Unless you're being highly pressured to promote this product, I find it amazing that this non-FDA-approved, toxic, spectacularly failed experimental product is even still around. The safety signals are off the charts. Covid is over. We've reached herd immunity. What's the vaccine for? Children were never susceptible to covid. The shots don't work. We know the shots' effectiveness wanes after 3 months. Are we going to vaccinate 4 times a year? How stupid is that?

The shots have proven to have negative efficacy. It's the vaccinated that are getting sick. The reports from around the world are simply staggering. Fertility issues, miscarriages, myocarditis, brain inflammation, strokes, heart attacks, blood clots, sudden virulent cancers, even in young children, and so much more.

I personally know several unfortunate individuals whose health has been severely compromised, and one death, after shortly after accepting this safe and effective[1] shot.

And most importantly of all, how do you have informed consent with secret ingredients?

We know that children are the least likely to die from this disease. In fact, the risk of death for a healthy child is 1 in 2.5 million. Yet we are, your board and the Virginia Department [time alarm]— is pushing this deadly shot.

Is it just me, or does the media seem desperately relieved to find a ‘cause’ of the pandemic of turbo cancer?

Both articles mentioned Kennedy’s upcoming role as HHS Secetary and noted how that might affect Big Food’s faltering prospects. Neither article mentioned Kennedy’s vaccine skepticism, of course. But I expect RFK will look at all possible causes of this explosion of fast-moving, advanced-stage cancers in young people.

The American Hospital Association’s news site reported a story this week headlined, “Certain PREP Act liability protections for COVID-19 countermeasures extended through 2029.” As the clock runs out on his disgraceful tenure, this week Biden’s HHS Secretary Javier Becerra signed the 12th amendment to the Declaration of Pandemic Emergency, extending legal liability protections for COVID-19 “countermeasures” for five more years of extended emergency, through 2029.

The PREP Act’s complete legal immunity for injuries protects the shots, of course, but also hospitals, doctors, pharmacists, researchers, remdesivir, the ventilator, Paxlovid, and just about anything medically related to covid. The PREP Act provides the HHS Secretary with these vast powers. My law firm is presently suing the federal government to find PREP unconstitutional.

Starting earlier this year, the medical establishment began lobbying for another extension of the state of emergency. Of course, they framed it as wanting to provide better healthcare services. So.

The statute requires a state of emergency for the PREP Act’s effectiveness. The dumbest thing about extending liability immunity through 2029 is that Becerra also had to extend the state of emergency through 2029 as well. That’s your government at work.

As news of this radical extension through 2029 emerged over the last couple days, people posted lots of questions. Rather than get into the weeds, the bottom line is that Robert Kennedy, Jr. can end this nonsense in five minutes, with a new declaration, after he is confirmed as the new Secretary of HHS. Mercifully, at the same time Kennedy can also end the endless state of covid emergency.

William Bay’s outstanding win against Ahpra and the Medical Board of Australia is a devastating loss for Ahpra and the Medical Board.

The rogue collaboration between these two organisations must be critically investigated from the ground up.




Tellingly, former CEO of Ahpra, Martin Fletcher, announced his departure in August 2024, perhaps he saw the writing on the wall... His term has ended in December 2024.

Anne Tonkin, now former Chair of the Medical Board of Australia, also recently ‘stepped down’.

These rats may have departed the sinking ship, but they must still be held to account.

Fletcher and Tonkin have facilitated a ginormous disaster in the medical profession, with practitioners who question taxpayer-funded vaccination policy and practice being threatened with regulatory action, thereby effectively imposing a gag order upon the entire profession.

The great shame for the medical 'profession' is that they, in the main, capitulated to this gag order...

This has all come to a head with the Covid debacle, when the medical profession was press-ganged to support the then Morrison Government's COVID-19 vaccine rollout, no questions allowed.

The AHPRA Position Statement 9 March 2021 is effectively a mandate for health practitioners to comply with
the then Morrison Government's plan for a compulsory Covid-19 vaccination policy, for Covid vaccination to
be "as mandatory as you can possibly make it", as announced by Scott Morrison in August 2020.
On what authority do AHPRA and the Members of the 15 National Boards dictate to health practitioners or
Covid-19 vaccination policy, impacting on health decisions for millions of people, including children?
Have Members of the National Boards breached codes of conduct by demanding health practitioners support
the Morrison Government's Covid-19 vaccination policy, a mass population vaccination rollout which has
violated the legal and ethical obligation for voluntary informed consent for vaccination?

