Here I've been thinking McDonald's has been overly representing black music in McDonald's. In fact I would wager any McDonald commercial music has been "Urban Beats" or defenantly music that appeals to Hip Hop listerners than Country Station listeners. The Country music channels run the same spot that Urban Channels run.

Well apparently MD's is guilty of only hiring White Music producers to Urbanize McDonalds and give them Street Cred.

A California judge is allowing a black entertainment group led by Byron Allen to continue their lawsuit against McDonalds for not spending enough money advertising with the network. The lawsuit alleges that McDonalds does not give enough of their advertising budget to black entertainment, therefore McDonalds is racist.
