Dear Patnetters, please accept with no obligation, implied or implicit, my best wishes for an environmentally conscious, socially responsible, low-stress, non-addictive, gender-neutral celebration of the winter solstice holiday, practiced within the most enjoyable traditions of the religious persuasion of your choice, or secular practices of your choice, with respect for the religious/secular persuasion and/or traditions of others, or their choice not to practice religious or secular traditions at all I also wish you a fiscally successful, personally fulfilling and medically uncomplicated recognition of the onset of the generally accepted calendar year 2022, but not without due respect for the calendars of choice of other cultures whose contributions to society have helped make America great. Not to imply that America is necessarily greater than any other country nor the only "America" in the Western Hemisphere. Also, this wish is made without regard to the race, creed, color, age, physical ability, religious faith or sexual preference of the wishes.

Maybe you are referring to “Jesus”. But not Immanuel.

The real Jesus was probably born in September. The pagans reformed and replaced their pagan myths and created new myths for their solstice celebrations. But regardless, the first promise God gave Adam and Eve after the fall was that he would send a savior. Jesus is a promise fulfilled. And He will come again, just as promised. Every promise will be kept. Are you ready for Jesus to come again?

PBS Christmas with a Royal decorating the tree. The children will be gone after the Saturnalian sacrifice rituals are completed.

Guess it should be an angel sperm in the Christmas manger.

The 10 year old girl in the house, informed us this year, that Santa isn't real, and she knows we've all been buying their presents.
I told her, welcome to the club, and commended her on this important milestone in her life. She has now graduated to the big league.
She can now expect underwear and socks for Christmas going forward.

Yep, a real sign of maturity is when one begins prefer household appliances, socks, practical items like car liners to toys and vidya games.

Call me crazy, but I strongly suspect people over 18-21 that still want non-practical items as Gifts, for Christmas or Birthdays. Especially males.

Santa will be assassinated by a Muslim terrorist this year, count on it. No more Santa.

Almost seven in ten Americans prefer to say 'Merry Christmas' instead of 'Happy Holidays', a new DailyMail.com poll has revealed.

Just 26 percent of people opt for a less religious greeting during the festive period, according the results.

Democrats were most likely to opt for Happy Holidays, but even six in ten liberals said they would choose Merry Christmas instead.

The results comes after DailyMail.com polled 1,000 people across various demographics.

'While even a festive greeting can be polarized in today's America, these results show that Christmas can remain something of a unifier: majorities of every major demographic group prefer 'Merry Christmas' to "Happy holidays",' Joe Alder, senior research associate at J.L. Partners, told DailyMail.com.

The Grinch is perfect for "Happy Holidays" because it expresses a real hatred of Christmas.
