NICK CATURANO: Hi everybody. My name's Nick Caturano and I'm making this short video in response to and in support of Dr. Joseph Sansone's call for Governor DeSantis to ban the jabs in the state of Florida.

I was excited to see yesterday that Dr. Ladapo sent the the CDC and the FDA a letter concerning contaminants that are now clear that are in these vaccines.[1] But I think we all know by now these agencies are captured and they just continue to double down no matter how much evidence there is.

We're grateful for the Governor and our Surgeon General for bringing attention to and, and for calling for not recommending these shots anymore in the state of Florida, but we need more than that at this point because they're going to continue to double down and the longer this goes on the more people that are going to get hurt.

I'm grateful and many of us are grateful that less and less people are trusting these agencies and this pharma and these products, but it's not enough because there's too many people that don't have the information that everybody else has. They don't know the dangers. There's not real informed consent out there. And we need our leadership, we need our state law enforcement, we need our people to set the example for the rest of the country and the rest of the world and say, enough is enough.

For anybody who's talked to the vaccine injured and to hear their stories and as they, as they open up and tell you about the desperation, the need to continue to look for funds when they were self-reliant, they could support themselves and they had dignity and a life, and now they're out there begging for money for treatment, and going from doctor to doctor, I hear stories of 30 and 40 doctors that don't want to see them, or gaslight them. As one young lady told me, she had three heart attacks and they kept trying to put her on anxiety medicine, telling her it was in her head.

So these, these agencies and these people that are captured are not going to stop on their own volition. We need you, Governor DeSantis, to say enough is enough. We've had a grand jury empaneled for about a year now. I think it's real clear with just a week's worth of researching and evidence and empirical data that these things need to be stopped.

In the 70s we know the Ford Administration had the swine flu vaccine and that turned out to be a failure, it killed 56 people and had adverse reactions and there was no hesitating to halting that, that vaccine campaign.

When Tylenol in the 80s was found to have cyanide in it, they pulled all the Tylenol off the shelf.

When lettuce is recalled for listeria or any other kind of ill—, food borne illnesses, they pull those things off the shelf.

Pfizer knew and tried to hide for 75 years, and thank God the judge ruled that they had to disclose it, but Pfizer knew of 1,200 deaths coming right out the gate.[2]

So with that in mind, why are we still playing around like this is like an option?

For those who want to argue that people have the freedom to choose whether they want the shots shots or not, this is not a question of freedom anymore. This is about, we were lied to, this is about fraud, this is about a deadly— it's not even a vaccine, it's a deadly product that's meant to do harm. It is, conta—, just on the contaminants it should be pulled. It meets the definition of a bioweapon.[3] This is a danger to everybody and it, while it's on the street.

So Governor DeSantis, we, we all call for you to please ban these jabs already. And I, and I pray that nobody allows this to continue to happen because at this point there's no denying the harm that these jabs cause and that blood is going to be on everybody's hands that is not calling to stop these shots, and if, and if they're in a position to do something about it, there is a responsibility to start—, stop the carnage and unprecedented murder and maiming that's being done to all our citizens.

Will There Be Justice for mRNA Victims?

Just last week, the United States government admitted that Pfizer’s FDA authorization and approval was based on reported violations of clinical trial protocols, also known as fraud, and that investigation into the fraud would contradict the government’s position that Pfizer’s mRNA injections are “safe and effective.”

Hopefully Trump’s Executive Order opens the door for HHS Secretary Kennedy and FDA Commissioner Makary to immediately issue a Class 1 recall of all authorized and FDA-approved COVID-19 mRNA injections on the market and open the flood gates for lawsuits against the manufacturers and their co-conspiratorial criminal federal healthcare agencies.

I bet 100 percent of my subscribers share the same goal as myself and probably agree the best thing that could happen to the world right now (in terms of saving lives and reducing suffering) would be stopping the Covid non-vaccines.

I’ve been thinking about events that would actually achieve this goal and knocked out one of my list columns where I rate these scenarios (zero to five stars) according to my subjective standard of how likely each scenario would be to achieve this goal.

This thought exercise might provide perspective or focus readers’ attention on objectives that might achieve “the most important thing.”

