Only a few weeks into the 2021 Covid “vaccine” rollout, VAERS reports detailed numerous injuries and deaths attributed specifically to the Covid gene therapy drugs rebranded as “vaccines.”

I remember thinking in those first few weeks of 2021 that the propaganda surrounding “vaccines” was overwhelming. Politicians, government health departments, and mainstream news media chanted “safe and effective” like religious mantra. The propaganda operation involved more than “vaccine” promotion. Any evidence linking “vaccines” to injury or death was suppressed on social media. I remember this because I sought to circumvent Twitter’s keyword searches by converting text into graphic pictures before posting.

It was in this early 2021 time frame that someone asked me when the gene drug injection carnage would end. With great melancholy, I replied, “This won’t end until everybody knows somebody” … who is injured or dead from the gene drugs called “vaccines.” ...

I then performed spreadsheet analyses of the 2021 VAERS database by counting the number of occurrences of character strings associated with clotting, bleeding, and other known vaccine issues: “clot,” “thrombo,” “stroke,” “embolism,” “aneurysm,” “carditis,” “guillain.” (Found here on Twitter). The results were stark and dismaying.

In those early weeks of Covid gene drug delivery, it was incredibly depressing to know that the government was knowingly soliciting and coercing people to accept sometimes fatal and often injurious products into their bodies. Until that time I had only seen such propaganda in movies. The information and free speech suppression was reminiscent of stories from behind the iron curtain of the Soviet Union when I was a boy in the 1960s and 1970s. ...

In one social circle of men ages 60 to 80, five (5) are Covid gene drug injected and three (3) are not.

Among the three (3) “unvaxxed for Covid,” one 65-year-old works out regularly, had Covid at least once and is healthy; one 80-year-old works out regularly, had Covid at least once and is healthy; and one 60-year-old works out regularly, had Covid at least twice and is healthy.

Among the five (5) Covid gene drug injected, one 63-year-old had a dangerous deep vein thrombosis (DVT) in his calf and cannot hike for years (he was very active before his serious injury); one 62-year-old was recently released from the hospital after DVTs in both calves and a pulmonary embolism (PE) in his lung (he will be on Eliquis for the rest of his life); one 70-year-old was tachycardic for four (4) months after his Covid booster (this is life-threatening for a man of his age); one 73-year-old now has a glioblastoma (brain cancer) that was found already at stage 4 and with a rate of growth so fast that he only has weeks to live.

I do not know anyone who died from Covid and I expect that number will remain at zero. I know two (2) people who died from the Covid gene drug injections and I expect this number to grow substantially in the coming weeks, months, and years.

And now, in 2025, everybody knows somebody who died or was injured by Covid gene drug injections, whether they know it or not. ...

Why is there such a failure of messaging regarding these oft-fatal injections? The issues of leadership, strategy, and efficiency of utility must be solved in order to change public opinion based on truth, not propaganda.

After 4+ years of trying to be heard above the noise of myocarditis and doctors selling bird flu kits, I am done being humble and nice. Hundreds of thousands of people died in the United States from Covid gene drug injections. Including hospital Covid protocols, more than one million Americans have been killed in the name of Healthcare.

So, 2017 would have been about the time they needed to begin sourcing raw and starting materials, glass vials, rubber bungs and aluminum seals, etc, to get billions of injections manufactured ready for the 2020 ‘outbreak’.

On Tuesday, I got a very bad feeling reading Governor DeSantis’ X announcement that, 18 months later, the Grand Jury had finally issued its long-awaited final report on the covid shots. It worried me that DeSantis didn’t link the report. And he noncomittally said, “we are still reading through the report.” Uh oh. My worries were confirmed yesterday when I saw the Florida Pheonix’s triumphant headline, “ Statewide grand jury investigating COVID-19 vaccines finds no evidence of crimes.”




Well, that lack of crimes will come as a terrific relief to Joe Biden’s last five brain cells, desperately clinging to life in his cabbage-like cranium, forced to consider difficult questions like that posed Monday in USA Today’s headline, “Biden’s preemptive pardons could include Fauci, Cheney.” If there isn’t any evidence of crimes, then presumably the human cockroach and Benedicta Cheney have nothing to worry about.

Ah, but the truth is never quite so straightforward, is it? The Florida Phoenix’s headline was a lie by grotesque omission. It might be literally true —the Grand Jury could not find a fitting crime against anyone not legally protected— but nevertheless, it was a monstrous distortion of the Jury’s findings and was a classic case of what media just loves to call misinformation when other people do it. ...




... The authors might disagree with this summary, but here is my attempt to boil down the book-length report:

The real criminals were in the U.S. government, and so, unfortunately, are protected from state prosecution.

Pfizer and Moderna protected themselves by disclosing everything to the FDA, which was and is running interference for them.

There is no reliable evidence that the vaccines are safe or effective, especially at this point.

The problem was and is that many corners were cut, facilitated by regulatory agencies, and we now may never know the full scale of the disaster.

The data that could really answer questions of safety and efficacy have never been, and probably never will be, disclosed to the public. ...

The bottom line is the Grand Jury, having reviewed all the evidence, concluded the FDA erred by approving the jabs for anyone but the most at risk. “Unlike the FDA,” the Grand Jury concluded, “we do not believe that the COVID-19 ‘emergency’ necessarily applied to everyone; the EUA should only have been granted as to the elderly and comorbid populations most at risk from SARS-Co V-2 complications.” (The italicized and bold-faced type was theirs, not mine.) ...