William Bay’s extraordinary win against Ahpra and the Medical Board makes for very interesting times indeed on the voluntary informed consent for vaccination front, and practitioners' legal, ethical and moral obligation to uphold this vital principle.

This remarkable development, which has come in from left field, opens up a whole can of worms - for Ahpra and the Medical Board, for the practitioners, and for other institutions which have collaborated with the destruction of voluntary informed consent for vaccination.

It's going to be interesting to see how practitioners handle consultations involving vaccination in future... Including all those public calls for mass vaccination, and advertisements for vaccine products in doctors' clinics and pharmacies, and TV commercials urging people to ‘see their doctor’ about disease threats, etc.

Practitioners have been recruited as the frontline sales force for the vaccine industry, and they've been indoctrinated by their regulator Ahpra and others to not question vaccine products.

They're also being 'educated' on these products by a vaccine-industry funded organisation - the Immunisation Coalition.

Congressional Committee Fails to Recommend Special Prosecutors
Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic Falls Short of Calling for Justice

On December 2, 2024, the Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic concluded its two-year investigation into the COVID-19 pandemic and released a final report titled “After Action Review of the COVID-19 Pandemic: The Lessons Learned and a Path Forward.” The 520 page document summarized numerous gross failures and evidence of malfeasance among US agency officials, however, there was no call for special prosecutors.

I appeared on Blaze News Tonight hosted by Jill Savage and Matthew Peterson pointing out there is more than enough evidence to call for three special prosecutors naming targets, subjects, and witnesses:

Crimes committed in the creation of SARS-CoV-2 by the US-Chinese collaboration and the coverup of the Wuhan lab proximal origin

Crimes committed in the suppression of early therapeutics (nasal sprays, hydroxychloroquine, ivermectin, monoclonal antibodies)

Crimes committed in the mass indiscriminate COVID-19 vaccine campaign

In most circumstances government and private state actors could be found to have committed fraud and or mass negligent homicide. I found it interesting that now five years into the pandemic, this was my first appearance on Blaze News Tonight. To my knowledge, Glenn Beck, the Blaze flagship host, has never dedicated a show with a physician on COVID-19 vaccine injuries, disabilities, and death.

A new study by Chaufan et al, titled COVID-19 Vaccination Decisions and Impacts of Vaccine Mandates: A Cross-Sectional Survey of Healthcare Workers in British Columbia, Canada, has just been uploaded to the MedRxiv preprint server. They found that COVID-19 injection mandates took a massive toll on the well-being of healthcare workers:

Goal: To document the experience and views on mandated vaccination of healthcare workers in British Columbia.

Methods: Between May and July of 2024, we conducted a cross-sectional survey of healthcare workers in British Columbia. We recruited participants through a snowball sampling approach, including professional contacts, social media, and word-of-mouth.

Results: Close to half of respondents, with 16 or more years of professional experience, were unvaccinated, and most had been terminated due to non-compliance with mandates. As well, and regardless of vaccination status, most respondents reported safety concerns with vaccination and felt unfree to make their own vaccination choices, yet did not request exemptions due to high rejection rates by employers. Most of them also reported experiencing anxiety or depression, with about one fourth considering suicide, as a result of mandates. Nevertheless, most unvaccinated workers reported satisfaction with their choices, although they also reported significant, negative impacts of the policy on their finances, their mental health, their social and personal relationships, and to a lesser degree, their physical health. In contrast, within the minority of vaccinated respondents, most reported being dissatisfied with their vaccination decisions, as well as having experienced mild to serious post vaccine adverse events, with over half within this group reporting having been coerced into taking further doses, under threat of termination, despite these events. Further, a large minority of all respondents reported having witnessed underreporting or dismissal by hospital management of adverse events post vaccination among patients, worse treatment of unvaccinated patients, and concerning changes in practice protocols. Nearly half also reported their intention to leave the healthcare industry.

