The other day I did a good search and the average was showing around 5.5%.

I'm seeing 6.5% for a 30 year now.

Is this correct? If so, that's a while percentage point for borrowers in a week.

Mortgage News Daily is still reporting 5.06 30 Yr as of 4/08. They typically have good updates on articles if it swings like what you’re showing.

Int Rates "will be higher today" then Fridays rates, find your states housing association and go off their rate sheets.
Rates will only quote during business hrs. and not at the same times with the more volatility the later they quote and after 5PM EST they shut it down.

Man, I feel really bad for the poors.

So many of them thought Biden was going to be their savior on so many fronts; student loan debt, minimum wage, low cost housing...
