I don't think she was that impaired, she never slurred, stuttered or misspoke.
The physical sobriety test is pure nonsense, and pseudo science. That toe to toe walk, then keep one foot planted while you small step the return. I often do that when i'm pacing brainstorming about something. I sprang my ankle and it hurts like hell, I always end up limping away. Some people haven't lifted one foot like that in over a decade, they may sway. Her counting was a little off on that test, but that was her only auditory fail, I thought the rest of her responses were on point. Also the cop was an asshole telling her to start then stopping her. He was the one making it take longer than it needed to be.

I think that video will get her exonerated in court. That's without the Obama Judges and dual law system for Liberals.

I think she was telling the truth that she only had about three drinks. Her body mass index was big enough to handle three drinks.

Rule of thumb: nobody ever tells the truth about how much they have been drinking, ESPECIALLY if they are inclined to drink to excess.

I get it, but I've never thought the sobriety tests were tests were fair, or could accurately prove one's sobriety.
Especially the ABC measurement. .08 might get some scrawny short person schlonkered, and slurring their words, while larger people it takes a bit more to make them drunk.
Then there's also tolerance, when the Myth Busters tested the .08 alcohol limit. They tested on themselves, and they admitted they didn't drink, so they didn't have tolerance to any amount of alcohol.

Large drunks, vs smaller drunks, and someone that never drank a drop in their life. I bet you would see differences across all those.

Cops and Video should be all the proof you need, you can tell when someone is impaired. It's more obvious than reading tea leaves. Cops should be able to arrest you without the sobriety tests, as they don't prove anything. Though the BAC can help with conviction, it shouldn't be the only factor. it should only come into play, when some wise ass, is claiming he wasn't drunk and slurring his words he always talks like that. Then go to the BAC.
