To blame Trump for Warp Speed in 2024, and the media will boldly and brazenly ignore Biden, Fauci, and their own role in promoting the toxxine.

If the FDA was misled by Pfizer, is the FDA going to file legal action?

This "Virtual Meeting" happened in Sep 2021. Obviously, nothing came of it, not even stopping mask and shot mandates.

Here’s the original tweet from September 18, 2021.

This is from the public comment section and it is Steve Kirsch speaking.

The “FDA” did not say they were “falsely mislead” by Pfizer or anyone else. In fact, Steve did not say that either. There is absolutely no claim that Pfizer was primarily responsible for the misleading. In fact it sounds as though he’s blaming the FDA and the CDC just as well. Here’s what he said:

I’m going to focus my remarks today on the elephant in the room that nobody likes to talk about, that the vaccines kill more people than they save. Today we focus almost exclusively on COVID deaths saved, and vaccine efficacy, because we were led to believe that vaccines are perfectly safe. But this is simply not true. For example, there are four times as many heart attacks in the treatment group in the Pfizer six month trial report. That wasn’t bad luck. VAERS shows heart attacks happen 71 times more often following these vaccines, compared to any other vaccine. In all, twenty people died who got the drug, fourteen died who got the placebo. Few people notice that. If the net all-cause mortality from the vaccines is negative, vaccines, boosters and mandates are all nonsensical. This is the case today. Death rates: slide number seven ... this shows that the all cause death life rate in three cases. Only the VAERS numbers are statistically significant, but the other numbers are troubling. Even if the vaccines had a hundred percent protection, it still means we kill two people to save one life.

This is absolutely not the FDA wanting to save its neck. Why is this old tweet circulating now with this misleading commentary?

Here’s what seems to be the source of the current “meme”, posted February 5, 2022.

OK here’s the truth about that meeting. Pfizer-BioNTech was applying for FDA approval of the boosters. From the video description:

Join us for a Vaccines and Related Biological Products Advisory Committee meeting to discuss Pfizer-BioNTech’s supplemental Biologics License Application for administration of a third dose, or “booster” dose, of the COVID-19 vaccine, Comirnaty, in individuals 16 years of age and older.

And you know what? The FDA never did approve that application! They only ever “authorized” boosters for emergency use. See, they refused to play along. My take is that the “public health emergency” was supposed to end gloriously on under Biden and then we would transition to the “not just for emergency” approved vaccines and booster cycle. But they just couldn’t end it while the FDA hadn’t approved the boosters.

So I do think the FDA has been dragging their feet with respect to approval of boosters and children’s doses, only giving them EUA which makes no claim of safety or effectiveness.

But I don’t think they’re ever going to be “admitting” any wrongdoing knowing or unknowing. They will go to the grave saying they did the right thing pressure from Trump and Pfizer notwithstanding.

@AmericanKulak What’s this they supposedly admitted about blood clots (thread title)? I need to shoot that down.

No, I haven’t had a single COVID-19 shot. Why do you ask?

Someone’s already done the work.

An Instagram post claimed that the FDA said the Pfizer vaccine causes blood clots.

The FDA did not say that. A study by FDA researchers of Medicare and Medicaid data showed that in four categories, including pulmonary embolism, there was a "modestly elevated risk" after the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine in people ages 65 and over.

But the researchers said the early warning system does not prove causation from a vaccine to an outcome, and that more robust studies are underway to evaluate the findings.

Again the FDA is never going to admit that they did the wrong thing in approving the Pfizer vaccine. And they certainly aren’t going to blame Trump‘s Warp Speed program for it. Trump wanted it out before the 2020 but the FDA “resisted” and brought it out afterwards.

If the FDA is going to try to save its reputation it’ll probably just say we never said the stuff was safe or effective at all as boosters or for children under 12. Not our fault the CDC recommended it anyway. And not our fault the Biden administration tried to force it on all American workers.

I'm sorry I don't have the sauce for you.

I think it might be the tweet that Patrick posted, actually.

Keep going because this is some interesting hypothesis you're getting into.

@AmericanKulak I think I’ve said all that needs to be said on this with my previous post. There are two memes going around now, one about the FDA admitting blood clots are a risk and another about them claiming to be misled by the Pfizer about the risk of death, and I’ve addressed them both here.

However, to “keep going” I really think there are powerful elements within the FDA who are concerned about killing the goose that lays the golden vaccine egg by approving things that the public knows are demonstrably dangerous. They feel they can’t speak out too loudly but will do things like keeping most doses EUA only and putting in their Q&A that the stuff is not proven to stop infection or transmission.

https://www.fda.gov/vaccines-blood-biologics/qa-comirnaty-covid-19-vaccine-mrna

It is not known if Comirnaty protects against asymptomatic SARS-CoV-2 infection.

and

the scientific community does not yet know if Comirnaty will reduce such transmission.

So there you go. No justification for mandates. By the way this was up on the FDA website since before Biden’s September executive order to force the vaccine on all workers within his reach.
