It's that simple.

Rep. Hank Johnson (D-GA) sparked outrage this week after resurfacing one of the most infamous slurs used by Iran’s Islamist regime, labeling the United States “the great Satan.”

During an interview with far-left radio host Dean Obeidallah, Johnson also smeared America as the “world’s number one bully.” ...

He then added: “This sends a shocking message to the world that America is indeed the — what did they used to call it — the great hand of Satan, or something like that.”

Johnson continued his attack by invoking the Iranian regime’s preferred label directly:

“I mean, America under the Trump regime is demonstrating that that moniker is entirely accurate.

“That’s what we’ve become in this country, the great Satan.”