1. President Trump issues an executive order to stop the shots … And/or orders Secretary Kennedy to do so under whatever grounds the HHS secretary has at his disposal.

How likely would it be this worked: Five stars = “A sure thing.”

How likely is it this will happen: 1.33 stars out of five = “Not very likely.” ...

2. RFK unilaterally and of his own volition makes the same decision, regardless of whether he gets approval from President Trump.

How likely would it be this worked: Three out of five stars on the plausibility spectrum.

How likely is it this will happen: 1 star out of five = potentially possible but very remote chance.

3. The shots are banned after The New York Times and “Sixty Minutes” produce major exposes showing they are actually unsafe and not effective.

How likely is it this scenario happens: zero stars out of five. (About the same chances of a snowball not melting in hell.)

4. The Substack Contrarians prove that the shots are dangerous and, somehow, these exposes “go viral” and reach the mainstream population.

How likely would it be this could happen: one-half of one star (out of five) on the probability scale.

5. A local prosecutor, attorney general or governor instigates a case that proves beyond a reasonable doubt the shots are unsafe and ineffective and this result prompts a shot ban.

How likely would it be this worked: one star out of five.

6. A civil lawsuit ends the shots

How likely would it be this worked: zero stars.

7. Congress could convene a nationally-televised vaccine tribunal

Many have asked me at public events “Why has’’t the US government pulled the unsafe, ineffective COVID-19 vaccines from the market?” I must say I find it fascinating that not a single country has inspected vials of the products for quality or purity, performed a comprehensive safety analyses, merged vaccine data with all-cause mortality data (eg both held by CDC in US), and the coup de grâce, not a single country has pulled the little used genetic shots from the market.

My name is Kevin Stillwagon. I'm a retired chiropractor and a retired Delta Airlines captain and also a Florida resident.

Governor DeSantis, I appreciate everything you have done for the state of Florida and its residents. You have recognized the importance of the right to bodily autonomy and stop the mandates for the shots in schools and businesses, leaving it up to the individual to make an informed decision. And I agree that everyone should have the right to choose. But the product must be safe. These mRNA shots are not safe. They are contaminated with DNA, many times above the allowable limits, and many independent laboratories have verified that.[1] This DNA integrates into the genomes of cell lines creating cancers.

The messenger RNA that is supposed to be in the shots has pseudouridines that result in biologically active proteins being released into the blood stream. These bio-active proteins will attach to cellular receptors and the immune system will react to that by destroying those cells, resulting in various pathologies that can happen quickly or may be delayed over time.

Allowing these products to be injected into people, even by their own consent, is not acceptable. This is called willful misconduct, and there is no shield of liability protection for anyone promoting this activity.

Governor, I call upon you to do the right thing and pull these shots from the market immediately.

Mr. Trump’s initial nominee for Surgeon General, Dr. Janette Nesheiwat, was pulled last week just before her scheduled Senate confirmation hearing. Her credentials looked a bit sketchy — med school on the tiny Caribbean island of St. Maarten (say, what. . . ?) and other irregularities — which she confabulated about anyway. Plus, she was a Covid vaccine cheerleader and an avid advocate of the censorship campaign to slam down debate over it.

Which leads directly to a glaring quandary in President Trump’s current order-of-business: he has avoided engagement with the whole Covid fiasco that unspooled in the last year of his first term. Now, it is the opinion of this blog that Mr. Trump was played on Covid by blob-marshaled “experts” Anthony Fauci and Deborah Birx, who led the White House Covid “team,” and then snookered the president into Operation Warp Speed, appealing to his vanity to play the superhero. You can also surmise that the Covid operation was hatched to run Mr. Trump out of office by enabling epic election fraud, making a chump of him.

Other aspects of the Covid hairball are now finally getting unraveled, such as the lab origin issue and Dr. Fauci’s nefarious and vast operations to fund bioweapons. But the awful subject of the Covid mRNA vaccines, and all the monkey business around their development and deployment, remains taboo, even as Trump 2.0 sets records in smashing bureaucratic idols and radically shifting all sorts of policy — for instance, today’s monumental move to lower drug costs by 30 to 80 percent, using the Most Favored Nation trade policy device, which ties U.S. drug prices to the lowest prices paid by other high-income countries (e.g., Canada, Japan, or European nations) for the same medications.

