By having Lieawatha and Klobuchar campaign for him, plus spending $36 million and having rigged polls showing the "No" vote increasing, they are laying the groundwork to give credibility to the upcoming election steal. A Larry Elders win would be too devastating to the establishment, not just because a Conservative wins the governorship, but also because Elders will appoint a Conservative Senator if Feinstein retires.

If you want to insure the count is true, then become a precinct committeeman. If you're having problem breaking in the SF GOP, seek help from surrounding GOP, that are allowing growth in the party in their districts and precincts.

The job of the precinct committeeman is

Precinct committeemen and women have the task of attending precinct meetings. At these meetings, they may be in charge of assisting other committee members with planning party strategies in their particular area. Maintaining the organization of the committee is another duty of committee members, with tasks including updating records, printing and dispersing voter registration forms and keeping a database of residents in the community registered to vote for that committee member's particular party. Surveying the landscape and developing a strategy for covering the entire community is an important task of this position.

How do you become one.

In most Counties around the country, the position is wide open and hasn't been filled in years, since the Greatest Generation were in their 30's.
But in desirable districts, coveted by deep pocket lobbyists in districts known to get a huge lion shares of Congressional budgeted pork funds, you may have to run in the next election for it. You either be the only person seeking the job, or you can run for the elected position. As long as you are a registered Republican in your district, nobody can refuse you. Unless it's determined you were talking smack about the Republican party and said you were going to join to be the terd in the punch bowl, and help get bad candidates elected and drive people away from the party. Saboteurs!

So to answer your final question, you would be far better off joining the party you want to represent you, and that you represent, rather than trying to drag the other party down.
Also you would be far more beneficial in the Republican party as of right now. As they have a huge deficit in their ranks(by choice, don't want well intentioned civic minded people in those positions). Where as the Democrat party at this point is operating at a 120% capacity, and they are infliltrated by mostly Marxist activist. You would be fighting a losing battle trying to take on that alone. Your effort would be better suited by combining your will with that of others just as fed up as you are to make a difference. That best route would be by hijacking and usurping the current Republican party, and getting rid of the RINOS.

Who's not conservative these days? Sometimes Conservatism in opposition to the current Liberalism, is needed, when Liberalism goes off the rails. The same can be said, about conservatism when they go off the rails. For decades, we've all been conditioned that conservatism is a bad thing and must be avoided at all cost. While we watched the perversion of Liberalism go from protecting the majority will, to inflicting minority agenda.

And there isn't a Democrat or Republican district ,they both represent their parties, voters and interests in the same districts. The 2020 election was stolen because there wasn't anyone minding the store for the Republicans in those Cities where the election was stolen. Had there have been, those Committeemen could have told the Democrats abusing poll watchers, and throwing people out. "When you shit birds are through doing what ever it is that you think you are doing, bring those totes of ballots over here, I would like to confirm your numbers!"
Poll watchers can't do that, precinct committeemen can, and nobody in any branch of Government can stop from doing so. I'm starting to think, it is the most powerful position in our whole Civics system.
The Democrats have realized this, and have been using the voters lack of participation, but they are there, and they know the power they have, and the will it gives them with impunity, if there isn't anyone there to keep them honest.
