The government’s first counter-move, under the vividly deliquescing “Joe Biden” — whose treasonous corruption became Twitter’s job-one to conceal — was to concoct a brand-new agency under Homeland Security called the Disinformation Governance Board, to be run by one Nina Jankowicz, “internationally-recognized expert on disinformation and democratization,” who also happened to be a RussiaGate shill and publicist for the fifty national security officials who labeled the Hunter Biden laptop story “Russian disinformation” (turned out: not). In other words, America now has a “truth” kommissar who is a soldier in the War on Truth.

Such a desperately stupid maneuver could only come from a regime close to collapse — just as the feculent particulars on Hunter Biden’s laptop are being revealed by many in possession of copies of the laptop’s hard-drive, and while, concurrently, the US attorney in Delaware, David Weiss, leads an investigation into Hunter B’s business dealings. Those include large-ish payments from nations hostile to American interests for opaque services rendered. So, you have a chief executive (“JB”) compromised mentally and legally, and installed via a janky primary and a dubious election, and, some young cookie fresh out of the Princeton fellowship matrix is going to defend him like Wonder Woman wielding her Magic Lasso of Aphrodite?

Homey don’t think so. Homey think the whole wretched episode of orchestrated national mindfuckery is about to come a’tumblin’ down, along with the miserable ghoul in the Oval Office. And that will be followed by the fun of seeing them try to eject Kamala Harris from the scene and replacing her with the likes of Barack or Michele Obama. (Don’t believe it? Just watch.) Of course, all that will be small potatoes to the reveal of cosmic ineptitude or gross criminality (perhaps both!) that is bound to come as Twitter opens up to discussion of our government’s role in the Covid-19 fiasco — which I aimed to help kick off with my first Tweet in long long time, viz:

That is a Tweet that would have instantly gotten you banned only about a week ago. I had to check that it's really there:

Elon seems on track to become a hero to conservatives.
I wonder how this will affect sales of Tesla cars? They’re still back ordered from Liberals, but now will conservatives be interested in driving something that fills up with electrons? Was this whole move to free Twitter a ploy to get the right half of the country into a place where they’re willing to consider buying a Tesla?

Conservatives have likely bought more Teslas: they have jobs that pay enough money to afford a Tesla. I'm a conservative. I invested in the Company at the beginning of COVID and got lucky: it went 5x. I traded off 80% of my shares (overweight), left the proceeds in my portfolio to grow, and bought a Tesla because I could now afford the payments.
The Model Y is a great car with near zero maintenance and costs about $20 a fillup.

That will likely be my next one too.

Meanwhile, absolutely loving the shit out of my new Model Y. I am 3+ months in and still can't get over how powerful and fast this thing is...

It's quite possible that Elon knows America needs a new hero, and is using that to buy up Twitter. He will then use that as a catalyst to rebuild Twitter in a free speech platform. Build it up as an Elon Musk company taking it well over $1,000 a share, only then to sell it right back to the bastards that fucked it up in the first place. But pocketing the biggest profit ever made on a single purchase.
But yeah it will be a hell of a ride in the meantime.

If Elon does try to build Twitter into a truly free speech platform, he is likely to get JFKed. I don't think its gonna happen in reality.

I don't think Musk is going to try. Remember the brewhaha over Musk smoking a joint on the Rogan Show? They were threatening to remove his security clearance.

He's false opposition.

Twitter has always been a cesspool, I don't think it's going to change. I think the more radical (and dumb) people are going to be pitted against one another, stuff like Creationist Fundamentalist that thinks that Earth is Flat versus Liberal transgendered moron with a womyns study degree that knows nothing about science but believes everything "the science" says. Two intractable positions where neither is smart enough to progress beyond. It will be hard far right versus the hard far left, and the middle will just be caught in between them.

I think the majority of Americans need cheaper cars than a Tesla.
311   Shaman   2022 Apr 29, 4:17pm

The majority of Americans aren’t required. Hell, Tesla can’t fulfill the orders they already have. But to bring over the more well off of conservatives would be a real coup!

We already have affordable hybrids.

Tesla is currently the luxury version of the EV, since its rivals like Porsche failed to get its market share a few years ago.

Thanks to the effects of inflation, that would be the Hyundai Elantra Hybrid at $23-28K which is roughly in the similar territory as its ICU counterpart w/ options separating the pricing areas. So that's 49 mpg (Hybrid) vs ~29 mpg (ICU) in the city where the difference is made up in terms of annual gas costs.

I understand the free speech angle Elon is playing, but from the business POV it doesn't look all that good to me. Twatter is not profitable and while it's said that their main source of revenue is ads I don't remember seeing a single ad while watching all that war porn during the last two months. (I don't have an account though, because the fuckers wanted my cell phone #, but I don't think they show ads for people with accounts only because it would create a reverse incentive to join).