But the Covid vaccine shots loom over the land like an ominous miasma that no one wants to talk about. The evidence has mounted steadily that the shots were ineffective and deeply harmful to many of the people who took them, especially those who got multiple boosters. The result, apparently, is a shocking rise in rare and aggressive cancers, immune system dysfunction, damage to the heart and blood vessels, neurological disorders, and much more. The CDC under “Joe Biden” worked desperately to hide all that, but it came out, anyway, because it was too big to hide.

81-percent of the US population submitted to the Covid vaccine shots. So, you can suppose that all that would be an extremely touchy matter. To admit all that scary information to the public arena would likely set off a politically dangerous fury. You can see why Mr. Trump would avoid going near it in the early going of his second term. But eventually he must come to terms with it.

Likewise, sooner or later, Bobby Kennedy, Jr., will have to take some kind of stand on the Covid vaccines, namely stopping the shots altogether. Whatever you think of the childhood vaccine schedule — a red-hot issue these days — it seems quite insane that the Covid mRNA vaccine is still included on it. It is still officially recommended by the CDC. Among the “much more” effects of the shots is damage to human fertility. You must ask: by giving these shots to kids as young as six-months, are we setting up a nation that won’t be able to have children? Pretty spooky.

The trouble now lies in the widespread and justified perception that the COVID-19 vaccine program is so corrupt and pernicious that to leave it in place—while instead talking about the dangers of junk food—is an impertinence and a vexation.

I suspect that Secretary Kennedy understands this perception. At the same time, I understand that he is trying to expand his base of supporters by cultivating friends and allies among people are generally interested in health matters, but who do not yet understand his longstanding concerns about vaccine safety.

As with any momentous undertaking, the endeavor of abolishing the COVID-19 vaccine can only succeed with sufficient support and backing. And, as is generally the case in human affairs, timing also plays a critical role. ...

Regarding President Trump: many suspect that he is too enamored with the notion that Operation Warp Speed was a great achievement to recognize the signs that it was a corrupt scam.

Many have expressed the opinion to me that only ego—and a longstanding habit of wanting to appear to win—can now account for President Trump’s ongoing refusal to repudiate the abominable program.

While these psychological factors may play a role, it seems to me that the bigger problem facing President Trump is that the Vaccine Cartel that brought us the COVID-19 pandemic and the infernal COVID-19 vaccine remains the most powerful mafia organization in history.

The Vaccine Cartel still has powerful allies in the Department of Defense, the intelligence agencies, and in every newsroom and editorial office in the country. Moreover, a large proportion of the American electorate is still completely brainwashed about the COVID-19 vaccine.

On a practical note, the Trump administration would do wonders for its credibility by at least eliminating the COVID-19 vaccine program for children. The approval of the vaccine for kids has always been the most abominable feature of the program. ...

Commissioner Makary should consider that there is no reason to wait and deliberate any longer. The data is clear. The COVID-19 shot has zero benefit for young people and has caused many to suffer innumerable harms and even death.

The COVID mRNA shots were/are always going to be an immunological catastrophe for humanity.

The primary danger of the COVID-19 mRNA injections has always been one’s own immune system’s attack response by the mighty CD8+ Cytotoxic T Lymphocyte cells (AKA Killer T-cells):

The COVID-19 mRNA injections must be recalled from the market and mRNA-based products must be banned because the modified mRNA-LNP genetic technology platform is fundamentally flawed & dangerous by design.

These modified mRNA-LNP COVID-19 injections, that trigger one's own immune system to attack & kill one's own formerly healthy cells (that have been instructed to produce/express foreign, non-self proteins), no matter where those cells are in the body, never should have been made available to the public in the first place.

When the (designed to be long-lasting) n1-methyl pseudouridine modified mRNA transfects one's cells, and gives instructions for the ribosomes to make & express foreign non-self proteins (such as the toxic SARS-CoV-2 spike protein), one's immune system sends the CD8+ cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTLs) to kill those formerly healthy cells that are now making & expressing non-self proteins.

