For his first few months on campus, Terry adjusted to what he describes as an “overwhelmingly Anglo” institution, but support quickly came in the form of Dr. Robert Service, who goes by Bill, a business school professor who made himself available to Terry and guided his college career as a mentor.

In June, Terry was appointed as State Farm’s first chief diversity officer and says building a culture of mentorship and promoting underrepresented talent from within will be among his main priorities in his new role.

So "Anglo" is a dogwhistle term for white, as Americans who identify as English Americans are a minority of the population, abut 25 Million.

So an ignorant racist who engages in stereotyping is State Farm material? If you haven't cancelled your policies with this company,.....

So what happened? Maybe SF wanted to keep this program quiet, but when the curtain was pulled aside, suddenly they don't want to support it? Or maybe other executives or other large stakeholders rejected it when they found out about it when it became public? Their statement saying they want parents to make the choice seems very at odds with the program they supported, making me think someone vetoed this crap, and that was the best "it was a misunderstanding" excuse they could come up with.

Makes me wonder if maybe they gave the chief diversity tool the power to make descisions re diversity, and they didn't scrutinize this, or didnt fully understand it, before it went live. Also makes me wonder if the commies are maybe forming alliances with these chief diversity tools, likely by paying them off in exchange for them implementing their "suggestions".

I gotta admit the commies are very clever, as they have effectively inserted a controllable foreign parasite into tons of companies under the guise of diversity. Reminds me of the star trek episode when those little worm parasite things would get into the crew, and would then mind control them, and youd see 2 little parasite spikes stick out of their neck of the crew member.

I wish I still had state farm insurance so I could cancel and tell them why.

"“My parents looked and sounded different, my clothes looked different, my lunches smelled different,” she said. “Not fitting in stayed with me all through high school and into college.” In college, she found her voice as she explored outlets for her natural tendencies as an advocate.

“It was very clear to me early on that my parents chose to come here to give us a better life,” she said. “Knowing that helped me always have a high work ethic. It also helped me to not be afraid to take risks. My dad always said I was also the child who challenged them the most, who always needed to understand the why, especially when I thought something wasn’t fair.”"

Of course Euopean immigrants never encountered these experiences which seem unique to this individual's identity because she is an ignorant racist.

So looking at the major insurance companies, many have hired non-white diversity officers, a reason to cancel policies at such companies. But let's delve into this Allstate twit. She has two highly educated medical doctor parents, who, if they pass the licensing exams, are on the road to a very wealthy life in the USA. Americans who can't gain admission to US medical schools and attend medical schools in the Philippines have to pass such licensing exams. Philippine natives who attend medical school there and emigrate to the US, like this diversity twit's parents, have to do the same. And Asian Americans are the most financially successful ethnic group in th USA.

So here we have a spoiled asswipe moaning about her lot in life, being hired as Allstate's chief diversity oficer. Does anyone think she will fairly represent the interests of European immigrants or European Americans in general?

Can anyone recommend a non-woke insurance company?

I don't know how IL does it but we have State Farm and Allstate as major insurance corporations here. Both are shit, well I should say average. I've been to both corporate campus' and they're spread out across the country with franchises. Yes they will 100% pay out, but your premiums are retarded if you get insurance with them. It's a 20-50% markup compared to the small guys. Just make sure to find the small guy that pays.

Shelter Insurance is on a list of non-woke insurance companies, but they are not doing business in Maryland. Others on that list, sadly, like Farmers, have non-white chief diversity offcers. Shelter's is a decent looking white woman, surprisingly, who apparently is there because she was a young single mom. WTF?

Searching on diversity officers typically brings one to this scumbag company: https://seramount.com/what-we-do/

"WHAT WE DO
LEADING THE DEI CONVERSATION SINCE 1979

Diversity, equity and inclusion is a dynamic topic and a difficult one to lead—we know because we’ve been there."

Perhaps not surprisingly, Seramount has a very non-diverse leadership team. One group seems quite underrepresented: https://seramount.com/about-us/meet-the-team/

I am sure they have some information on that and can help steer you away from other woke/LGBT friendly/unpatriotic companies as well so your well earned dollars are not wasted.

What was the point of this comment? Allstate and State Farm are shit. Boots on the ground. I know at least a dozen people that work for either. You pay a higher premium for their advertising. They could fuck kids for all I care, it's a more expensive product for the same thing someone else can provide.

You could make like you were going to join to cause them to do a lot of work.

What’s in it for the insurance companies? Are the non-heteronormative better for their business somehow? Do they tend to avoid risk? Is it that love all around means less crime and therefore fewer claims?

ESG

Much of which comes from the SEC, so can be done away with instantly.

Sorry State Farm: we’re boycotting now

Like a good neighbor, State Farm is there to encourage youth identity crises, genital mutilation and chemical castration ...

State Farm learned the hard way that you don’t come for people’s kids.

A leaked email released by Consumers Research on Monday revealed that the insurance company planned to mobilize its agents to indoctrinate children as young as five into woke gender theory. State Farm agents in Florida were told by a “corporate responsibility analyst” that the company is partnering with the GenderCool Project, the goal of which is to “increase representation of LGBTQ+ books and support our communities in having challenging, important and empowering conversations with children 5+.” The analyst, who helpfully put his pronouns in his email signature, asked for agents to donate LGBTQ books to local schools, libraries, and community centers. ...

In past years, corporations would enact woke policies and programs, conservatives would whine for a couple of hours, and then we would all move on. I never thought I’d see the day, but conservatives are actually getting good at boycotts. The right has managed to create a strong network of activists, watchdogs, investigative groups, and journalists who are dedicated to exposing woke corporatism and giving consumers a serious call to action. ...

You’d think State Farm would have learned its lesson from Disney, but it decided to take the hard route instead. How many more companies will try to brainwash and destroy our children before they get the message?
14   Patrick   2022 Jun 10, 1:07pm

Still, they should be boycotted.

No excuse for promoting the sexual mutilation of children is ever acceptable.

Yup. While I think if they go woke, that its better if they reverse than not reverse. But they should never be easily forgiven - going woke must be seen as a potentially very costly mistake that will be hard to undo. If theyre easily forgiven, it just incentivizes companies to try woke and then issue a cheap apology if needed. It's better if we could make the company pay dearly, and ideally bankrupt them, and follow their execs to new jobs to make them unable to run from their past crimes.
16   Patrick   2022 Jun 10, 3:36pm

I agree.

No one should just be able to apologize to get away with a crime against children.

I view the above e-mail as a phony. There is a grammatical error in it.

Unless State Farm has outsourced corporate communications to India, that simply would not happen on a company wide e-mail.

IMHO, people should simply cancel their policies.
