Military members swear an oath. Underlying the oath is a command to obey lawful orders. Unlawful orders should NOT be followed, but only a court-martial can decide - after the fact. Can a Commander relieve subordinates until they find someone to carry out an unlawful order? Sure. Then, we have a possible War Crimes issue, as in the Nuremberg Trials.

One guy on the blogs who was in military intel says that there are no American military installations with a picture of Joe Biden as President. They are either not there or empty frames. All of these military facilities are supposed to have pictures of the chain of command and President.

Polls are usually heavily oversampled on the demonrat side, Emerson and trafalgar are the pollsters to watch. Because there was no precedent. Trump/ the Republicans in the swing states should have involved the courts much earlier (or invoked martial law for a fair in person elections if necessary). It's much harder now to change rules set in place by courts, even "emergency" won't do it. Always define and agree on the rules before the game, makes cheating much harder.

Why have no MSM (including Fox) discussed the process of "declassification" of Presidential Documents? It may be that ANYthing Trump removed was automatically declassified as soon as it left the White House. This is, at best, a process crime. Why is the DoJ so desperate to prevent a Special Master, even one with security clearance, to view those documents the department asserts are classified? (The parties each have offered two candidates for the position, one of Trump’s candidates, in fact, sat on the FISA court. Is he less certain to do this job properly than the National Archivist?) There are several possible explanations for the desperation I can think of -- none of which do credit to the attorney general. The first and most common supposition is that the documents which they claim must be kept even from the eyes of the Special Master relate to the FBI and DoJ’s role in fashioning and perpetrating the phony Russian Collusion fairytale. That would be damning indeed, and frankly, I see it as the most likely explanation: It is improper to classify documents simply to prevent embarrassment to persons or agencies. And anyone who does this is subject to sanctions.

Here we are, after the midterms, and what does the media who pushed this story as Trump personally endangering nuclear weapons codes and the identities of undercover agents abroad have to say? Oops, would sum it up.

The odds of anyone in the FBI, the Department of Justice, or the Office of the Archivist of the United States thinking that President Trump had actual classified documents, much less the identities of covert agents or nuclear weapons codes in his possession, are zero. The entire purpose of the FBI raid was to attempt to intimidate President Trump as he hinted at a 2024 presidential run in the same way Department of Justice investigations are being used to harass and, in the case of Steve Bannon (Steve Bannon’s Conviction Shows the Biden Justice Department Has Politically Weaponized the Law and Law Enforcement), imprison Trump allies. They also wanted to create a narrative of Trump-is-a-traitor that could be weaponized to offset any campaigning done by Trump in the midterms. Finally, if possible, they wanted to damage him should he opt to run for president. There was never any crime. All that ever existed was a desire for petty vengeance.
