We voted no on most of them. I think 2 yeses, one because she he had a hot younger pic of her and was somewhat moderate, and one who had 4 kids and stayed married. When tmit comes to initiatives I vote Libertarian, yes on opening up to business and no on restricting business, no on any additional funding, no on codified abortion or genital mutilation "rights". Otherwise you can just vote for the Republican, or non-demonrat candidate. Done

Oddly enough, I was doing this exact same thing this evening.
Apparently in my state, bio's are listed county-by-county but I find the typically-more-blue areas to have less information.
So I've had to dig. If I catch any wind of a candidate being woke or leftarded... boom, struck as "no". Sometimes this comes down to just checking where they went to school... blue area? F U C K Y O U. I know it's a bit unfair but that ship has sailed on given recent events- not my doing... (((theirs))).
Apparently, Maricopa county is heavily infiltrated by leftards... so far batting 3/13 on a list that is about 50 deep.
What's more- there is some fuckery going on in my "guide". It may be the first year, or maybe the first time I've noticed it, but now we have some sort of "Judicial Performance Commision" scorecard bullshit. At first it looks legit but upon closer inspection you see that it is composed of "Attorney Responses", "Litigant / Witness Responses", and "Juror Responses". Who is good at fabricating bullshit metrics for the sake of sheeple manipulation? I bet you can take a wild guess!
Once you see, understand, and notice the bullshit you can't go back! Fuck you, California, for trying to sway my state.

I'm still trying to find a sample ballot with the local Judges specifically listed. Can't find anything online.
1) No mention of political party
2) No journalistic studies of rulings vs. political leanings
3) No mention of education before college
4) No details on credentials
5) No mention of where they grew up

It's huge advantage when your opponent doesn't know anything about you. I remember when I was in Las Vegas there was a Russian fighter vs. American fighter. Russian fighter had no videos; no sparring partners in the USA. Nobody could get any information on him. He was a shadow. He did not even have a photo under his biography, which was in Russian language. Basically, he knows his opponent. But nobody here knows him. So why is he considered a huge underdog? I bet on him in a parlay and won big.
It's a huge advantage when you are a shadow, but this has no place in elections. There needs to be more information about them to determine who it is we are allowing to "retain the bench". I feel they are doing this on purpose. Trying to remain out of site out of mind so you leave the ballot blank or won't look them up. And indeed, these judges, especially those in family court who are the most evil, are being voted in and out by special interest groups organized by lawyers.
There is extreme feminist bias in the family court system. Women are awarded custody 90% of the time. Men are the majority who lose everything. Even in clear cut cases of adultery. Men have the highest suicides from family court. This is outrageous. I cannot find any meaningful information on these judges.
I demand to know who these people are that I'm expected to vote for!

I've lived in Boulder County Colorado for 20+ years now. A beautiful place but full of the most clueless leftards that you can imagine.
I recently discovered the website of Equal Justice Foundation run by Dr. Charles Corry in Colorado Springs (an equally beautiful city that is far more conservative and sane than Boulder).
From a recent email to EJF members:

Colorado spends a great deal of time and money on reviewing judges who are periodically required to stand for retention in order to inform voters how a judge has performed on the bench. There are separate judicial performance commissions for all 22 judicial districts in the state, as well as for the state supreme court and the court of appeals.
These commissions gather information from attorneys, the public, and others about the performance of each of the judges in their district who is standing for retention this year.
In 2022 there are 164 state judges whose term ends this year. Of those, 135 are standing for retention on the bench for another term. However, this year the various commissions found all 135 judges “Meets Standards” and are recommended for retention for another term.
Standards where everyone meets them are basically useless!
As it has for the past decade, the Equal Justice Foundation (EJF) uses the attorney information these commissions collect to make our own recommendation as to whether a judge should be Retained or Do Not Retain, or the judge’s performance has been Marginal over the evaluation period.
Experience has demonstrated that the best judges of judges are the attorneys who work in their district and appear before them on a regular basis. Thus, it is primarily how these attorneys vote that the EJF bases it recommendations on, and our summary of how we rate the 135 judges is attached as a PDF file, or our report can be found on here on the web.[1]
For those interested in a judge’s behavior over time, and in past reviews, all Colorado judge’s performance is tabulated here.[2]
We hope these findings will be of some value to you in voting for judges as courts and the judges who sit on them are fundamental to our liberties and justice.

I would encourage everyone to do a little research on their local Judges as this is an often overlooked aspect of the election process. Most people know more about the county dog catcher, than about judges.
If you look up your local judges you may find many are overbearing in the courtroom, flagrantly disregard Constitutional protections, are politically motivated in the courtroom, and issue off the cuff sentences against low life nobodies for the crime of insulting their egos. .
One of the judges in particular sentenced a man to an additional 20 years in prison, for insulting him, yelling and cursing in the court room. Another for multiple contempt charges in a politically motivated case. Another a life sentence, for something that should have been 10 years maximum. Etc. etc.
Remember, it was the Judiciary who consistently blocked and delayed Trump's executive orders. I.E. "A Federal Judge has delayed President Trump's executive order ___
on the basis of _____ (whatever they make up)". Federal Judges acted as a back-stop of the deep state when Trump attempted to pass for example, a temporary ban on Muslims and fast tracking the border wall.
It's allot of hassle and time to research your local Judges. But, depending on your area, you will not believe how many of these Judges are either incredibly weak letting criminals walk ; or work against jury nullification; or abuse their positions of power outright with unjust sentences if they can get away with it. There are many outrageous judges on You-tube. The camera is their biggest enemy.
