None of that is going to happen, those are fantasies like the population reduction. Europe just needs to kick out the useless illegal immigrants like the US needs to as well, build an army on their own and declare independence from the US, bring/keep manufacturing like the US needs to as well, and start trading with everyone who has useful goods, including Russia. Then they will be fine. Too many US cucks and vasalls still in the governments over there. Americans are basically Europeans who fled across the pond from the UK. While the US was able to throw off the "shackles" of tradition and guilt rather quickly, now it's Europes turn. This moderate "crisis" is an opportunity if they vote accordingly.
