HENRIETTA SIMOES: The evening of May 5th he experienced gastrointestinal issues and on the morning of May 6th he complained of chest pain and jaw numbness. His heartbeat registered at 190 beats per minute. He called 911.

As the paramedics were checking his vitals he collapsed and became unresponsive. The ER doctor suspected he died of a vaccine-induced pulmonary embolism. But in fact the autopsy showed a thoracic aortic dissection,[1] which we have since learned has a higher signal than myocarditis.[2]

He died just over two weeks after his first vaccine.

We've ruled out genetic predisposition and have had his blood serum examined by a world-renowned immunologist who concluded he had an exceedingly high number of inflammatory markers and indeed had had a severe inflammatory response.

Victor's tissue is also being examined for spike proteins.

Victor was the last of the family to get the vaccine and believed it to be safe.

We reported his death to VAERS.[3] I was profoundly shocked when no one, no one, from the CDC or the FDA reached out to me to investigate my son's death and possible safety problems with the vaccine.

After frantic calls to the CDC, I received form condolence letters, stating the vaccine was safe and no indications of following up to analyze my son's adverse event. I felt dismissed.

My life is now that of a bereaved mother. I grieve for the life I had envisioned and no longer have. I grieve for my other children that have lost a beloved brother and uncle to their future children.

But mostly I grieve for the the life Victor did not get to live. He worked so hard to achieve what he wanted in life. He was about to propose to the love of his life. He had named his future children and was working at his dream job as a Level Seven senior manager at amazon. More importantly, he looked forward to spending time with the family he loved and called several times a day.

I will never again be able to hug and hold my son. To many he may be nothing more than a statistic, collateral damage, but to me he was my entire world. As a bereaved mother, I don't want another mother cry herself to sleep knowing full well she much wake up to the agony of another day without her son. I don't want another mother to watch her husband silently leave home every day to spend time with his son at the cemetery.

I don't want to ever hear again that side effects are rare. They are not rare when they are your child. I don't want to hear about the risk benefit analysis when in fact there is none. or that is was for the greater good. For those who say collateral damage is to be expected, or it's for the greater good, I ask, which one of your children would you be willing to give up for the team?

I don't want to hear we did the best we could under the circumstances, when in fact it was known from the clinical trials in the first month of the roll out that there would be deaths and there would be a tsunami of deaths and adverse events, when in fact, safe and effective therapeutics were suppressed in order to obtain EUA [Emergency Use Authorization] status.

These vaccines should have been stopped by February 1st when excess mortality were readily available.

I don't want to hear, oh, it saved lives. There is no proof of that. There have been no randomized trials of the vaccine demonstrating a reduction of deaths.

I don't want to hear, how do you know it was the vaccine, to which I ask, how do you know it wasn't? Unless proven otherwise, it defies logic, based on the temporality of the event and other factors that it could be any other than the vaccine.

The PREP Act must be repealed. What I want is for people to come out of their trance that enables them to normalize death of this magnitude. This is not normal.

What I want is my son to be remembered. Ernesto's son to be remembered. Taylor's daughter to be remembered. And all those others left on the battlefield to be remembered. They cannot be left to the dustbin of history.

What I want is for people to remember, as John Donne[5] said in For Whom the Bell Tolls,

And for the evil individuals that took it upon themselves to destroy humanity, may they also know that the bell tolls for them. For we are coming. One of the most alarming aspects of the COVID-19 response was the aggressive push to vaccinate children, despite mounting evidence that COVID-19 posed minimal risk to this age group.4

The CDC and HHS launched extensive campaigns targeting parents, using emotionally charged messaging to persuade them to get COVID-19 injections for their young children. Ads featuring celebrity parents and medical professionals painted a dire picture of COVID-19’s impact on children, despite studies showing that severe illness and death in this demographic were exceedingly rare.5

By emphasizing the need for COVID-19 shots to keep schools open and protect community health, the government leveraged fear and misinformation to drive vaccine uptake. This approach not only misrepresented the actual risk but also disregarded the developmental and social impacts of prolonged masking and school closures on children.

Parents were left feeling manipulated, as the narrative suggested that vaccination was the only way to ensure their children’s safety, ignoring the broader context of low transmission and minimal severe outcomes in young populations, along with the unknown side effects of the experimental shots. ...