There's no limit to the horrible consequences of injecting into your body something that triggers your own immune system to attack & kill your own formerly healthy cells & tissues.

The danger is NOT limited to just getting more COVID “boosters”. ANY mRNA gene “therapy” product that transfects your cells and instructs those cells to produce foreign non-self proteins (ANY non-self protein) will trigger an immune system attack response against your own cells & tissues (the role of the Killer T-cells is to monitor ALL the cells of the body, ready to destroy/kill any that express foreign, non-self proteins). No one who took these mRNA COVID injections made an informed decision. Most people had no clue about what they allowed to be injected into their bodies...

Part 2

AFTER the mighty CD8+ Cytotoxic T Lymphocyte cells (AKA Killer T-cells) attack response to modified mRNA transfected cells of tissues & organs inside your body:

After the primary immune system attack response by the cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTLs), resulting in varying degrees of tissue damage & pathology in different people, a lot happens...

The CTLs will not be able to kill every cell making non-self (spike) protein, so some amount of foreign (spike) protein will get made & released from your cells. That amount will also vary from person to person.

Specialized cells called antigen-presenting cells, especially dendritic cells and macrophages, spring into action. Long story short…you will get serum antibodies made against those foreign proteins which is the stated goal of any shot called a vaccine.

But that can take up to 2 weeks, and during that time, the foreign non-self (spike) proteins are biologically active and will attach to various cellular receptors, resulting in a whole new level of possible tissue destruction.

Now your immune system will activate macrophages & neutrophils that will kill THOSE cells through inflammatory pathways, regardless of whether or not the non-self proteins are toxic themselves.

And if the non-self proteins ARE toxic, like the pathogenic spike proteins, they can cause problems like tissue damage all by themselves without your immune system even being involved at that point.

But your adaptive immune system has done its job & you've made your serum antibodies by now! Yippee!

Too bad those (non-neutralizing, leaky) serum antibodies can only REACT to a (SARS-CoV-2) infection...it is biologically impossible for serum antibodies (in the blood) to PREVENT respiratory infections that enter the body through the mucosa of the mouth/throat, nose, & eyes.

To PREVENT respiratory infections requires a strong innate immune system with mucosal immunity and secretory IgA to stop the respiratory infection at the mucosal and epithelial barriers (stopping the infection OUTSIDE your body and PREVENTING the infection from getting INSIDE your body).

And this is also where the CTLs are supposed to do their cell-destroying activities. When epithelial cells in the mouth/throat, nose, & eyes are infected (like can happen with respiratory diseases) the CTLs will kill those infected cells.

Epithelial cells at the epithelial barrier can be replaced, usually in just a few days in most people. But injections bypass your body's natural protections and send their payload into your body, where that payload can enter your lymph system and bloodstream.

And in the case of the modified mRNA-LNP gene "therapy" injections, this can be disastrous, starting with the immune system attack response against transfected cells of tissues & organs (INSIDE your body) that are now making foreign non-self proteins.

Replacing cells from now damaged tissues and organs inside your body is a complicated process that can take weeks or longer, with some areas unable to be repaired at all.

The modification of natural mRNA with synthetic n1-methyl pseudouridine made the modified mRNA longer lasting and resistant to the body’s natural breakdown processes. A Nobel Prize was awarded specifically for this use of longer lasting pseudouridine in the COVID mRNA injections.

The pseudouridine modified mRNA is causing a +1 ribosomal frameshift, as well as a reverse reading, so some people may make spike proteins AND mystery (or junk) non-self proteins.

Studies have found that an antibody subclass switch to IgG4 can occur between mRNA shot #2 & #3, which is sending a stand-down signal to the immune system, essentially telling the immune system to tolerate and ignore the (toxic pathogenic) spike proteins instead of actively fighting to clear the spike from the body.

And people who are getting "booster" after "booster" are repeatedly triggering these immune system activities and causing persistent systemic inflammation, which can cause hyper-immune and autoimmune responses...and then possible immune system exhaustion as your immune system becomes overwhelmed.

And then there's the plasmid DNA contamination (with the oncogenic SV-40 promotor sequence) that's been discovered. There are a number of ways in which integration into the human genome is possible...

