Vance is a dickhead. I'll vote for Whoopie before I vote for this prick.

This has to be sarcasm. I don't know how or why Whoopie is even alive. JD has a punchable face, but Whoopie is the black predator with super bad takes on anything and sounds like her cig intake is 2-3 packs a day.

I know you're talking about VP, but Harris was way more scary. Regardless of his actions as governor, most guys at least have an aggressive gene somewhere. Harris would just throw out word salads of complete crap. No world leader would have taken her seriously.

And no, not a defense of Waltz, but we'd be in a world of problems right now that she couldn't handle. JD is for sure the better option outside of his eyes, but that's a story for another day.

So far JD Vance has cast tie-breaking votes to:

- confirm Pete Hegseth.

- defeat Rand Paul’s push to take away President Trump’s power to enact tariffs.

- pass the Big Beautiful Bill.

Thank you Mr. Vice President!

The real problem is why Vance had to cast the deciding vote with a majority Republican Senate

They are not Republicans. They are RINOs.

JD betrayed us all too.

Can't think of anyone in the new administration who has not betrayed the voters in unforgivable ways, namely about the Epstein videos and the mRNA death jabs.

Still better than Biden or Harris though.

Just so we're clear, the relentless attacks on President Trump and misrepresentation of every move he makes aren't really about him or his current administration.

President Trump did something a year ago that totally and completely doomed RINO Republicans and virtue signaling, limp-wristed Democrats...

He selected a young, aggressive, highly competent, loyal and talented running mate, named JD Vance as his Vice President.

The coordinated attacks by leftists and RINOs are because both face permanent extinction in 2028. There is no current way to attack or destroy JD because he's got political cover for everything he does by President Trump.

The only hope the left and establishment GOP have in 2028 is to sabotage President Trump so severely the next three and a half years that people can then attribute some of the struggles to JD Vance.

If they're unsuccessful (which so far they're failing miserably), we're looking at an additional eight years of Trumpism after 2028, which would be more than enough time to completely execute on the America First agenda, and root out every scumbag who infiltrated our government.

My suspicion is Harris was a puppet, doing a performance and we fell for it. There is a video out there where Harris is speaking when she was a politician/attorney in California. Completely articulate, aggressive and coherent.

State and national are two different animals in defense of her (shit I'm crazy). She knows CA and was confident and understood the state. Once you go national you have to know a place like Stevens Point, WI where I was just at Saturday and Sunday. She definitely wouldn't even understand my town.

She dumbed it down because she thought Americans were dumb outside of CA. And sorry Californians that's a unified opinion outside your state, even though east of the Mississippi we're likely smarter. Trump had the advantage being on construction sites and talking with blue collar workers. And he knew the white collar upper class. Harris knew shit about blue collar people, especially nationwide.

I also still believe that no one on this site will be alive when there's a female president. I like Tulsi, I'd never vote for her. Women are too emotional. I can't vote for a woman POTUS ever. Even if it's the party I generally affiliate with. Hillary and Harris were god awful.

There won't be a Dem female POTUS for precisely the reasons you mention. Add to that that the Dems got so burned by the last two candidates they won't be nominating any more of them in the foreseeable future.

But there may be a female GOP POTUS in our life time. Hopefully a Maggie Thatcher type one.

Won't disagree there. Usually you cut back in old(er) age though. I think she was out of her element on the national scale and probably drinking. Alcohol or pills were probably her coping mechanism to stress. Probably both.

I'm not seeing it. There's a cohort of men that just won't vote for a woman regardless of party affiliation. I'm part of that.

War is real. They'll either be too scared on overzealous about it and kill everyone in their way with no regard to our losses. They'll be reliant on men. So why not vote in a man? There can be a woman VP. I suppose we skated death with Biden and Harris somehow. Hindsight is 20/20, but we'll look back on that term in 10 years and be like, WTF, how did we survive?

https://www.businessinsider.com/jd-vance-charlie-kirk-death-celebration-call-employers-2025-9

Vice President JD Vance has a suggestion for Americans: Tell employers if their staff are celebrating the killing of Charlie Kirk.

"When you see someone celebrating Charlie's murder, call them out," Vance said on Monday. "And hell, call their employer."

The vice president made the comments as he wrapped up a roughly two-hour-long broadcast of The Charlie Kirk Show, which he guest-hosted in remembrance of the conservative activist.

Vance cast efforts to report people to their employers as part of a broader duty of civil society in the wake of Kirk's death, telling viewers that "you have a role too in civil society."

"We don't believe in political violence, but we do believe in civility," Vance said. "And there is no civility in the celebration of political assassination."

Vance is 100% correct on this.

I might not have agreed before the leftist campaign to fire everyone with every moderately conservative views, like James Damore and Brendan Eich, but:

1. the left has less than zero right to sympathy about people calling their employers after doing it themselves by the millions for years
2. this is murder we're talking about, not someone making a graph (Damore) or donating to a group which wants protect marriage (Eich)

For years, Vice President JD Vance came to know Charlie not merely as an ally, but as a beloved friend. Today, Vance takes up the microphone for his fallen friend and hosts The Charlie Kirk Show. Vance and others at the White House share their memories of the man who has become an immortal American hero and Christian martyr.

CLIP: JD Vance’s “There is no Unity” speech (1:33).

https://x.com/nicksortor/status/1967653577481945175

The Vice President’s ‘list of disunity’ included a chain of obvious targets:

“There is no unity with people who scream at children over their parents' politics.”

“There is no unity with someone who lies about what Charlie Kirk said in order to excuse his murder.”

“There is no unity with someone who harasses an innocent family the day after the father of that family lost a dear friend.”

“There is no unity with the people who celebrate Charlie Kirk's assassination."

“There is no unity with the people who fund these terrorist sympathizers.”

Following that encouraging inventory of insanity, VP Vance immediately mentioned as examples the radical left George Soros and Ford Foundations. One can only hope.
