It's a Benefit, that they happily exploit not any different than the social programs, many indigent and poor exploit. Even though they are physically capable of getting job. Liberals and their policies are the providers for those entitlements.

The most insipid racists are white people who don't know any black people, have a guilt complex, and attempt to sympathize with them. I know just as many conservatives like this as I do liberals, and I mean personally know.