Behind the scenes of the HHS’ public health messaging was the Fors Marsh Group (FMG), a PR firm contracted to manage the “We Can Do This” campaign. Engaging FMG, HHS aimed to craft a nationwide multimedia propaganda effort to shape public perception and behavior regarding COVID-19.6

FMG deployed a strategic mix of paid and earned media, leveraging influencers, celebrities and targeted advertisements to promote vaccination, mask-wearing and social distancing. This partnership raised significant concerns about the politicization of public health messaging. Past contracts with FMG had already been scrutinized for fiscal mismanagement, and this massive investment in a single campaign further highlighted conflicts of interest and inefficiencies.

FMG’s approach relied heavily on emotional manipulation and fearmongering, often overstating the risks of COVID-19 to justify stringent public health measures. By prioritizing persuasive messaging over transparent, evidence-based communication, FMG and HHS effectively prioritized political agendas over scientific integrity.

A seemingly thoughtful, honest, and perceptive feature op-ed ran in yesterday’s New York Times, decorated with high-production-value custom animated graphics, seductively titled, “In America, if Everything Is a Public Health Crisis, Nothing Is.” Despite its surprising suggestion of soul-searching honesty and its brutally honest headline, it turned out a dud. It was less about repairing the Grey Lady’s tattered reputation and was everything about vaccinating the deep state against an incoming Trump Administration.

Warming to its theme, and properly citing the pandemic as Exhibit “A”, the article correctly stated the fact that “The nation’s public health apparatus is reliant on panic and outrage as a tool for addressing basic problems.” Indeed, without panic and outrage, what would remain of the nation’s public health apparatus, which staggers from one “crisis” to the next “emergency?” But that is only part of the problem. The bigger problem for public health is that during the pandemic, through excessive overuse, its minions exhausted its favorite tool, fear.

As the article simply explained, “the nation itself is spent from so much panic and outrage.”

In other words, they poisoned the golden goose. They kept increasing the dosage until we all overdosed on fear manipulation, and vomited up all our residual trust in the public health “establishment.” They turned our fear of invisible bogeymen and our outrage directed at each other into a united sense of fury directed at them. ...

In other words, this op-ed is the Times investment of a substantial effort into battlespace preparation, to de-legitimize future conservative claims of any crisis, whether seed oils, untested vaccines, or even stolen ballots and open borders. For the first time in American history a president, governors, mayors, hospital administrators and federal bureaucrats are determining medical treatments based not on accurate scientifically based or even experience based information, but rather to force the acceptance of special forms of care and “prevention”—including remdesivir, use of respirators and ultimately a series of essentially untested messenger RNA vaccines. For the first time in history medical treatment, protocols are not being formulated based on the experience of the physicians treating the largest number of patients successfully, but rather individuals and bureaucracies that have never treated a single patient—including Anthony Fauci, Bill Gates, EcoHealth Alliance, the CDC, WHO, state public health officers and hospital administrators.[23,38]

The media (TV, newspapers, magazines, etc), medical societies, state medical boards and the owners of social media have appointed themselves to be the sole source of information concerning this so-called “pandemic”. Websites have been removed, highly credentialed and experienced clinical doctors and scientific experts in the field of infectious diseases have been demonized, careers have been destroyed and all dissenting information has been labeled “misinformation” and “dangerous lies”, even when sourced from top experts in the fields of virology, infectious diseases, pulmonary critical care, and epidemiology. These blackouts of truth occur even when this information is backed by extensive scientific citations from some of the most qualified medical specialists in the world.[23] Incredibly, even individuals, such as Dr. Michael Yeadon, a retired ex-Chief Scientist, and vice-president for the science division of Pfizer Pharmaceutical company in the UK, who charged the company with making an extremely dangerous vaccine, is ignored and demonized. Further, he, along with other highly qualified scientists have stated that no one should take this vaccine.

Dr. Peter McCullough, one of the most cited experts in his field, who has successfully treated over 2000 COVID patients by using a protocol of early treatment (which the so-called experts completely ignored), has been the victim of a particularly vicious assault by those benefiting financially from the vaccines. He has published his results in peer reviewed journals, reporting an 80% reduction in hospitalizations and a 75% reduction in deaths by using early treatment.[44] Despite this, he is under an unrelenting series of attacks by the information controllers, none of which have treated a single patient.