Discussion: Our findings indicate that in British Columbia, mandated vaccination in the healthcare sector had an overall negative impact on the well-being of the labour force, on the sustainability of the health system, on patient care, and on ethical healthcare practice. Findings resemble those of a similar study in the province of Ontario, with perhaps the most salient difference being that in British Columbia the policy was implemented at the provincial, rather than the healthcare establishment, level, leaving no room for individual establishments to opt out.

This is a massive and unexpected development.

Bill Gates among several other people, including Albert Bourla from Pfizer, are being sued in the Netherlands by seven people claiming to have been injured by the covid injections.

The plaintiffs say that Bill Gates ”mislead” people into taking the covid injections despite knowing that they ”were not safe and effective”.

Here is the text from the court judgment.

”As the court understands, [redacted] et al. argue that Hofstra et al., and therefore Gates, are part of a worldwide group of individuals, legal entities and other entities that, in the context of the implementation of a project called Covid 19: The Great Reset, have misled people into taking Covid-19 injections, while they knew or should have known that these injections were not safe and effective.”

All of the facts that might rise to the “crimes-against-humanity” level seem to share one characteristic: These claims cannot be investigated by “Science” or “Journalism.”

The risk seems to be that if A, B, C or Z is/was investigated, nefarious truths might be “confirmed.”

And if that happened, many leaders of numerous agencies and organizations - who’d previously claimed something was definitely the truth - might be exposed as brazen liars.

If this happened, a Great Purge of such leaders might take place.

Conversely, if this doesn’t happen - the same leaders will keep their positions of power, wealth and influence.

Some people call this the “Status Quo.”

That is, today’s Status Quo seems to consist of a multi-faceted, coordinated effort to conceal the truth, a status that is achieved by not investigating anything that would prove our leaders are actually extremely-talented serial liars.

💉 Second, on Tuesday the UK Daily Mail reported a great story headlined, “Australian Doctor who was banned from practising after warning against Covid vaccines gets his licence back.”




Self-represented (!) Queensland Doctor William Bay took on his governing medical board’s legal team in a multi-year battle that just ended. On Monday, the province’s Supreme Court reinstated Dr. Bay’s license, canceled all current investigations, and said the allegations against the doctor were “entirely unfounded.”

Dr. Bay, whose license to practice was suspended over his public statements about the risks of the covid vaccine, was ecstatic. “I was able to get through this loss of career, loss of income, marriage breakdown, the whole nine yards of intimidation from the bullies of AHPRA,” the doctor explained, “because I have strong faith in God.”

Thank the Lord. It’s happening slowly. But it is slowly happening, all around the world. The madness of covid is slowly receding and Sanity is re-taking her throne. Stand by for the “retributive justice” phase.

Following the call for the worldwide withdrawal of the Covid “vaccines” due to safety concerns (more reports of linked deaths and serious injury and ongoing cardiac, neurological, immunological and oncogenic pathology than any drug in history)….. our own CSL has doubled down.

It is now recognised that “approved” doses of mRNA “vaccines” produced serious and sometimes fatal effects within days after injection. So, a solution was needed. This solution goes by the name “self-amplifying messenger RNA or sa-mRNA which represents the next generation of mRNA vaccines (also known as replicon RNA). ...

How wonderful…..you can now get a shot that keeps producing a toxic antigen in your body, such as Spike Protein, continuously using synthetic self-replicating genetic technology.

So, after 4 years more and more people simply cannot understand how the Covid vaccines were ever approved in the first place. The toxic Spike Protein was never properly investigated for intrinsic toxicity. These injections were never researched and developed in the normal way and they did not need to pass the usual safety testing which would have been considered prudent for any novel and experimental therapeutic, especially a gene-based therapeutic, intended for worldwide use including healthy individuals, pregnant women, children and infants. Why?

Answer: Because they were not considered to be pharmaceuticals. They were legally defined as “Countermeasures”. Drug regulators pretended to apply the usual quality, safety and efficacy standards…..but we know they did not. They did not because they did not need to do so. It was all theatre.

Nearly alone in the world, our government's medical "experts" recommended repeated vaccine shots for healthy young people, age 5 and up, despite their facing near-zero risk from COVID, but serious risks from the vaccine, such as anaphylaxis, myocarditis, pericarditis and/or early death. Fauci and Francis Collins, then head of the National Institutes of Health (NIH), were so devoted to the scientific method that they conspired to manufacture a "quick and devastating published takedown" of scientists who dissented from their demand that the entire country be shut down -- specifically, the authors of the Great Barrington Declaration, which argued against universal shutdowns, advocating instead for focused protection for the elderly, i.e., the only people at risk of death from COVID.

