A recent ruling by a federal judge has formally given the green light for a class-action lawsuit against Nancy Pelosi. More than 500 individuals who identify as J6 patriots have joined forces, collectively seeking $350 million in damages over what they contend was a meticulously planned trap. The lawsuit alleges that Pelosi was the orchestrator of the whole affair, luring unsuspecting individuals into a situation that would eventually lead to legal repercussions.
The FBI on Thursday is ousting at least three officials, including the former acting director and an officer involved in the January 6 investigations, Fox News has learned.
Former FBI acting director, Brian Driscoll, is among those being forced out of the bureau, sources familiar with the matter told Fox News, along with Walter Giardina, a special agent at the bureau who played a role in the investigation of Trump trade advisor, Peter Navarro, and Steven Jensen, the acting director in charge of the Washington Field Office.
Driscoll, for his part, served as acting director of the FBI prior to the confirmation of FBI Director Kash Patel, and Jensen played a key role in the January 6 investigations. ...
One individual with knowledge of the removals described it as “retribution.”
Former Capitol Police Chief Steven Sund criticized Nancy Pelosi, stating she denied his requests for National Guard assistance on January 6, 2021, during the Capitol attack.
Sund claimed he made 11 urgent calls for National Guard support, but approval was withheld for over 70 minutes.
Pelosi accused President Trump of delaying Guard deployment and using it to distract from his administration's failures.
Sund argued that Pelosi has spent years creating a narrative to blame Trump for the events on January 6.
The convening of several grand juries tells you that cases are being made now and that they will be tried in batches or tranches according to the various episodes of the coup. I’ll venture to describe what some of these batches might comprise. ...
Another batch would have to include the FBI / CIA / DOJ / DOD and Congressional characters who helped stage various aspects of the Jan. 6, 2021 US Capitol riot (the so-called “insurrection”) including (again) Christopher Wray, General Mark Milley, Speaker Nancy Pelosi; plus Steven M. D’Antuono, Assistant Director in Charge of the FBI’s Washington Field Office, who arranged and then covered-up the pipe-bomb caper at the DNC headquarters that day.

With the confirmation of Kash Patel later this week, Mr. Trump’s agency team will be complete. What follows will be a Krakatoa of revelation, drastically altering the climate of US politics for years to come. You should learn exactly how many FBI and CIA agents were moiling and roiling in the J-6 mob. You’ll find out what the J-6 DNC pipe bomb caper was all about.
The U.S. Air Force will grant military funeral honors to Ashli Babbitt, who was shot by police on January 6, 2021, during the Capitol protest.
Undersecretary of the Air Force Matthew Lohmeier announced the reversal of Babbitt's initial denial for honors, stating the prior decision was incorrect after reviewing new information.
Judicial Watch, led by President Tom Fitton, played a crucial role in reversing the denial and expressed gratitude to President Trump for the decision to honor Babbitt's service as an Air Force veteran.
A military funeral will include an honor guard and a ceremony, which features the playing of Taps and the presentation of the American flag.
Trump to give Giuliani Medal of Freedom
President Donald Trump said Monday on social media he'll award former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani the Presidential Medal of Freedom, the nation's highest civilian honor, two days after his longtime political ally was seriously injured in a car crash.
The decision places the award on a man once lauded for leading New York after the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks and later sanctioned by courts and disbarred for amplifyingfalseTRUE claims about the 2020 election. Giuliani was also criminally charged in two states; he denied wrongdoing.
What goes around, comes around later asking if it can stay for a few days till it gets its legal problems straightened out. In similar vein yesterday, the Washington Post ran a story headlined, “Republicans name members to new Jan. 6 committee.” Life is a circle.
The article dripped with WaPo’s stealthy bias, such as when it airily sandwiched an ultraprocessed adjective into the phrase “original bipartisan committee.” Haha, good one. ...
Republicans have been reserved about the committee’s agenda. So far, the only concrete topic they’ve identified for reinvestigation is the unsolved ‘pipe bomb case,’ which Biden’s hapless FBI was unable to solve and took them almost three years to scrape up clear surveillance video.
I can think of a few other subjects for the new committee’s review. Ray Epps, for instance, might be able to take a quick break from the RV life and offer helpful testimony. And, I’d like to know whether the first committee’s chair, flabby Bennie Thompson (D-La.), ate all the unreleased deposition and Capitol security video files that magically disappeared. And if so, whether it worsened his gas problem. And if so, whether that additional methane could be harnessed to power AI data centers.

Mr. Comey and his associates must be astounded that none of that worked. It really was a mighty organized criminal endeavor. And, as such, it stands to be prosecutable under the RICO statutes, which means that these current two charges against Mr. Comey should be a preview of attractions to come against him and many other familiar characters, possibly including his successor as FBI Director Christopher Wray. (The Blaze reports overnight that the FBI deployed roughly 275 plainclothes agents into the J-6 protest crowd at the US Capitol, as opposed to the 26 agents that Mr. Wray testified about to Congress.)
FBI had 274 plainclothes agents embedded in Jan. 6 crowds, congressional source says

The FBI has acknowledged it had 274 plainclothes agents in the massive crowds on Jan. 6, 2021, more than four and a half years after questions were first raised about the level of FBI involvement that day, Blaze News has learned.
A senior congressional source said the number is not necessarily a surprise, since the FBI often embeds countersurveillance personnel at large events.
But given the FBI’s until-now steadfast refusal to disclose the level of its presence at the Capitol, the figure might still be viewed with skepticism in some quarters.
The news comes in the wake of claims by the U.S. Department of Justice Office of Inspector General that the FBI had no undercover personnel in the Jan. 6 crowds.
“We found no evidence in the materials we reviewed or the testimony we received showing or suggesting that the FBI had undercover employees in the various protest crowds, or at the Capitol, on January 6,” the DOJ OIG said in an 88-page report released in December 2024.
it seems like there are some fishy smelling bits long swept under the rug to persecute the innocent and occlude the guilty.
how is this guy not a top of the list person of interest for los federales?
why has there been such a conspicuous lack of curiosity about so many of these folks from the proud boys on down?
if we have been funding reichstag provocateurs (a classic marxist play btw and one dating back 100 years) then we need to know about it.
that is not political disagreement, that’s terrorism.
to claim investigation is unwaranted strins credulity past breaking.

Kash is not on our side.

Everyone in prison from the FBI's Jan 6th entrapment scheme is an American national hero.
Every one of them should not only be freed and given several million dollars each, paid out of the FBI budget, they should be given the US Medal of Honor for daring to stand up against the corrupt FBI/Democrat oligarchy which defrauded US citizens in the 2020 presidential election.
They were unarmed, goaded by FBI into walking into the doors that were specifically unlocked to let them in, given tours (see buffalo man), and then arrested.
False noise was added to the video to make it sound violent.
The whole thing was entrapment and fraud from the beginning.
