Love how the Supreme Court was perfectly fine for all the years it leaned heavily to the left and stripped us of our liberties. Could it be that the US Supreme Court is reigning in the Federal & State Governments because those governments have extended their powers far beyond where they should? Let's ponder this. Also, the statement in the article that says "The conventional critique of the Supreme Court these days is that it has lurched to the right and is out of step with the public on many issues." is nonsense. It is not the US Supreme Courts jobs to rule based on opinion (public or their own), they are supposed to make rulings based on the US Constitution and other appropriate laws.

The dems fucked up - they should have appointed a few millenial snowflakes to SCOTUS. That way they could have cemented the insanity that is wokeness in constitutional "law." Instead, the court is largely composed of middle-aged and older people who, unlike most of their age cohort in the general population, actually have the power to act against the horrors that they are witnessing with respect to big gubment overreach, CRT, globohomo, etc.

This artilce is propaganda assault in preparation for such atrocities of Constitutional hubris to the KommieKunt Agenda as the recent Brunson brouhahaha, which the SCOTUS actually invited into the fold at least for consideration.

If they ever do decide to entertain that case in reality, SCOTUS will have to be closed up in Cheyanne Mountain, because the SCOTUS building has a Globalist Illuminati missile with it's name on it.

I imagine more than a couple of SCOTUS are basic spies as much as justices.

What do you think Ketanji Brown Jackson is? IF she believes all the bullshit she says, and she doesn't, she's bat shit insane. No matter, she will act batshit insane because she knows she was hired to do this.

I used to think Clarence Thomas was elected to be a token black man, but to my delight, he's shown great competence and thoughtfulness. I certainly misjudged him. I doubt I have with judge Jackson. Time will tell.
