In the 60's it was probably higher disapproval than today.

Free sex was approved, contraception was invented, later abortion was legal, etc.

But single mother welfare queens were not nearly so numerous, and there was still some stigma attached to it.

Not as effective. You have to shame the women first and foremost.

Every 12 year old girl needs to know she WILL be a pariah if she gets knocked up outside of marriage, and she will have to beg for assistance from Church and Family, no State Aid. Encourage ostracization and marginalization. It's highly effective and results in millions of happier, healthier kids.

That's the rate for whites, for blacks it's 70% and for Asians about 10%.

For Black females there is a certain status with being a parent which is higher than being a ho-bag. Even if it means you are on public assistance, it is a step up.

There's a template with low-class white trash girls. A 16 year old girl falls for a deadbeat 20 or 21 year old guy, a "bad boy", with no future and guess what, two months later she's PG and he's out of there. She goes home and her poor parents make the best of it and help her raise her baby and it all starts over with the next generation. Sometimes it turns out really tragic when the "boyfriend" kills her when she won't abort or he gets jealous of a new guy and kills him. Anyway, it's all around bad for society in general. This kind of living is going to give genealogists 75-100 years from now apoplexy. Whole family lines will die out and no one with know their bloodline or kin.
