Synthetic opioid strong enough to 'kill more than 50M people' seized in California, authorities say.

War on drugs exist as long as I remember. Its an endless war nobody seriously wants to end it. Money just keep flowing.
If Mexican cartels is able to bribe almost anyone in Mexico, so who can say they can't find the way to bribe swamp in destination country; US.

Now drugs become more serious, just one use and you out. Who is target: mostly young people. I know one 23 years old, left this world.
Fentanyl was the one. Now we have even 100 times stronger Synthetic opioid. China become a leader in production that genocide stuff. Covid seems like a cake.
What will happen if your child or grandson, get it in form of candy from another school student? Or someone will drop it to your drink at your Bar?

Dude, our government engages in the drug trade. The war on drugs is nothing more than a war on competition. Why do you think they don't care about Hunter Biden's crack use? Why aren't they tracking down his drug dealer, and getting him into rehab?

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dark_Alliance_(book)

Gary Webb wrote that book back in the late 1990s. The book is about how the CIA ran crack to the inner city to make money for black-ops. Gary Webb paid a heavy price, he was fired from San Jose Mercury news for making the initial story - he sued through and won a judgement for wrongful termination. He received NO support from the wider journalist community.

He supposedly killed himself by shooting himself in the head, twice:

The intelligence agencies had a lock on the opium trade, I'm sure they hate fentanyl. Maybe they aren't able to synthesize it.

We live in a dark world. If you want to fix it, you have to be at least aware of it. You need to see the problem or you can't even address the problem.

Carfentanil seems like it should put all the poppy fields out of business.

I ultimately don't understand taking something that could kill you with just one dose in the snap of a finger. I've had crack laced weed (didn't know it) and it was fucking strange. That's when I stopped consistently smoking during my college years and moving forward. I'll only buy and use from a pot shop or trusted source now that it's legal in IL and that's rare.

The story behind it is crazy too. One buddy had a black floormate in the dorms at University of Iowa that was from the South side of Chicago. He was having a party. We were 19 and my sister was gonna leave some beer for us outside her apartment just off Taylor street (Little Italy). We go to the guys house and we end up needing weed. Didn't know the city well and we end up in probably one of the worst neighborhoods in Chicago on the South Side in hindsight. I was driving.

We end up getting like 20 dime bags that were all laced. Drive back to my sisters and grab the beer. And then drive back out to the burbs as my folks were in FL for 2 weeks. We start smoking this shit and it was crazy. My 3 other buddies and myself were trashed. Call the guy we got it from and he tells us it was laced, on purpose of course.

Beside my first acid trip it was one of the funnest nights ever. I was young and naive and once told it was laced I was pretty much done with weed for a while. I still know plenty of coke heads to this day. If your heart can handle it, have fun, but I got freaked out after that experience and kind of swore off drugs somewhat.

Never give someone a vile of acid though with parents gone for 1-2 weeks. We had a good summer of tripping when I was about 20 crashing at my folks watching the house. Probably more exaggerated than Hollywood makes drugs seem. Had about 100 doses and did that for a week... so there's that. Dried 2lbs of weed in my parents basement while tripping. Did archery with flaming tennis balls on the tip. Stole a neighbors decorative windmill.

Not gonna lie. I miss the energy and fun we had at that age. Still have fun now, but it's mostly mundane. I'm sure it will keep getting that way. I'd do acid again for sure though.

Most American fentanyl addicts likely have little knowledge of when the West destroyed the social cohesion and internal prosperity of China by enforcing the Opium Trade through 100 years of warfare, engorging western traders (including FDR’s grandfather) with obscene profits.
Well, the Chinese people and the Chinese leadership are taught about it in school and have internalized the lessons of it. Facilitating the West’s floundering and dying in high rates of addiction to a dangerous narcotic is sweet, sweet, revenge.

The reality I'm told is this: almost nobody purposefully takes fentanyl to get high anymore. Back when it first arrived on the scene, they did but once people started dying left and right the addicts swerved hard from it. What's happening now can only be lacing of heroin or other opiates with fentanyl to purposefully kill people. I can only assume this is China's revenge for the poisoning of their people with Opium by the British.

We need to bring Azov Battalion to patrol our Southern border! If they are able to keep Russian elite forces at bay in Mariupol for almost two month fucking cartel stands no fucking chance.

Carfentanil

The United States was heavily invested in the opium wars with China. Skull and Bones is associated with this opium trade.

Opium was entirely legal during the opium wars with China, and it wasn't legal in England at the time.