I'm calling on Governor Ron DeSantis to ban the jab. I've been following the covid 19 situation extensively, as most of us have, since 2020, and it's clear to me that this, you know, this so-called vaccine is dangerous. It's harming and killing people all over the world. I believe it's killed probably about 17 million people around the world and maybe as much as 700,000 people in the United States alone. And millions of people have been seriously injured by this thing.

It's clear to me that this jab comes from a US bioweapons program, and there was a measure and a countermeasure, the measure somehow was released on the world population and did tremendous damage, and then the countermeasure was released in early 2021, late 2020, early 2021, came from the same soup, it came, you know, the same program. Clearly the thing is dangerous, it does not work, doesn't prevent transmission, it doesn't prevent severe injury or death, it does nothing other than harm people.

I believe it's the greatest medical scandal certainly in my lifetime if not in history, so I have no idea why public officials are allowing this thing to remain on the market.

I think the salient point is this. Since early 2021 the data about harms was in. So Governor DeSantis had to know, his folks in Florida had to know. Certainly folks throughout the federal government knew this thing was harming and killing people. Certainly folks throughout all the public health agencies around the country in the various states had to know. And yet they did nothing to stop it. And they're still doing nothing to stop it. In my opinion that is something akin to, you know, while I'm not a lawyer, that looks like something like negligent homicide.

So this thing needs to be banned immediately.

So we're starting with Governor DeSantis because in our opinion, in my opinion, Governor DeSantis is one of the most successful and influential governors in the United States and he's running for president, and he really needs to step up now to ban this thing to stop the killing, and stop you know, the, the harms that are coming from this, this, this bioweapon.

So please, Governor DeSantis, do the right thing now, ban this job. If you do, I think a lot of people like me will consider voting for you because you'll be showing the kind of leadership that needs to be exhibited right now during this international crisis. So please, Governor DeSantis, ban this jab immediately.

The recent Senate hearing on COVID-19 vaccine myocarditis and other serious adverse events was a turning point for the MAHA movement in its battle against the Bio-Pharmaceutical Complex. No one is saying the COVID-19 vaccines are safe anymore. Everyone knows they can result in serious and fatal vaccine injury syndromes including myocarditis, blood clots, strokes, and acute anaphylaxis ending life in the vaccine center or a few hours later.

Emerald Robinson admitted on the Absolute Truth that she is a “MAHA Mom” who wants to see the COVID-19 vaccines pulled off the market. She pursued Dr. McCullough on this topic several times during the interview. McCullough made these observations:

US FDA new warnings on myocarditis for Pfizer and Moderna harmonized the age range from 16-25 years, which is misleading since it occurs at older ages as well.

US FDA new label fails to list “death” or black box warning for myocarditis, anaphylaxis, or other proven fatal syndromes in the peer-reviewed published literature.

NEJM publication by FDA indicated 31 million Americans should be taking COVID-19 vaccines according to new, narrowed recommendations. This is out of touch with reality which is only 15% of Americans are taking shots dwindling every week.

US FDA greenlighted fall 2025 boosters for a now extinct variant.

No country in the world has removed COVID-19 vaccines from the market and ended the vaccine campaign.

Dr. McCullough pointed out the oddest closing remark by RFK at his joint press release with FDA and NIH staffers Makary and Bhattacharya. He said by restricting use of COVID-19 vaccines the government had taken a big step in making America healthier again! What does that mean? More COVID-19 vaccination was making America unhealthy? Less vaccination is healthier? Would no COVID-19 vaccination be healthiest?

Robinson asked: “who was really giving the orders on vaccines?” McCullough said it appears to be someone above Trump and Biden. If Trump wanted to distinguish himself from Sleepy Joe, the boldest move he could make would be to pull the products of the market. Instead Trump remains in lockstep with Biden and maintains a no interview policy on the topic as the campaign grinds onward. Please enjoy this interview and appreciate Robinson’s frustration.

If Kennedy were as principled as we thought, he would have ordered these treatments to be banned and, if prevented from doing so, he should have resigned very publicly, making it clear why. He already knows how his father and uncle died and that there is a price on his head as well. But he knew the risks of the job when he took it. This is so hard to explain. Is there something that we don’t know about? Are there extraterrestrial aliens in control of this? What gives?

