Elon Musk’s Friendship With Sergey Brin Ruptured by Alleged Affair Tesla chief’s liaison with Google co-founder’s wife led to couple’s divorce filing
Elon Musk engaged in a brief affair last fall with the wife of Sergey Brin, prompting the Google co-founder to file for divorce earlier this year and ending the tech billionaires’ long friendship, according to people familiar with the matter.
Jeez, the guy just can't keep it in his pants. Or maybe Brin's wife Nicole Shanahan issued him an open invitation.
Nicole Shanahan has a great Irish surname, but her mother is Chinese and raised her alone, I read. Maybe her father was Irish.
elon is anti-woke yet impervious to their bully and cancel tactics. he parried their attacks, then counterattacked their main bully machine, twitter, and crit them for 9000 by exposing the botnet opinion-manufacturing machine. so they now resort to paid hit pieces from "trusted" news outlets, one of their time tested strategies for stubborn problems, and even those fail.
Ya know, I wonder if maybe WSJ got played here. They shouldn't allow themselves to get played - they should practice solid journalism and not publish heresay. But...
this could be a clever move from team Elon, or someone who likes Elon but isn't necessarily on his team, or someone who has an interest in hurting WSJ, or someone who has an interested in further degrading trust in MSM etc...
Just make up a BS story and convince a media outlet that its true. Maybe show some compelling evidence that they wont be able to immediately tell is fake, and then maybe play a traditional sales tactic on them: "hurry! you must act now or the window of opportunity will be gone!" as a way to entice them to publish ASAP with less than typical rigor. Then they publish, and the facts will emerge and counter their story and savage their credibility.
A lot of "news" outlets in recent years seems happy to publish crap from rumorville, so feeding them poisonpill rumors as a way to humiliate them and their credibility would be a clever "leak detector dye" in the short term, and maybe even antidote in the long term. Kinda like how ~5yrs ago they published those fake but comical studies into woke academic/scientific journals, who promptly accepted and approved them, proving they accept anything.
Ya know, I wonder if maybe WSJ got played here. They shouldn't allow themselves to get played
Correct. Now let's see if the WSJ fires the person responsible. At least that way we would know the WSJ is serious about not publishing misinformation.
Tesla CEO Elon Musk has called out Joe Biden over the Democrat president’s offer to trade “woke” WNBA player Brittney Griner for a Russian war criminal.
As Slay News previously reported, Biden offered to exchange Griner for Viktor Bout, a convicted Russian arms trafficker also known as “Merchant of Death.”
Bout is currently serving a 25-year U.S. prison sentence while Griner is locked up in Russia on drugs charges.
As Russian President Vladimir Putin adds names to the exchange list, many are questioning Biden’s potential trade offer.
Musk responded to a Twitter post showing the picture of an unhappy man with the caption:
“People in the US in jail for weed while the government trades a Russian war criminal to free a woman’s basketball player in jail for weed.”
That is how it works. You cooperate with government corruption and they give you deals. You don't cooperate, no deal.
Yup.
SpaceX won't need the subsidies anyway. They are so far ahead of any competition that it is not even funny. SpaceX are launching 50+ satellites almost every week now using reusable rockets that have already been bought and paid for by previous launches from paying customers. Who can catch this?
A Delaware judge has handed Elon Musk a huge win and ordered Twitter to hand over documents to the Tesla CEO that detail the number of fake accounts and spam bots on the platform.
The documents are from a former Twitter executive who Musk said performed a critical role in calculating the number of fake accounts on the social media platform.
IAS and DoubleVerify, which are both based in New York, use technology to independently verify that digital ads are viewed by real people. Advertisers use the services to ensure the ads they pay for are seen by potential customers and not automated bots.
Good point - advertising companies definitely want to know they are paying for real people to view their ads, and not bots. They have a financial interest in the truth.
Court allows Musk allowed to use Whistleblower testimony of servers with security updates turned off and long out of date, widespread production access beyond what is necessary, and bot accounts from former Twitter IT Security Official
60-80% of Twitter accounts posting on Russia-Ukraine war bots, 90% ‘pro Ukraine’, finds new study
Scholars from the University of Adelaide studied 5.2 million posts shared between 23 February & 8 March & found the bots may be pushing people to flee their homes in these countries.
The window automatic system of some Teslas may not detect obstructions, meaning that as they close, they could pinch fingers in their way
That's worth a recall? I didn't know cars even had this feature. Get yer damn fingers out of the way when the window is closing or learn the hard way. It was already possible to disable rear windows so kids couldn't screw around.
This nerf-the-world mentality is producing more idiots by the day.
Elon Musk Overrules Biden, Offers 4-Point Peace Deal for Russia and Ukraine
Tesla CEO Elon Musk has overruled Democrat President Joe Biden to offer up a four-point peace deal between Russia and Ukraine.
... He then listed four points that he said could bring “Ukraine-Russia Peace” which were:
Redo elections of annexed regions under UN supervision. Russia leaves if that is will of the people. Crimea formally part of Russia, as it has been since 1783 (until Khrushchev’s mistake). Water supply to Crimea assured. Ukraine remains neutral.
That would all be good if the UN could be trusted to conduct a fair election. They cannot. No way. The UN is nothing but a tool of the Western criminal oligarchy.
Peace is not profitable, and certainly not the ideal result to the primary stakeholders involved in the Russia-Ukraine war, but it is for sure the preferable outcome for the rest of humanity. It’s time to seriously consider the Musk Peace Plan as a roadmap for stability in a region that desperately needs to turn down the temperature.
Before you get all holier than thou, the allies did similar shit after WW2 and w/o even giving the effected minorities a vote on the matter
Nobody getting "holier", just pointing to the obvious fact: after you grab and clense the territory of "undesirables" you can safely hold any kind of "vote" and get the langrab legalized.

From Elon today: “This is total bs. Sergey and I are friends and were at a party together last night!
I’ve only seen Nicole twice in three years, both times with many other people around. Nothing romantic.”

They once wrote an article saying FBI was about to arrest me, so I called FBI to ask what’s up and they said WSJ article was total bs.
Just more shortseller fud.”
WSJ’s reputation is trashed now. TSLA short sellers lost $1B last week when TSLA stock ran up.

Wow, they really burned their credibility on this one.

Sure @Eman, here it is:

Hmmm.
1. Elon starts speaking truth.
2. Super-important flaw discovered in Tesla cars requiring recall of one million cars:
That's worth a recall? I didn't know cars even had this feature. Get yer damn fingers out of the way when the window is closing or learn the hard way. It was already possible to disable rear windows so kids couldn't screw around.

Yep, now watch somehow someone gets their dick caught in that closing window.
That would all be good if the UN could be trusted to conduct a fair election. They cannot. No way. The UN is nothing but a tool of the Western criminal oligarchy.
LOL. In the words of Stalin: “How many divisions does the Pope of Rome have?”
Same with UN. It's completely paralized by the veto system.
False analogy.
Elon is asking for a re-vote by the people in the contested territories, not just surrendering them.
How cute. "Re-vote" after an ethnic purge is surrender to whoever holds the territory at the moment.
Nobody getting "holier", just pointing to the obvious fact: after you grab and clense the territory of "undesirables" you can safely hold any kind of "vote" and get the langrab legalized.
Glad we agree on how this works.
