I don't think cities can ban them, but the billboard company could bend over and lose revenue to please the woke idiots.

No, the city can just change the laws or bribe them, or threaten them with legal action.

How would the mafia deal with a bunch of billboard companies saying stuff they didn't like? The government is a mafia.

Also, I think 1/2 the population reads these billboard NONironically. I don't think sarcasm or satire is very effective in clown world.

You're saying this after it's become public knowledge that the Biden administration was requesting Facebook and Twitter to ban specific, individual people?

Our government doesn't follow the Constitution. Read the Bill of Rights. Every one of them is infringed if not outright ignored. Perhaps Amendment 3 is still intact.

Amendment 1
- Freedom of Religion, Speech, and the Press

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion or prohibiting the free exercise thereof, or abridging the freedom of speech or of the press, or the right of the people peaceably to assemble and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

Amendment 2
- The Right to Bear Arms

A well-regulated Militia being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms shall not be infringed.

Amendment 3
- The Housing of Soldiers

No soldier shall, in time of peace, be quartered in any house without the consent of the owner, nor in time of war but in a manner to be prescribed by law.

Amendment 6

Amendment 7

- Undelegated Powers Kept by the States and the People

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people.

I'm thinking about making a bunch of signs spread out like every 10 yards saying stuff like:
War is Peace
Men are Women
Pedo is Presidential
Poor is good
