He was kind of the bad manager to be honest. He didn't call it out. He was lead on everything. Really great/smart dude, but he wasn't in charge of hiring either. So he managed stuff, but didn't have control so to speak. Kind of a shitty setup. Hence why he left. I've never gotten into code outside of basic wordpress type sites, but this guy can start a keyboard on fire. He's going independent and being his own boss. I don't trust them, but can you blame them? They spent all that time and debt to get a degree to get their job. They are basically told what to prescribe and see what it does. They don't know drugs, that wasn't their curriculum, just sold them and that's what they dish out. It's a fucked up industry. It's why the homeopath medical industry is shit on. Always some excuse like she didnt have the materials, or she didn't have time, or was still awaiting test results yada yada...