Neither Anthony Fauci, the CDC, WHO nor any medical governmental establishment has ever offered any early treatment other than Tylenol, hydration and call an ambulance once you have difficulty breathing. This is unprecedented in the entire history of medical care as early treatment of infections is critical to saving lives and preventing severe complications. Not only have these medical organizations and federal lapdogs not even suggested early treatment, they attacked anyone who attempted to initiate such treatment with all the weapons at their disposal—loss of license, removal of hospital privileges, shaming, destruction of reputations and even arrest.[2] ...

Television media receives the majority of its advertising budget from the international pharmaceutical companies—this creates an irresistible influence to report all concocted studies supporting their vaccines and other so-called treatments.[14] In 2020 alone the pharmaceutical industries spent 6.56 billion dollars on such advertising.[13,14] Pharma TV advertising amounted to 4.58 billion, an incredible 75% of their budget. That buys a lot of influence and control over the media. World famous experts within all fields of infectious diseases are excluded from media exposure and from social media should they in any way deviate against the concocted lies and distortions by the makers of these vaccines. ...

A dramatic number of these people are now dying, with the spike occurring after the vaccines were introduced. The lies flowing from those who have appointed themselves as medical dictators are endless. First, we were told that the lockdown would last only two weeks, they lasted over a year. Then we were told that masks were ineffective and did not need to be worn. Quickly that was reversed. Then we were told the cloth mask was very effective, now it’s not and everyone should be wearing an N95 mask and before that that they should double mask. We were told there was a severe shortage of respirators, then we discover they are sitting unused in warehouses and in city dumps, still in their packing crates. We were informed that the hospitals were filled mostly with the unvaccinated and later found the exact opposite was true the world over. We were told that the vaccine was 95% effective, only to learn that in fact the vaccines cause a progressive erosion of innate immunity.

Upon release of the vaccines, women were told the vaccines were safe during all states of pregnancy, only to find out no studies had been done on safety during pregnancy during the “safety tests” prior to release of the vaccine. We were told that careful testing on volunteers before the EUA approval for public use demonstrated extreme safety of the vaccines, only to learn that these unfortunate subjects were not followed, medical complications caused by the vaccines were not paid for and the media covered this all up.[67] We also learned that the pharmaceutical makers of the vaccines were told by the FDA that further animal testing was unnecessary (the general public would be the Guinea pigs.) Incredibly, we were told that the Pfizer’s new mRNA vaccines had been approved by the FDA, which was a cleaver deception, in that another vaccine had approval (comirnaty) and not the one being used, the BioNTech vaccine. The approved comirnaty vaccine was not available in the United States. The national media told the public that the Pfizer vaccine had been approved and was no longer classed as experimental, a blatant lie. These deadly lies continue. It is time to stop this insanity and bring these people to justice.

An alarming batch of explosive unsealed documents has revealed that the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has been aware that Covid mRNA “vaccines” caused surges in deadly heart failure since the injections were first rolled out for public use.

Dr. Kheriaty is a chief, is chief of ethics at the Unity Project[1], fellow at the Ethics and Public Policy Center in the Zephyr Institute and senior scholar at the Paul Ramsey Institute. He was formerly Professor of Psychiatry and Director of Medical Ethics at UC Irvine School of Medicine, and Ethics Committee Chair of the California Department of State Hospitals. He has testified before the California senate on health policy and consulted on covid policies for the University of California and the California Department of Public Health. Dr. Kheriaty.

DR. AARON KHERIATY: Thank you, Senator, for that introduction, for this opportunity to speak.

I want to talk about medical ethics because I'm concerned that many of our pandemic policies have ignored foundational principles of medical ethics.

During the initial lockdowns in 2020 hospitals sat empty. For weeks hospital staff, and including doctors, were even sent home as we had canceled surgeries and other procedures and were waiting for an influx of covid patients that did not arrive until months later.

Health care systems, spurred by perverse payment incentives from CMS [Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services], Dr. Marik averred to just one of those,[2] there are several others, caused our health care systems to focus narrowly on one single disease. This had the effect of, for example, biasing our covid hospitalization and death counts. We've heard quite a bit about that in the media in the last couple of weeks, but people in this room have known about that for two years.

We effectively abandoned patients that were suffering from other conditions and had other medical needs. The disastrous fruits of this myopia include an unprecedented 40% increase in all cause mortality among working age adults 18 to 64 over the last year, most of which, two thirds to three quarters, depending on the state, was not related to covid.