Obviously -- thank you Sweden and Florida -- the dissenters were 100% correct, while Fauci, Collins and the rest of our health bureaucracy were 100% wrong. But at the time, the declaration's principal authors, from Harvard, Stanford and Oxford, were smeared by Collins as "fringe epidemiologists" and blacklisted from social media with the connivance of the federal government.

It isn’t just that these "public health" experts failed spectacularly and never apologized. They're still bragging about ruining millions of lives for no reason. Fauci was paid nearly $5 million for his memoir about his “journey in public service.” Collins delivered his letter of resignation in the form of a whimsical ditty, sung by himself, accompanied by himself on acoustic guitar. The guy is nuttier than Lizzo's personal trainer.

Our constitutionally protected watchdog media lavishly praised these bozos while ginning up nonstop COVID hysteria.

In addition to The New York Times' lachrymose "Those We've Lost" series, producing obituaries for every COVID death (average age of the dead: 120), the paper told an alarmist story about a "26-year-old physician" who died of COVID in a New York City hospital early in the pandemic. His death was somberly reported in the magazine section by Times contributor, Dr. Helen Ouyang.

In response to repeated requests from an alert reader for evidence that such a death had occurred, the editors indignantly claimed that Ouyang had spoken "with the man’s attending physician," and the death was "confirmed by fact-checkers." Executive Editor Dean Baquet snapped at the persistent skeptic: “Enough. ... [W]e have answered and we are done.”

Then it turned out that, of course, the doctor who died of COVID was made up. After The Washington Post's Erik Wemple got on the case, the Times admitted as much in an "Editor's Note." Baquet owned up to an "error."

But even the "Trust the Science!" Times expressed outrage when it discovered the CDC had been hiding data that proved booster shots did absolutely nothing for adults between the ages of 18 and 49. Nothing, that is, other than put them at risk of death and other side effects.

They bankrupted us. They ruined the lives of the bottom 70%. They spent ALL the money. They then proceeded to bankrupt the world. And, realizing the money was all gone, their gamemasters tried to kill us off, first with an engineered virus that failed, then with a vaccine that didn’t. Then they ran up $10 trillion in four years trying to keep the vegetable in power, to get to that point where the Green New Deal paid off in torrents of lovely other people’s money. Which was such a stupid idea that clearly IQ has nothing, absolutely nothing to do with wisdom.

The vaxx is dangerous and ineffective, but even if it were not, it would still be a crime against humanity to force mass injections of anything, much less the new Thalidomide.

Last month, a quiet but blockbuster study was published in the International Journal of Risk & Safety in Medicine titled, “Pharmaceutical product recall and educated hesitancy towards new drugs and novel vaccines.” The peer-reviewed study savaged the covid shots.




While on its face broadly critical of the entire pharmaceutical safety process, the study clevery situated the covid ‘vaccines’ within the broader history of botched pharmaceutical recalls and horrifying medical scandals. The authors drew parallels to other scandalous cases like Vioxx, Thalidomide, and the miscarriage drug DES. All the drugs were highly profitable, were marketed as “safe and effective,” eventually showed hair-raising long-term side effects, and for too many, the recalls occurred painfully slowly.

But, as the study proceeded, it specifically homed in on the covid jabs and on mRNA, which the authors called “gene technology.” The covid mRNA shot was the only drug discussed in the paper that is, in the researchers’ words, “yet to be recalled.”

Not yet.

Happily, the debate over whether the mRNA shots are actually “vaccines” is alive and well, even though it looked dead and buried. The authors primly dismissed the ‘vaccine’ label as straight-out misinformation:

Use of the term "vaccine" for novel experimental agents that deploy gene codes may convey a false sense of
assurance in the absence of supportive data and thus may mislead. In pharmacological design terms, these
products are "pro-drugs". They must enter cells and undergo translation of genetic code before intended
outcomes unfold (Figure 2), and in this sense they operate as "synthetic viruses" Unintended consequences
are thus possible.

