Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene is demanding that Dr. Anthony Fauci be prosecuted for “crimes against humanity” after President Donald Trump revoked the former National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) director’s “preemptive pardon.”

Greene is calling for full accountability after Trump stunned Washington, D.C., by nullifying all “autopen-signed” pardons issued under former President Joe Biden. ...

The outgoing Georgia Republican wrote:

“If Autopen Pardons are repealed, then prosecute Fauci for crimes against humanity.”

They now have an "out" for all the vaxx caused childhood cancers - "it was the Covid virus itself, not the shot, that delivered the cancer causing spike proteins."


To be clear, this has nothing to do with the vaccine and everything to do with the virus that is COVID-19.

How come Ralph BARIC and the University of North Carolina are not being investigated or sued for making Covid dangerous to human lung tissue before they sent the research to Wuhan?

💉 Five years ago, Joe Biden rode a wave of late-night mystery ballots into office, and within six months, the great vaccine experiment began. Having promised during the campaign he would never mandate the covid shots, Biden immediately began implementing every possible coercive policy to do just that.

Millions of Americans will never forget the sting of Democrats’ “vaccine-or-terminate” deals, of being confronted with offers they couldn’t refuse: take the shots or take a hike, and go find a new job that won’t require the jab. Good luck.

The censorship and narrative manipulation were so pervasive and punishing that it seemed like vaccine resisters made up only a tiny fraction of a scrap of a percentage. Buffoonish cartoon characters like Paul Offit and Peter Hotez were immortalized and consecrated as the high priests of public health policy and apparent majority sentiment. Oh, how they laughed. Oh, how they mocked the Neanderthal-like ‘science deniers’ who just wanted real safety trials before vaccines are mandated.

But the pro-vaccine “consensus” was not, apparently, as solid as it seemed.

Lawsuit urges US Supreme Court to review Ninth Circuit ruling that allows virtually limitless state power under the guise of public health

“This case presents a burning question of federal law that has not been, but should be, answered by this Court; namely, are there any meaningful limits on a government’s ability to impose medical mandates in the name of public health?”

“Forced medication is a gross violation of the most basic and fundamental of human rights. Thus, medical mandates of all sorts should be abhorrent to a free and just society.”

The above question and statement are from a newly filed legal case with the United States Supreme Court to review the Health Freedom Defense Fund case against Los Angeles Unified School District, which the Globe has covered.

The underlying case challenged LAUSD’s adoption of a policy that required its employees to get the COVID-19 shot to keep their jobs. ...

The plaintiffs are urging the Supreme Court to grant review because only the nation’s highest court can resolve the glaring conflict over how Jacobson should be understood today.

The Supreme Court now faces a clear choice:

Reaffirm that Americans retain the right to bodily autonomy, protected by meaningful judicial review; or
Allow an outdated and distorted reading of Jacobson to become a permanent justification for unchecked government power.
“This case is not just about the Covid crisis,” said Manookian. “It’s about the future of liberty in America.”

Yesterday, Fortune’s Editor-in-Chief Alyson Shontell published an in-person interview with Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla (still struggling with English) about the pharma giant’s recent “deals” with President Trump, like its new “most favored nation” drug pricing plan. Maybe it’s just me, but it seemed like Alyson was wondering what the heck does Pfizer get out of it?

It is undeniable that Pfizer has made some incredible concessions. Alyson pointed out, “You and President Trump announced that Pfizer would be reducing the cost of some drugs for Americans to the tune of about 50% in some cases (or more), and that American manufacturing would be brought here into the States.” She got right to the point: “I’m wondering, how did you and the president arrive at this? What was behind-the-scenes of the deal?”

In other words, why would you agree to arbitrarily and drastically cut drug prices? What is Pfizer getting out of it?

Spoiler: Bourla never answered directly. He said only that, for the President, drug prices had “become an itch that needed to be scratched.” There might be a drug for that. Moreover, President Trump was adamant. “He was adamant,” Bourla sighed, “that he can’t tolerate other rich nations paying less for the same medicines than Americans and the American healthcare system are paying.”

In the face of President Trump’s itchy adamancy, Bourla just caved. “I came to the conclusion that we needed to cut a deal,” the pharma CEO admitted. “We had very regular discussions with HHS, and I told them I’m ready to cut a deal. Let’s sit and do it. And within 10 days we signed.” Behold, the lightning-fast movement of Trump 2.0. I defy you to find me any previous administration that could even clear its throat in ten days, much less conclude a Most Favored Nation drug deal.

To her credit, Alyson pushed Bourla a little. She asked the obvious question, “Why would Americans pay more?” In broken English, Bourla caved again; he didn’t even try to defend charging Americans higher prices for drugs than other countries. “I fully agree,” the CEO agreed, “that it’s a very questionable situation.”

Last year, President Trump threatened to impose tariffs on 17 drugmakers, including Pfizer, absent an MFN deal. Pfizer caved first. I wonder about that a lot. It almost seems like President Trump had extra leverage over Pfizer. What do you think it might have been? Something related to the covid jabs, maybe?
