The DHS board will be headed by Nina Jankowicz, who once claimed militarized Trump supporters would show up to the polls with weapons to intimidate voters

Keep in mind creating propaganda was literally this woman's job.

Thought Police and the Ministry of Truth came on real fast after Musk purchased Twitter.

Did you think we'd let you have Free Speech Back - just like that????

Lubyanka Standard Operating Procedure: blame them for what you are doing yourself. At least calling a 'Disinformation Bureau' is a twisted form of honesty. They just got the source wrong.

No no no no no no.

I’m living in a never ending series of Twilight Zone episodes.

So now there’s a real Ministry of Truth, like in the novel, or “brain police” like Frank Zappa called them.
I’m unable to believe what the federal government is doing now.

Maybe Putin sending a nuke to DC would not be so bad.
“I’m not saying we won’t get our hair mussed Mr. President...”

What I want to know is what mechanism did the RINOs and Democrats employ when Trump was president, that stopped him from creating the Ministry of Drain the Swamp, and appointing Rudy Giuliani head of it? Then I want to know, why didn't the Republicans deploy the same to stop this? Talk about useless fucks!

DHS is neither about the Homeland or Security. It's a foreign neocon administered Nazi bureau to crush the citizenry on the basis of alleged false flag foreign threat. What else do you think would come from the 9/11 false flag?

“Imagine that, you know, with President Trump right now calling all of these news organizations that have — inconvenient for him — stories that they’re getting out there, that he’s calling ‘fake news,’ and now lashing out at platforms,” Jankowicz said. “I would never want to see our executive branch have that sort of power, and that’s why, you know, the legislative process, with our duly elected officials is really important. That sort of consultative rule-making process. We can’t just govern by executive order anymore.”

But the planned Disinformation Governance Board — which Jankowicz is expected to head — gives the executive branch that exact power. It falls under the purview of the Department of Homeland Security, the head of which reports directly to the president.

Well, they haven't been preparing all those empty gulags in USA for nothing. Maybe when the Homeland Nazi Speech Suppression apparatus gets in full swing, we can have the Patnet millionth post party in a Walmart warehouse sublet by DHS/FEMA with armed guards.

"Congress shall make no law," is antiquated. We need no legislature.

Now you have a Federal agency just for you.

We care about you.

We'll always be with you.

This is the kind of thing you see in dictatorships.

This Ministry of Truth, this Department of Propaganda that the Biden Administration has just set up. And the reason why you see this in dictatorships is because they're afraid of us. They're afraid of the people. They're afraid that we might actually think for ourselves.

First, they will claim national security.

Second, our judicial system is rigged.

Multiple people have attempted to sue Google, Twitter, and Facebook. Trump is one of them. Good fucking luck!!

I don't know why people still have any faith in the judicial system. Nobody from Antifa and BLM went to jail when they burned down city blocks, and murdered people. There's 800 people now in prison for the "January 6th insurrection". There is no judicial system. I don't see why people can't understand this at this point. How more obvious does it have to get?

Thousands of judges in thousands of courtrooms can't all be completely bought and corrupted, but they can try.

Look at the Jizzlaine trial. It's a dress rehearsal for Federal TV court drama passing as the real thing. A blatantly bribed (lesbian ??) Federal judge presiding over a Deep State swamp prosecutor supposedly going after a fake avatar defendant represented by another ostensibly faked defense attorney with a purposely booby trapped, rigged jury. The whole thing is soap opera with the predicted result of producing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING NEW and purposely shielding the perps in perpetuity under the charade of justice being served.

At least the DS have to acknowledge the show trial, which means they fear something from public scrutiny to even mount such an act of theater.

All you do is direct the cases to compromised judges. Easy.

It's just to give the appearance we have a functioning judicial system at all and it works, you think we still have one. I know damned well we don't.

For all we know, Jizzlane Maxwell is in TelAviv right now with Jeffrey Epstein.

The corruption of our judicial system is so goddamned blatant, it's obvious. Look at the dumb asshole we have as the next Supreme Court Justice and she oversaw the case with that guy that shot up Comet Pizza. He got a longer sentence than most pedophiles did. If you're not corrupt in our government, you don't advance. It's as simple as that.

The main issues with the third branch of Guv is that it is designed to be slow, expensive, perpetual, and inconclusive until every source of money is wrung out of the conflicts. It isn't designed for 'justice', it generates outlandish taxation and then deliver an arbitrary result. There is very little effective machinery in there to take care of active, ongoing crimes and destruction 'in the face of' in any kind of timely or time effective manner.

Political perps are committing gross and grotesque criminal acts and treasons too numerous to count on a daily basis, to the extent that legal solutions to catch up with all of them are essentially nullified in the bog slow and expensive parallel universe of the 'legal system'.

There is also the traditional issue of what law exactly determines the behavior of politicians? In the foreign occupied, foreign city state of Washington DC, the law isn't the Constitution, it's some bizarre contractual corporate law based on Roman Law (designed to shelter corruption) and British Maritime Law (high seas Royalist slaving law). The so called Constitutional law is administered by political entities who are not even bound by it.

The perpetrators know that the law takes years to catch up with them, if ever, and the 'catch me if you can' delight of the psychopaths is very real and observable. They all take it in stride as part of the 'big gamble'. If the law ever catches up with them, politician or otherwise, it usually winds up being a few patsys or small fish sacrificed for the main actors, who can die comfortably in their beds before anything happens to them. I would bet even a lot of the Durham stuff winds up being delivered posthumously, if ever.

Yep even when they know that there is a high chance of courts striking stuff down, they just create so many EOs and flood the system with gridlock due to the time it takes to file and hear challenges. Courts should not only rule more swiftly if it's clearly against the constitution, they should institute immediate punishments, say no EOs for 3,6,9,12 months, and maybe no EOs for the rest of the legislative period at all similar to a three strikes law. Maybe impeachment, but continuous overreach must not be tolerated
39   Ceffer   2022 May 2, 12:16pm

The legal system itself contains the tools for its own nullification to overwhelm it. It's a big, slimy, slow dinosaur trying to catch a bunch of shifty, fast moving and fast jumping criminal gazelles. Maybe if a gazelle winds up in the dinosaur's mouth, it gets crushed, but the rest get away.

Add to that the obvious exercise of lawfare and selective justice, one could see how military tribunals are preferable.