Haha, synthetic viruses. Just as we lawyers have been saying for years.

The study authors challenged the “narrative” (their word) that the covid shots offer any protection against severe disease, dismissing that claim as “a narrative challenged by more recent data” and observing that “Official data from New South Wales during the omicron wave did not concord with the message that these agents prevent serious disease or death, and even suggested the opposite.”

It next turned to mandates and excess death, arguing through hard data. Without coming right out and saying it, the article strongly implied that political jab mandates murdered people who were at zero risk of dying from covid. The study was packed with ammunition for all of us who’ve never given up on proving the vaccines were a historic disaster far beyond the Titanic or the Hindenburg.

Truthfully, the scale of the disaster is better compared to previous horrific drug mistakes, which is exactly what this paper does.

Possibly my favorite part was when they put a logical chokehold on “vaccine hesitancy,” renaming it to “educated hesitancy.” The researchers supported their improved nomenclature by citing surveys showing that reluctance to accept the jabs was highest among PhDs —people most likely to understand the failures of medical literature— and healthcare workers, especially EMTs and paramedics — the people most likely to encounter adverse drug reactions firsthand.

“Educated hesitancy towards these products,” the researchers drily noted in the forgiving passive tense, “has been ridiculed.” We all know by whom. From there, they proceeded not only to show the evidence of great harms caused by the jabs, but they directly grappled with the lack of much serious scholarship about those harms, which they tied right back to the sordid history of other recalled drugs, some of which had encountered the same phenomenon.

This high-quality, peer-reviewed study was extremely well supported, with every claim upheld by multiple footnotes. You can safely send this study to anyone without fear of criticism about its quality.

Maybe most significantly, the study lacked any of the mandatory gatekeeping language we are used to seeing, a sentence sprinkled in here or there about how historic the covid vaccines were, or how many millions were saved, or how the benefits outweigh the risks, and so forth. It was just the opposite, actually.

Reading this study was rhetorically similar to watching a group of pit bulls rip apart an unsuspecting chicken coop. Being so well-supported by well-established data, the researchers’ logic was also difficult to argue with, as was their well-reasoned conclusion. I have included the study’s entire conclusion for your interest:

Conclusion
The fullest context is one in which the pharmaceutical industry has provided many remarkable drugs for the
benefit of humanity. From this backdrop, we have selected a few of the most significant events in
pharmaceutical recall history, in which commercial interest has dominated market strategy, and we have
sought to derive key lessons from these.
A host of mechanisms are used by the pharmaceutical industry to promote and market their products.
These include changes to the definitions or boundaries of disease, introduction of bias long before data
collection begins, concealment of raw data, failure to collect safety data, or decisions not to report negative
or unfavourable results. 33,89,90
Gene codes for foreign protein production throughout the body are particularly novel. Close attention to
pharmacovigilance data is imperative. Failure to withdraw the gene-based COVID-19 vaccines from the
market, despite clear indications of harms, is not without precedent - as has been seen with Merck's Vioxx
(rofecoxib).
Excess mortality figures are high at present in many countries that have deployed the novel and
experimental gene-based COVID-19 vaccines. As open-mindedness, objectivity and curiosity are essential to
good science, we must immediately include new corporate products in our discussions about excess
mortality and its possible causes. Drug recalls have been significant and numerous over recent decades. It
may well be high time for the recall of still more.

In other words, it appears we have entered a glorious new phase, where open criticism of the vaccines has now become permissible. The final step is next, the step from here into the major journals, signaling the complete surrender of those journals’ big pharma masters, which will only happen when continuing denialism is no longer viable.

Once that happens, it will be time for accountability. We are this close, and a skeptical Administration is just about to arrive.

Pfizer SV40 DNA has now been found in the blood of Australians. This is a slap with a wet fish for the TGA…. right after their emails demonstrate they know this DNA is a nuclear targeting sequence. They are up the spout as they have assured the public this can not happen and they just rolled out the green and gold for Moderna to build a few vaccine manufacturing plants down under. ...

62 other highly decorated physicians and scientists have signed this letter asking for immediate action.

