I've been following Disney stock for at least 25 years.

Disney is at the same stock price as in January 2015 and its dividend is only around 1%, and its down +50% from its all time high set in 2021 :-/

It stock moved sideways from 1997 to 2011, so maybe it will break out again under the leadership of Iger.

I think on this movie they did a lot of rewrites and stuff, dragging out the timeline and costs. Just one factor though.

Lol. I was talking about producers, managers and agents. They're no different than attorneys. They want a retainer up front. We thought we could do it without them.

I had kids, no on else did, so I moved on since it didn't seem like it was going anywhere. My wife also hated it. 2-3am nights, 3-4 days a week practicing. It stopped becoming fun, especially being the drummer. The other guys could set up in 10 minutes with two loads. I was a half hour and carrying 5-7 loads from the car. They'd be outside where we loaded just smoking and having a great time while I was still working. So I was done.

Still play occasionally, but it burned me out while I had a full time job at the same time.
