For those of you who don't know: It's New Mumbai (local Jeets themselves refer to this that way) in the Bay Area. It is to Jeets what Dearborn, MI is to Muslims.

In other words, Silicon Valley H1B and Greencard central, kiddies.

Lotta Jeet restaurants are going to close, too. Local high school near my house? I used to play 'spot the token Whitey' as I drove by when they are walking to school. Used to find one in about every two hundred. Not anymore.

I bet half those kids are H-4s. The other half are anchorbrats. A few oriental and latins are sprinkled in. When I see a hot girl of either of the later type, my brain plays "Which one was raped by a Jeet?" as well as "What's the likelihood she has an OF page that actually rakes in some serious dough?"

For those of you who think I am too much of a racist asshole...you would be too if you lived here to see what happened over 30 years. You would be too if you had to train TWO Jeets to take over my job like I had to. And I personally liked a few Jeets despite that. Not any fucking more. I was stupid.

There's going to be an R/E Jeetpocalypse - potentially a very catastrophic one at that - happening practically on my front door and I plan to enjoy every fucking minute of it. I am ENTITLED to do so, kiddies!

Fremont is not my favorite place because it's kinda hot, on the wrong side of the bridge, and basically unwalkable.

But that said, for a really good deal, I'd put up with all that.

Suburbs of Fremont:

Well, I worked in Fremont quite a bit. It has a very nice climate. Not as cool as San Leandro to Piedmont stretch, but also not foggy and pleasant evenings. It is cooler than Tri Valley in the summer by 5 to 10 degrees on average, and certainly cooler than San Jose at temperature peaks.

I think it has a very good climate for the Bay Area, especially if you don't like the fog and colder nights further up the East Bay. It's also well located for SiVal commutes and lower Peninsula. I think a lot of people if given their druthers would prefer it over a lot of areas.

I think I would pick funky Niles if I chose to live there. They have water lakes and the stream, so some places are on or very close to water.

Also, it is affluent enough and far away enough from the areas going up the East Bay to Oakland that the crime is lower. Hayward is loaded with drugs and druggies.