What's the plan: more ads, subscription fees?

A year or so ago, Shatner was being nagged and cajoled by SJWs into supporting 'cancelling' something, he refused to get involved, and basically called them all bullies.

Since Elon Musk pounced on Twitter, are you not amazed to see just how dedicated to the suppression of speech the Left is? Censorship is the Left’s very spark-of-life. Everything they stand for is so false and lawless that truth magnetically repels them. Now, this may surprise you, but truth and reality are joined at the hip, so when you work hard to suppress one, you are also stomping the face of the other. “Disinformation” just means anything that the Left doesn’t want you to say out loud.

The truth is that everything the Left stands for these days is some kind of a hustle — which is the cheap street version of a racket, meaning an effort to extract something of value from you dishonestly. It’s the only way they know how to operate. It necessarily and chiefly depends on the deployment of lies, which, by definition are propositions at odds with reality. The more they traffic in lies, the further they must distance themselves from reality and try to coerce you to go along with evermore absurdity: mostly peaceful riots… men-with-ovaries… free and fair elections… insurrection… conspiracy theories… Lia Thomas in the fast lane… safe and effective vaccines…. Believe it or else!

The Left ends up at war with reality. That adds up to a bad business model for running a society, and the results are now plain to see. What in the USA is not failing these days? Our Potemkin economy of nail parlors, porn sites, pizza huts, casinos, drugs, and helicopter money? Our reckless relations with other countries? Public and higher education? Medicine? Financial markets? The sputtering engine of government under a phantom president? It’s all sinking into chaos and incoherence. For now, food just costs more than ever; wait until it’s simply unavailable. Nobody will care about anything else after that.

All this failure requires cover stories, narratives. Russia did it! Covid-19 did it! White supremacists did it! Trump did it! Narrative failure would equal failure of the Left altogether, so the Left requires the sturdiest possible apparatus for suppressing counter-narratives that lean in the direction of reality, its enemy. The Left found that apparatus in social media, the new vehicle for political debate, especially Twitter, which was so easily, blatantly, and dishonestly manipulated backstage by mysterious code ninjas. Twitter enjoys subsidy relations with government that incline it to do the government’s bidding. In effect, the government enlisted Twitter to undermine and over-ride American’s first amendment protections, by proxy.

Now we have the Disinformation Governance Board to be run by a TikTok musical comedy star, Nina Jankowicz, an instant laughingstock, since retailing disinformation has been her main occupation in the scant years she’s been on the Deep State scene. Ms. Jankowicz is a notorious RussiaGate hoaxer and psy-op agent in the October 2020 emergence of Hunter Biden’s laptop. She has zero credibility as anything but a professional falsifier. Her Disinfo Governance Board has no authority to regulate anything. It’s just a lame charade that can only draw more attention to the Left’s hatred of truth and reality. The Left pretends that free speech is a threat to civilization because, as usual, they are projecting psychologically. Their world is a mirror. In fact, the Left is a threat to civilization.

Behind all this is the growing panic in the Left that they are culpable for an enormous raft of crimes committed against their own country, and will eventually end up in court, in prison, or worse. Mr. Durham is just the leading edge of what will eventually be a heavy blade of judgment falling down on their necks. He’s busy sorting out the “Russia collusion” flimflam that turned into a coup to oust Mr. Trump, but that is only the beginning. In November, the Democrats will lose control of Congress and its oversight powers of agency operations, and in 2023 there will be inquiries galore into the neo-Jacobin craziness imposed on our country by the folks behind “Joe Biden.”

That includes such dicey matters as the several years malevolent mismanagement of Covid-19, which looks more and more like a deliberate effort to kill a large number of citizens, and then moving along to the behind-the-scenes official support for those 2020BLM /Antifa riots, the ballot shenanigans around the last presidential election, the colossal failure to enforce border security (featuring Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkis), the Biden Regime’s conduct in provoking and prolonging the war between Russia and Ukraine, and (not least) the overseas moneygrubbing of President Biden’s family, as documented in Hunter’s laptop. I’m sure I left a few things out.

If Mr. Biden is still on-the-scene in January next year, he’ll be the first president not only impeached but convicted and removed by the Senate. And if for some reason he avoids criminal prosecution for treason out of some pitiful need for the government to maintain official decorum before the rest of the world, his brothers and his degenerate son may not be so lucky.

Twitter Bans Rational Ground Writer and Analyst
Here's what we know so far!

Justin Hart

Our powerhouse Team Reality colleague Jessica Hockett (aka @EWoodhouse7) was banned from Twitter over the weekend. She has been a stellar advocate for reason and data-backed analysis during the pandemic. Her efforts lead to big discoveries and one particular inquiry forced the CDC to totally revamp its numbers.

So Twitter does not seem dedicated to free speech at all, at least not yet.
