Overweight and obesity are defined as abnormal or excessive fat accumulation that presents a risk to health. In adults, a body mass index (BMI) over 25 is considered overweight, and over 30 is obese.

I hate regulations, but nothing should be called diet. That's willfully misleading dip shits. Just drink a regular coke in moderation. No different than alcohol. We don't call it Diet Miller Lite.

My wife finally got a mutual friend to start moving. She's down 10 lbs in the last month. Even at 45 if she slimmed down she'd be a cute chick. Good face and large rack.

Only problem is the husband is worried she'll leave him... lol. I'm like, sorry about my wife motivating her if that happens? Not my fault. You gotta keep up your end of the deal is what I tell him. Maybe shed a couple of pounds yourself.

Salman Rushdie got the Muslims pissed off at him with his book "The Satanic Verses."

Now he's got the Buddhists pissed off at him with his new book.

Legit question. Does anyone here actually eat fast food? I stopped a while ago. I'm sure I asked this in this thread already. I'd rather just not eat. I'll do sit down places with a server, but I'm done with fast food. I'd rather be hungry.

Even sit down I sub the fries out or just say don't put them on the plate at all. Either way even at a restaurant 90% of the stuff is frozen. High end places don't, but that's why a meal is $60/pp at minimum without drinks. Or you can go here in Chicago https://www.threedotschicago.com/

Never tried the food but holy shit they make good drinks and I'm a beer guy. 100% recommend the place if in Chicago. They spend 5 hours in the morning with fruit prep with 3 guys. You enter through an alley in River North and go into a basement. Cool place. Not a foodie place just pointing out freshness is better than the shit you get at fast food joints. As a non-mixed drink or hard liquor drinker, it was really good.

I eat several things at McDonald's which I call "Mickey Rat's". Remember him from Zap Comics?

I eat 1. filet of fish 2. egg mcmuffin 3. crispy chicken sandwich (copy of Chic Fil A) 4. apple pie. 5. iced coffee 6. hot coffee

I don't eat the little "rat burgers" or quarter pounders or big macs.

It all sucks now, except my local Hardees which is actually still good. Arby's is still good too, just too expensive and with sandwiches that are smaller then they used to be.

If I can't identify the meat, I don't eat it. That rules out any snausages, mystery meat/pink slime (nuggets, burgers, White House), blender smoothies, soft serve ice cream, any mashed vegetables, etc. Essentially nothing that I didn't witness being turned into mush myself.

Ground meat is fine as long as I know the provenance. 100% grass fed 80% lean ground beef is awesome for the grill.

You might like ground turkey as well.

Yeah not sure when Arby's became the pinkies up fast food place. I did like it, but it wasn't really fast anymore after I stopped eating fast food. Usual drive through wait was 10-15 minutes. I suppose it was more fresh maybe?

I remember the 5 for 5 days as a kid. We'd get it monthly probably. They've got new sandwiches now, but it will cost you $10. Sub shops and Arby's are probably the only FF places I'd go to in a crunch and then clinch my A hole until I get to a bathroom. Hence why I don't eat it anymore.

I’ll get a Jersey Mike’s occasionally. And yes, the sauce absoultely reminds me of the subs I used to get in NJ.

Have had it a handful of times. Not bad. My best sub place is a local butcher. Everyone there is Italian and is 300lbs plus. Busy enough they have to do the number system with the red tag thingy.

Not fast but delicious. I'll usually get a sub and drop another $80-100 on meat. Then get yelled at when I get home. We have a lot of great butchers in my area. It's awesome.

This a fake meme? I assume so. That sounds so gross. You'd have to be buying that for an orphanage or prison. One of, if not the only Patnet posts that kind of wants to make me puke. And I like mac and cheese.

No, it is real. It is just a bucket with 180 packets of pasta and 180 packets of the cheese sauce. 20-year shelf life, so put it in the survival shelter.