On May 30, 2025, the FDA issued an approval letter1 for Moderna’s new mRNA Covid “vaccine,” and the conditions that go with it. Somehow, many informed people seem unable to grasp what this means. The mRNA slaughter of millions of Americans, in particular the elderly, pregnant women, and their children, will continue. With 38,615 deaths from Covid vaccines reported to the FDA as of today, mostly from the U.S., the FDA on May 30 authorized the continued use of the deadly mRNA vaccines.2 And as we will discuss further on, each of these reported deaths represents more than 100 actual deaths that go unreported.

The FDA approval letter continues to support the mass killing of older people with the jabs and leaves open the mass jab assault on pregnant women and their offspring. The “vaccine” trials had no placebo controls, and the Moderna presentation of its case for approval was considered so perfect that it did not warrant an FDA Review Committee because, believe it or not, it was not “controversial.”

The strategy in the FDA approval letter continues the murder of the elderly, and it will continue to inflict multiple diseases on the population, including sterility, cardiovascular disease, turbo cancers, increased rates and severity of respiratory illnesses, and a general decline in our immune systems.3

To make matters much, much worse, Kennedy has now released a statement on X that reassures people that there is nothing, absolutely nothing, to worry about surrounding the FDA approval of the latest mRNA vaccine. Never mind the lack of a placebo control group or an FDA Vaccine Committee Review. Never mind that there’s no prohibition against giving it to pregnant women. Never mind, there is no restraint whatsoever on continuing the slaughter of old people, who are disproportionately the ones already being killed and most harmed.

During the first, chaotic months of the pandemic, Heritage was cautious, and supported limited mitigations. However, by mid-2020, Heritage had pivoted and begun criticizing extended shutdowns, school closures, and the economic wreckage caused by the indefinite exercise of emergency powers. It began promoting reopening plans, emphasizing in-person education, and stressing the constitutional limits on governors and federal agencies. By 2021, it had joined the anti-mandate wars, and filed amicus briefs in some of the biggest pandemic lawsuits, such as the case challenging OSHA’s vaccine-or-repeat-test rules and the CMS mandates.

In its legal briefs, Heritage described vaccine mandates as unconstitutional and an “abuse of executive power.” By 2022, Heritage publications frequently included terms like “public health tyranny,” “bureaucratic overreach,” and “scientific censorship.” It collaborated with governors like Ron DeSantis to craft alternative state health policies to preserve liberty, informed consent, and free choice.

Unquestionably, Heritage helped reshape the post-pandemic conservative agenda into one of dark skepticism toward technocracy and deep distrust of “experts.” It became a central intellectual force behind the anti-mandate movement— focusing on constitutional arguments, economic liberty, and parental control over health decisions.

That’s all terrific, and it is just what you would hope the world’s premier conservative think tank would do. But still, I have a minor gripe. There has long been one missing piece: Heritage has never directly criticized the vaccines. ...

Heritage has consistently and carefully framed its jab position as, “We are not against the vaccine. We are against the government forcing people to take it.” Fair enough. But with all the ‘nudging,’ sly coercive techniques, and censorship, and with vulnerable children, pregnant women, and adults being pressured and propagandized by false government health guidance, the libertarian position relative to the vaccines (keeping them voluntary) falls short of the mark.

Based on what I saw at Heritage on Tuesday, it appears the nation’s most influential think tank is preparing to wade into anti-vaccine waters.

Following the public panel where I spoke (which I’ve linked), Heritage invited about 30 MAHA influencers to a 2-hour private roundtable. About a half-dozen Heritage policy wonks also attended. I’m bound by a confidentiality agreement, but I can say they asked us for suggestions about how the vaccines could be rolled back. They did not take any clear position on the issue; but the fact that they organized the meeting, asked the questions, listened carefully, and engaged dynamically was incredibly encouraging.

I may be overstating the case to a modest degree, but it seems to me that, if Heritage joins the fight, the covid mRNA vaccines’ days are numbered. I was encouraged, and you should be, too.

The bold declaration came during a candid interview with Dr. Campbell, where Malhotra hinted that behind closed doors, top officials are scrambling to distance themselves from what many now view as one of the greatest medical catastrophes in modern history.

