Arkansas Bill Would Make Ivermectin Over-the-Counter
No prescription required for the "wonder drug."
Arkansas has filed a bill titled ‘An Act to Authorize Ivermectin for Human Use to Be Sold Without a Prescription or Consultation with a Healthcare Professional,’ that would allow the sale of ivermectin without the need for a prescription or consultation with a healthcare provider.
Ivermectin is a U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA)-approved broad-spectrum anti-parasitic agent shown to have anti-viral activity against a wide range of viruses, including influenza.
The drug is not toxic at a standard dose, is safe for pregnant women, and is even widely used in veterinary medicine due to its safety and efficacy.
A June 2020 comprehensive systematic review summarizing 50 years of studies on the antiviral effects of ivermectin published in Nature’s Journal of Antibiotics characterized ivermectin as “a wonder drug.”
The review confirmed that ivermectin “proposes many potential effects to treat a range of diseases, with its antimicrobial, antiviral, and anti-cancer properties.”
“It is highly effective against many microorganisms including some viruses,” the review emphasizes.
The new bill, led by State Senator Alan Clark (R-District 7), is a decisive move to expand access to unjustly restricted treatments, putting Arkansans in control of their healthcare choices.

Those who support the Regime, even if not individually in positions of power, still partake of its power: thus, the libtard could say ugly things about white people in social situations and expect you to nod and laugh. Now that shoe is on the other foot. The actions of the new administration have given you implicit permission to take action of your own, in your own personal life, in whatever way you can. Does your company have a DEI office? Has its HR department been discriminating against white male applicants? Does your university still force students to pretend the 1619 project is real? Does your open source project have a tendentious code of conduct on its github page? Does your town council still fly the prismatic pennant of pederasty? Does your local elementary school still bedeck its hallways with BLM fists? Does your sister-in-law demand that you respect your nephew’s (his name is not Luna) pronouns? Well huh, maybe you can do something about that. You don’t need to keep your head down any more. You don’t need to stay silent. You can just say things. ...
And you should say things. The Trump admin is feeding the swamp creatures to its pet DOGE, but there’s a whole country that needs to be taken back. Politicians and their staffers can’t do that themselves. This is swarm warfare. You will not get direct orders telling you what specifically to do, you are expected to improvise, to figure out on your own the best way of advancing the global strategic objectives, and then act accordingly. This is the same tactical doctrine we refined during the Meme War, so you should know what you’re doing, by now. And since you know what you’re doing, you can just do things.

Overwhelming popular opposition can defeat socialism, as in the former USSR.
Dunno.

I don't know why nobody is listening to me on this, but I'll say it again LOUDER:
Impeachment is too high a bar, you NEED 67 Senators, and you don't HAVE 67 Senators.
But federal judges can also be removed from the bench for failing to
"serve during good Behavior," an Article III Section 1 condition of
employment under the Constitution.
Most of these activists judges are violating their own Judicial Branch
Code of Conduct for United States Judges in various ways, and are
therefore violating the Constitution's "serve during good Behavior"
clause, and can be fired for cause.
That's a SIMPLE MAJORITY in the House and Senate--and you DO have THAT.

Republican lawmakers in Georgia have introduced new legislation that seeks to ban hospitals and doctors from discriminating against patients who have not received Covid “vaccines.”
The bold legislative effort seeks to outlaw discrimination against unvaccinated organ transplant recipients, taking direct aim at policies that prioritize Covid vaccination in life-or-death medical decisions.
The legislation, House Bill 522, prohibits hospitals and transplant centers from denying or delaying organ transplants based solely on a patient’s refusal to receive a Covid “vaccine.” ...
Under the proposed law, a person’s “vaccine” history would be added alongside disability status to Georgia’s existing anti-discrimination protections for transplant recipients.
This means that unvaccinated patients cannot be removed from organ waiting lists, pushed further down the queue, or barred from receiving a life-saving transplant purely because of their refusal to comply with vaccination protocols.
Said simply, causing harm and disease massively increases the size of the market for pharmaceutical products so that’s Big Pharma’s business model today.
If one actually cares about health, finding new uses for existing drugs that are no longer protected by patents is BY FAR the best use of research time and money.
Research into nutrition and non-pharmaceutical interventions also produces infinitely better outcomes for the public than biochemical research.
But there are almost no profits in these approaches.
Assemblymen Carl DeMaio (R-San Diego) and Bill Essayli (R-Riverside) announced Tuesday their intention to support the qualification of and passage of a Voter ID Initiative in California in the 2026 election.
A coalition of elected officials and campaign committees have also announced support, and released polling showing overwhelming bipartisan support for a Voter ID Initiative in California – with a super-majority of Republicans and Independents and a majority of even Democratic voters supporting the initiative.
National, regional or local polling always shows that a Voter ID requirement is popular with a majority of voters – as high as 8 in 10 voters, according to mainstream polling firm Gallup.
A poll conducted by Gallup in October 2024 found that 84% of Americans favor requiring all voters to provide photo identification at their polling place in order to vote. The poll also found that 83% of Americans favor requiring people who are registering to vote for the first time to provide proof of citizenship. ...
