to the masses. They're not worried.

With all the deadly side effects of the jab and the effective treatments available it's hard to believe that the FDA will approve the experimental biologic agent. If they do, they have lost the last tiny bit of credibility they had.

Regulatory bodies have been captured for a long time now. The EPA investigating fracking got their leadership changed so fast by the Obama administration that their faucets spun while on fire. Let's not forget when it was decided that PFOAs were totally fine for decades until they had an entire town tested proving that DuPont was poisoning everyone with Teflon.

Sorry you had to find out with possibly the worst scenario. I understand your disappointment.

They just fucking approved the Pfizer jab. They are desperate to get this into more people before the vaxxed begin dying in large numbers. Now come the widespread vaccine mandates. Now we HAVE to fight if we want to keep our lives.

Twelve gauge pump action is the best way to start for home defense. Just make sure you practice with it. The noise and recoil can be frightening until you are used to it.

Semiautomatic .22 is also effective once you put enough holes through someone. But there's nothing like a 12 with buckshot for stopping power available to the public.

Even BB guns are not toys. Get the proper training.

I used to shoot shotguns a bit as a teen on a friend's farm.

The one thing I like is that you pretty much never miss at reasonably close range. Also, the shot doesn't go all that far, so you're less likely to kill a random person.

One reason full approval was urgent is that the numbers coming out of Israel show a 39% efficacy. FDA approval requires a 50% rate for vaccine approval.
Another thing that has come up is EUA approval is contingent on there being no other FDA approved interventions. So how do they keep giving Moderna and J$J Zyclon Jabs if the Pfizer shot is FDA approved?

I want a taurus judge - hand held 5 shooter 410 shotgun. She might like it too, as a pistol might be easier to maneuver in close quarters, assuming she can deal with the weight and recoil. But, Both the 3" and 6.5" barrel versions are so short, they spread the shot quickly, making it real easy to hit a moving target in close range.

Not allowed in commiefornia though.
