With immune systems blasted by vaccines and 'boosters', smallpox is a shoo in for the major democide push. AIDS is too slow. Turning the world into walking bags of pus is a lot more fun.

It makes sense, now. Compromise immune systems with the first rounds of swedo vaccines and boosters, deliver the coup de gras with another lab manufactured pathogen. We'll get that subjugated world population down below a billion in no time.
