We need a National building boom. We need about ten Metro areas as large as Miami Dade or Duval County(the whole of Jacksonville FL) between LA to NY.
It would create so much jobs, and new housing stock, it would drain the cities, relieve housing pressure and create a work boom, we haven't seen since 92 when most of the Mid West flooded, and Hurricane Andrew hit Homestead and another major storm hit up north. Back then FEMA didn't control the reconstruction, and didn't give all of the work to one no bid contract. It was the driving economic force, that Bill Clinton came in on, and offered Tax amnesty to those that hadn't paid taxes in years.

There's a shitload of things they could do, that doesn't involve free shit tax dollar giveaways.

They want to make them protected species allowed to crap on the streets, steal everything from people's backyards to sell for scrap, and keep them desperate and destitute. Democrats only concern for homeless is to make sure they have an adequate supply of Drugs and a safe place to overdose.

It's only going to get worse, we are pumping out tons of unprepared with newer generations. Schools are getting worse, kids have far less real life experiences, media constantly pushing self destructive behaviors.
