I was taking Quercetin Phytosome daily until I started suffering from limb pain/tingling. Of course, I take plenty of supplements so it was through a process of elimination that I figured out it was the quercetin. Moving forward for me, I'll only take it if I've been exposed or actively sick.

Here's the thing, each Quecetin Phytosome capsule is some 250 mg & is the most bioavailable form out there in terms of a supplement. In the past, ppl used to supplement with Quercetin Dihydrate, generally ranging from 250 mg to 1g per pill, however, since so little was made able to the body in that form, it rarely reached a person's tissue limits & was mostly flushed out. Also, the Phytosome blend remains in the body at high concentration for some 5-6 hours so it's actually rather potent.

One way to get a daily amount of Que is to find a low sodium brand of Capers & take half a tablespoon, once a day. Capers on the whole, have 180 mg of Que per 100g of Capers (or 4 tablespoons in terms of volume). So that's some 25-35 mgs per day, ala same amount of Que as 3 apples per day, & that's tolerable for most ppl. Personally, I like apples & taking 3 a day would never be an issue.

I knew a pHD that worked on this sort of technology. She quit in 2005 or so thinking it was going nowhere and would never go anywhere. Her conclusion was that they could never work.

Companies spent over 3 decades working on this technology, and what do you know, 4 companies came up with "solutions" at the same time in 2020 all at the same time...

When these came out, I knew they couldn't be trusted. I didn't know if they were dangerous or not, I wasn't certain they wouldn't work, I just knew it was unlikely they would work, and I wasn't at all certain they WEREN'T dangerous - and besides, it was for a disease I had less than a 1 in 10,000 chance of dying from at my age. When the mandates came down, that was the breaking point - I would never take it.

Here my take ... the mRNA vaccine is not the way to introduce "infection", so that a person develops immunity to that infection.

For that, one needs a nucleocapsid (shell w/ glycoproteins) of the original virus a/o a cousin of it. Or if a shell isn't available, a sample of ligands which remind the body of what it's up against.

Instead, the mRNA w/ its encapsulation basically hides itself as 'food stuff' so that the body sees it as some fatty sample of its prior meal. And this is where the danger comes from. Once the cell absorbs this via endocytosis & then, by-passes all restriction enyzmes which generally chop up foreign mRNA for recycling, the danger emerges. This foreign mRNA fragment logger jams the ribosomal complex and starts producing Spiked Proteins.

Afterwards, the body goes into panic mode. The Spiked Proteins emerge from cells were never viewed as 'infected' by the immune system ahead of time. It's in effect, a mass poisoning effect where many tissues and organ systems are now vulnerable to an systemic auto-immune response of basically destroying itself.

Recent paper on "unexpected rise" of lgG4 antibodies is further evidence the COVID-19 mRNA shots are a crude experiment on all of humanity.

The rise of IgG4 antibodies “to 19.27% late after the third vaccination” was completely unexpected, and, as the authors note later in the study:

The IgG4 subclass does not prevail after repeated vaccination with tetanus toxoid or respiratory syncytial virus infection.

I’ll let the immunologists debate about the significance of this finding and limit my commentary to a few basic observations.

1). The paper is further evidence that the developers of the COVID-19 mRNA shots did NOT understand precisely how they would affect the human immune response.

2). The developers of these products had NO IDEA how they would affect the immune response after three shots.

3). The developers of these products cannot know what will happen in the event of lgG4 antibody prevalence because they have never observed it before.

Though the authors do not explicitly state it, the careful reader logically deduces that the dramatic rise of lgG4 antibodies relative to other spike-specific lgG antibodies may impair the immune response to SARS-CoV-2. To be sure, the authors try to downplay this concern—probably because they know the danger of challenging COVID-19 Vaccine Orthodoxy—but their findings are nevertheless inherently a matter of concern.

The Irrgang paper reminded me of the Academy of Projectors on the Island of Legado in Swift’s Gulliver’s Travelers, who perform pointless experiments that benefit no one.

The COVID-19 mRNA gene transfer program is an example of scientists grossly and arrogantly overestimating their understanding of nature.