This DNA was discovered in a Peer Reviewed paper from Ryan et al which was not looking for it. Communication with the lead author of the paper informed us that they even used DNA depletion steps in their protocol so its a bit surprising any DNA sequences were found at all. This leaves us with the only rational conclusion, which is that the DNA loads in Australians blood after vaccination is in fact much higher than can be measured in the Ryan et al study. SV40 Promoter sequences were detected in this study. The Journal has been notified of the discovery. They may not act as the Ryan et al study was never designed to monitor the DNA and therefor this doesn’t constitute an error in need of correction but an incidental finding. Sandeep Chakraborty has written a preprint about this discovery and I have confirmed his findings.

Over the years, I’ve come to accept that the marketing and propaganda apparatus (the public relations industry) has no scrupules and will regularly engage in fairly appalling campaigns to promote a product or a sponsor’s message.

Nonetheless, what I saw them do during COVID-19 was on a completely different level from anything I’d seen in the past. For instance, it was so shameless (e.g., consider the gift cards, lotteries, KFC, donuts [which CNN repeatedly promoted] alcohol, illicit drugs and brothel sessions were given away as incentives to get the vaccine). ...

In theory, if a vaccine “works” you should be protected from individuals who are infected, including those who never vaccinated. Unfortunately, this is not good for vaccine sales as that doesn’t win over people who don’t want to vaccinate, particularly since a non-vaccinated cohort can serve as a control group that shows the dangers of the vaccine (e.g., the industry has done everything it can to stonewall trials of unvaccinated children, but when conducted, those trials consistently show vaccinated children have 3-10 times as many chronic illnesses).

To solve this, three sales pitches were developed:

1) Eliminating an infectious disease is only possible if a sufficient amount of the population is vaccinated (thereby creating herd immunity). This essentially has never worked ...

2) Stating that even if you are vaccinated, it is not safe to be around someone who is unvaccinated (which is absurd as that effectively constitutes an admission the vaccine doesn’t work). ...

Likewise, Biden’s illegal workplace mandates were justified under the rationale that OSHA had a statutory obligation to protect workers from dangers in the workspace. Therefore, it was necessary to force workers to vaccinate so their vaccinated coworkers could have a safe workspace (which is quite remarkable given that OSHA was created to prevent workers from being poisoned and killed by their employers but instead mandated the greatest workplace hazard in history).




... During Bush’s presidency, the rhetoric of “you’re either with us or you’re with the terrorists” was trialed as a way to shut down any dissent on his controversial policies. During Obama’s presidency, it kicked into full gear, particularly after Occupy Wall Street (e.g., BLM was created by the media 5 months after OWS started).

Many of us believe this was done because OWS represented a genuine threat to the America’s business interests, which Obama was keen to defend (e.g., in private meetings with banking CEOs, in contrast to what he told the public, he pledged to protect them from public outrage against them causing a devastating financial crisis—which he then did). As such, Obama used a tried and true tactic from throughout America’s history, pit the lower class against each other so they ignore their exploitation by the upper class.

Arkansas Looks to Hold Pharma Execs Criminally Liable for Vaccine Injuries

Arkansas lawmakers are weighing legislation that could pierce the pharmaceutical industry’s federal liability shield for vaccine injuries by holding corporate executives criminally liable for “vaccine harms” if they concealed evidence of risks associated with a vaccine that subsequently seriously injured or killed the recipient.

Under Senate Bill 6, introduced by Republican State Sen. Bryan King, an executive officer of a pharmaceutical company that “knowingly hides, conceals, omits, or otherwise withholds evidence, documentation, or information that the vaccine has dangerous effects,” would be found guilty of a felony and face a prison sentence of one year to life.

The bill is pending before the Arkansas Senate. King also introduced Senate Bill 5, to hold Pharma executives criminally liable for “prescription drug harm.”

Previous versions of both bills unanimously passed last year in the Arkansas Senate but died in the Arkansas House.

Ray Flores, senior outside counsel for Children’s Health Defense (CHD), welcomed the proposed legislation. He told The Defender:

“Regarding vaccines and other health-related issues, the public is increasingly frustrated with the impervious protection current law and corporate structure afford. The time is ripe to single out those ultimate decision-makers who benefit the most.

“This is an attempt, done properly through legislation, to address that powerlessness currently radiating throughout society.”

California-based healthcare attorney Rick Jaffe called the proposed legislation “an excellent jumping-off point for the serious discussion the country needs to have about vaccines.”