Actuaries tell us that a 10% rise in all cause mortality is a once in 200 year disaster. This was a 40% rise. Our public health establishment has no answer for what caused that.

The ethical principle of free and informed medical consent guaranteed by the Nuremberg Code,[3] the Helsinki Declaration,[4] the Belmont Report commissioned by our own federal government,[5] the Common Rule in federal law,[6] this basic principle of medical informed consent was abandoned, for example when vaccine mandates required experimental EUA [Emergency Use Authorized] vaccines.

The common good argument, to get vaccinated in order to protect others, quickly fell apart with clear evidence that the covid vaccines do not prevent infection or transmission of the virus, yet these one-size-fits-all mandates for vaccines remain.

Meanwhile, public health authorities ignored natural or infection-induced immunity, even though this remains our primary path out of this pandemic, especially as vaccine efficacy declines with time and with new variants, as we've seen clearly with omicron.

Transparency, which is a central principal of public health ethics, was likewise abandoned.

Along with several colleagues, some of whom are in this room, I had to file a FOIA [Freedom of Information Act] request to obtain the Pfizer vaccine clinical trial data from the FDA, which the FDA is required under federal law to release on the day in which this vaccine was authorized. The agency came back saying that it wanted 75 years to release this data, the data for the vaccine that had been mandated for millions of Americans, data that took the FDA only 108 days to review. Fortunately, the federal judge just ordered this data released in 8 months.[7]

Thousands like me have lost our jobs for declining a novel injection whose safety and efficacy data still remains hidden. My firing from the University of California, where I served for 15 years, my entire professional career, as a professor in the School of Medicine and Director of their Medical Ethics Program, came shortly after I challenged the constitutionality of the university's vaccine mandate in federal court, a case that's ongoing.

The scientific method also suffered by a repressive academic and social climate of censorship and silencing of competing perspectives, that we've heard a little bit about already. I certainly experienced that at the university.

This projected to the public the false appearance of a scientific consensus, a [makes air quotes with his fingers] consensus that was often very strongly influenced by economic or other political external interests.

Finally, our government and public health authorities have still not defined the thresholds for this state of emergency that is renewed every 3 months. The supposed legal justification, this state of emergency, this public health emergency, for all the burdensome covid countermeasures, a term that's emerged in the last few months with the militarization of public health. This is not a medical term. Physicians, scientists don't talk about covid countermeasures. But these covid countermeasures, the infringements on our civil liberties, the censorship of dissenting voices, all justified, supposedly, in the name of a public health emergency, the criteria for which has never been clearly defined.

The assumption of emergency powers by both elected officials and unelected bureaucrats therefore continues indefinitely, with no end in sight, without any critical scrutiny or appropriate checks and balances.

OK, that's a step in the right direction. But it was a crime against humanity to mandate that crap. The next step is banning the mRNA poison completely, and after that, active punishment of everyone who mandated it.

We need to make sure that the crime cannot be repeated.

Let the international tribunal commence and may God embolden us to re-make the world. This is my plan.

Unless you're being highly pressured to promote this product, I find it amazing that this non-FDA-approved, toxic, spectacularly failed experimental product is even still around. The safety signals are off the charts. Covid is over. We've reached herd immunity. What's the vaccine for? Children were never susceptible to covid. The shots don't work. We know the shots' effectiveness wanes after 3 months. Are we going to vaccinate 4 times a year? How stupid is that?

The shots have proven to have negative efficacy. It's the vaccinated that are getting sick. The reports from around the world are simply staggering. Fertility issues, miscarriages, myocarditis, brain inflammation, strokes, heart attacks, blood clots, sudden virulent cancers, even in young children, and so much more.

I personally know several unfortunate individuals whose health has been severely compromised, and one death, after shortly after accepting this safe and effective[1] shot.

Also, in Pfizer's own data, there were 3 clinical trial arms that they did not look at. They did not look at the rate of hospitalization. They did not look at the rate of multi-system inflammatory disease. They did not look at the rate of seroconversion.[4] And they did not look at the rate of asymptomatic infection.

We know that children are the least likely to die from this disease. In fact, the risk of death for a healthy child is 1 in 2.5 million. Yet we are, your board and the Virginia Department [time alarm]— is pushing this deadly shot.
