Since they created the fear and publicity and had the clout to coerce governments into allowing an open ended biologic experiment on the public at large, it makes sense they have different lines of inoculations that they want to study. They probably have all kind of different shit and know 'who got what' in different batches and then follow them to see what happens. They don't get that open ended, liability-free ticket to ride on the population at large that often not to exploit it.

They have done it in the past, the history is clear, and they wish they could do it more often.

People think that soldiers are 'property' and can be experimented on at will. In the past, they did, but that resulted in laws stating that soldiers could not be forced against their will to participate in unproven biologic and tactical experiments, of which Covid vaccines are part. That's why you see the military slowly backing off from their mandates because they are grossly illegal. Because virtually everything they are doing is illegal and unconstitutional. they are ramping up the intimidation of powers they don't actually have to impose this shit.
