I never EVER want to hear a Conservative ever say again, what a Presentient can and can't do, when something sensible is proposed to undo bad legislation or to fix the ills of Washington. I believe Presidents should have the final say in rules, laws and other things. I believe all branches should have their say, but ultimately if a President Trump wants to put Tom Fitton as the AG, and Congress and the Press smears him in the press and makes it a political hit job. The president should still be able to override. If a failed cut rate Political candidate hack wants to give Shit Stain McCain a bogus Russian dossier, and then form a crooked Special Council to investigate it, then the President should be able to form special councils to investigate them, and to defend himself. I don't think they should have the power to make edicts and mandate what people need to do.

I think the government should still work in practice the way it is now, just the President can override all of their shit. But he can't make no laws that protect him, or takes powers away, or anything like that. Just his decisions he should be able override a weaponized Congress, and he should have the right to defend himself against dishonest Lawfare.

If the people think it is dishonest then they can vote him out. And anything that president did to defend himself can still be investigated and if wrong doing and intrigue was used, to cover up his crimes, and avoid punishment, and be brought to justice post presidency.
I also believe that if that President overriding other branches of government trying to hamstring him, then they can still Impeach him. But him overriding their petty vindictive political moves, wont be reason to convict. They would have to prove he was abusing the office to enrich himself.

I say give the Presidents enough rope to hang themselves in the second term election. Either the constituents approve or they wont.

But I would like to see laws passed that prohibits SCOTUS from undermining the President, and laws that will expose them to biased rulings, where they can be removed from the bench. If their ruling is so far off base with their classic rulings, and it can be proved they were colluding with media and a faction of congress just to settle a score, then get rid of those scumbags. Amy Berma Jackson and Emmet Sullivan should be locked up for 30 years over their abuse of the bench.

I guess what I'm saying, I believe the President should have all of the power that Obama appointed circuit judges have, while those fucksticks DON'T have those powers PERIOD!