Like the Florida Phoenix, if it mentions this report at all, the media will surely leverage the lack of any criminal findings as some sort of vindication for mRNA technology. But that’s not what the Grand Jury found at all.

Even if they couldn’t find any prosecutable crimes against the exposed (non-government) defendants, the Jurors didn’t exactly stamp their approval on anything. To the contrary, the Grand Jurors found a “pattern of deceptive and obfuscatory behavior” with both the drug makers and the government officials:

"While we did not find criminal activity, we did find a pattern of deceptive and obfuscatory behavior on the part of sponsors and regulators that often straddled the line between ethical and unethical conduct. More importantly, however, not finding any indictable criminal activity does not mean we did not find any problems. On the contrary, there are profound and serious issues involving the process of vaccine development and safety surveillance in the United States. Some of those are acute, COVID-19-era problems that are unlikely to occur outside the context of another once-in-a-hundred-year pandemic. Others, however, are systemic; they will occur over and over until someone fixes them." ...




The Grand Jury’s scope of work was limited in three significant ways. The first major limitation they faced was that, unbelievably, government officials ignored their subpoenas. “Most notably,” the Report explained, “a significant number of current or former federal officials refused to testify to us. Federal law prohibits us from compelling those officials to appear.”

On the other hand, Pfizer and Moderna responded to the subpoenas to a certain extent and they sent representatives to testify. But the very same taxpayer-funded FDA officials who throughout the pandemic repeatedly demanded the public’s trust flatly refused to provide many documents or any witnesses to the Grand Jury.

It is unjustifiable, inexcusable, and a disgusting, treasonous dereliction of duty. I hope Robert Kennedy guts the FDA with a rusty fishknife. ...

"Regarding the clinical trials and pharmacovigilance of MRNA-1273 and BNTl 62b2, it was genuinely striking to us just how many of the problems we found occurred at either the direction or acquiescence of the FDA, CDC and other federal regulators. Nearly every time we found an issue with MRNA-1273 or BNT162b2, the fingerprints of these agencies were all over the scene, advising that the flagship and surrogate clinical trials be performed in specific ways, authorizing dose after dose and formulation after formulation based on out-of-date immunogenicity comparisons and observational results, and even running interference for sponsors by misleading the American public about validated safety signals." ...



















The Grand Jurors were given a solemn duty precluding them from speculating. But I can speculate a little. From my near-daily study over the last four years, my view is that these shots with their bioweapons-lab-designed spike protein have dozens and dozens of mechanisms of rare injury, as the various pictures included in today’s post show. Myocarditis may be officially recognized but is only one ‘rare’ injury type of many.

As far as I know, the wide variety of rare injuries is unique to mRNA vaccines.

The FDA has never considered the cumulative risk of all the rare adverse events, when you add up them up. While the risk of encountering a particular rare adverse event is low, is the combined risk of encountering any of the various adverse events still rare? I think not. I think the combined risk of encountering some kind of adverse event sooner or later is around 20%—25%.

I have long counseled having superhuman patience in the critical effort to bring justice to the pandemic’s criminals, since accountability against resistance is always a slow and steady slog rather than any kind of race. But sometimes, the timeline surprisingly surges forward, like this week. We made major progress. Remember that famous case where the FDA straight-facedly argued it should get 75 years to produce the covid shot records? Yesterday, in that same case, heroic federal Judge Mark T. Pittman entered a new order — and it was a humdinger.

The judge gets it. “From the beginning of this case,” the judge wrote, the court “has been tasked with determining what the appropriate rate of production is for arguably the most important FOIA request in American history.” Pittman acknowledged how “Hundreds of millions of Americans were urged—and some coerced—into taking a vaccine that was developed and approved for emergency use.”

Although the FDA had already finished its initial production eight months ago, the plaintiffs and the court recently learned of another million pages that had never been turned over, ensconced in what the FDA called its “EUA file.” Once the judge ordered those newly discovered records turned over by February 25th, the FDA objected. The agency complained that the judge was “jumping the FOIA line” and butting ahead of other requests ahead of him in the pipe.

Pittman roundly rejected that tortured logic. It was no new request, he more than patiently explained, but the EUA File should have been included in the FDA’s original response to his first order from 2021. The frustrated judge damned the agency, explicitly noting that “the FDA attempted to hide the file’s existence.” He dramatically ended his order by quoting George Washington: “Truth will ultimately prevail where pains are taken to bring it to light.”

Whatever truth is in that million-page EUA file is apparently something the FDA had hoped would never ever see the light of FOIA. Things aren’t going well for the agency these days. If the FDA had thought it faced a friendly court system, it would have appealed Pittman long ago. And not only does it face this order on one flank, but on the other Robert Kennedy is poised to take control of HHS, and right on the front lines, Marty Makary is on the brink of running the FDA. Either Kennedy or Makary could order the FDA’s lawyers to stand down, and their FOIA department to turn over the records without substantial redaction.

In other words, the FDA is being surrounded. Pains are being taken to bring it to light, and truth will ultimately prevail.

People in Australia were subjected to coercion and vaccine mandates to make them comply with the ‘National Plan to transition Australia’s National COVID-19 Response’, with the threat of loss of livelihood and participation in society if they refused to submit to COVID-19 vaccination.

It should be obvious now that the ‘National Plan’ conflicted with medical practitioners’ obligation to obtain valid voluntary informed consent for vaccination, as I have raised many times on this substack...

Why were long-standing principles of public health and fundamental human rights thrown out in the response to Covid-19?
