Is this really the first thread on this case? We all know the likelihood of the right thing being done here, but why did the Supreme Court even allow the case to get this far in the first place? Maybe being targeted by extremists in their homes is not sitting well with the judges...

BTW, NOT hyperbole. If they took the case and did what was right, or even just what was lawful, majority of congress and the people occupying the President and VP positions would be out on their asses.
