He was kind of the bad manager to be honest. He didn't call it out. He was lead on everything. Really great/smart dude, but he wasn't in charge of hiring either. So he managed stuff, but didn't have control so to speak. Kind of a shitty setup. Hence why he left. I've never gotten into code outside of basic wordpress type sites, but this guy can start a keyboard on fire. He's going independent and being his own boss. I don't trust them, but can you blame them? They spent all that time and debt to get a degree to get their job. They are basically told what to prescribe and see what it does. They don't know drugs, that wasn't their curriculum, just sold them and that's what they dish out. It's a fucked up industry. It's why the homeopath medical industry is shit on. I encountered this too - my dr would constantly only do 1 thing per visit instead of the planned 2 or 3. Always some excuse like she didnt have the materials, or she didn't have time, or was still awaiting test results yada yada... I think this was some insurance billing fraud - I bet she made more money by splitting things into as many visits as possible. I musta went to her office 20 times in 2 months.

At least she was pleasant, and seemed competent.

I've been told by doctors I had a stomach flu, only to end up in the ER for what was a bacterial infection I got from my then-nurse girlfriend. Literally 2 hours after getting the Zithro my symptoms were 80% better and it was like I was never sick a day later. FWIW I barely made it downstairs and somebody called an ambulance for me 48 hours after being dismissed from the clinic for a "Stomach Virus". I was 25 at that time and they just put me through the checklist and DGAF at the walk in clinic. I'm the kind of guy with robust health and I go years between flus and colds, even now in my 40s.

BTW, it took the FDA almost 30 years before they allowed Gay Men to donate blood again in 2015.

There are decent gay people out there, but these events aren't for them. My cousin is gay, he's rather disgusted by gay pride parades and so on.

People spent years being "just leave us alone" and they are not welcoming of people who impose their viewpoint on others. It's undoing everything for them. I, for example, am no longer just indifferent. If I meet a man that is gay now, I'll avoid physical contact and I will also have a underlying suspicion that he's a groomer/pedophile.
