It was and is an experiment. We've learned a lot for Constitution 2.0. We learned to restrict Courts to prevent them from being an un-equal Supreme Branch Uber Alles, to have Senators elected by and beholden to State Legislatures to prevent the breakdown of Federalism and outbreak of Corruption, and not to give All Women the Right to Vote.

To require 2/3rd majority to declare wars and drafts, with mandatory annual renewal, to pass Balanced Budget Amendments as part of the Fed Constitution like States did, ... so much more.

I hope Breyer got the mRNA vax so he knows what it feels like to be an experiment.
