I’ll get a Jersey Mike’s occasionally. And yes, the sauce absoultely reminds me of the subs I used to get in NJ.

Have had it a handful of times. Not bad. My best sub place is a local butcher. Everyone there is Italian and is 300lbs plus. Busy enough they have to do the number system with the red tag thingy.
Not fast but delicious. I'll usually get a sub and drop another $80-100 on meat. Then get yelled at when I get home. We have a lot of great butchers in my area. It's awesome.