Malhotra, a former UK National Health Service (NHS) insider who was once pro-vaccine, has become one of the most credible and outspoken critics of the mRNA rollout.

He is now serving as Chief Medical Advisor to Trump and Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s MAHA Committee, a new vaccine safety body.

Malhotra says the writing is on the wall.

“They’re doing their due diligence.

“But when you look at the real data—the excess deaths, the cardiac events—this product has no business being on the market.”

ACIP didn’t schedule a vote today on COVID-19 vaccines. The committee only heard data presentations by the work group and engaged in a question-and-answer session.

Today’s meeting was the first since U.S. Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. fired the previous 17 ACIP members and replaced them with eight (now seven) new members. ...

During the first round of questions and answers, ACIP committee co-chair Martin Kulldorff, Ph.D., raised concerns that none of the data presented by the CDC work group came from randomized placebo-controlled trials, and that the observational studies did not use more rigorous case-controlled studies, but instead used test-negative studies, which can introduce more bias. ...

ACIP member Retsef Levi, Ph.D., questioned the CDC’s interpretation of its own efficacy data. He noted that the elderly population hospitalized with COVID-19 had higher vaccination rates than the general population.

He said a different interpretation of the same data could be that the COVID-19 vaccine makes people more vulnerable to multiple viruses. ...

New ACIP member Dr. Robert Malone also called for more transparency in the methods used. He asked for the data on the other safety outcomes the work group had ruled out. He also raised concerns about the long-term presence of the spike protein.

Healthy infants, children and adolescents aged <18 years are not recommended to receive COVID-19 vaccine

COVID-19 vaccine is not recommended for healthy infants, children or adolescents who do not have medical conditions that increase their risk of severe illness. This is because the risk of severe illness was extremely low in this cohort over the course of the pandemic, and benefits of vaccination are not considered to outweigh the potential harms.

FDA stalls decision on petition to suspend mRNA injections, citing ‘other priorities’

The US regulator quietly delays action on a petition calling for the suspension of mRNA injections—despite evidence of regulatory failure, DNA contamination, and a surge in cancers among young people.

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has delayed its response to a formal petition demanding the suspension of the mRNA Covid-19 injections, citing “the existence of other FDA priorities.”

In a letter dated 17 July 2025, Dr Vinay Prasad—recently appointed Director of the FDA’s Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research (CBER)—acknowledged that the agency had “not yet reached resolution of the issues raised” in the petition.

Filed on 20 January 2025, the petition alleges that Pfizer’s Comirnaty and Moderna’s Spikevax were “unlawfully approved” in violation of federal regulatory requirements.

It calls for an immediate halt to the injections, independent testing of retained vials, and a full investigation into the approval process. ...

Because the DNA is encapsulated in lipid nanoparticles, it can bypass normal immune defences, enter human cells, and in some cases integrate into the genome. The potential consequences, the petition warns, include genomic instability, cancer, and heritable genetic damage.

One of the most serious findings is the presence of SV40 promoter sequences in Pfizer’s injection—elements known to interfere with tumour-suppressing pathways such as p53.

The petition accuses Pfizer of withholding this information from the FDA in breach of disclosure laws. ...

Under federal law, the FDA was required to respond to the petition within 180 days.

Just before the deadline, it issued a standard interim letter—acknowledging the petitioners’ main concerns but offering no timeline for a final decision.

Nor did the agency indicate that any investigation had begun. “We will respond to your petition as soon as we have reached a decision on your request,” wrote Prasad.

The agency’s delay is not uncommon—but critics say it reflects a deeper reluctance to confront the scientific and regulatory implications head-on.

Fully addressing the petition would require a sweeping and uncomfortable re-evaluation of how mRNA technologies were developed, approved, and marketed under the guise of conventional ‘vaccines.’

If the products were unlawfully licensed—mislabelled as vaccines to circumvent gene therapy regulations—the fallout would be unprecedented.

The admission alone could expose governments to extraordinary legal and financial liability—including product withdrawals, class actions, long-term health monitoring, injury compensation, and potential criminal investigations.

Gillespie said the FDA is caught “between a rock and a hard place”—but that doesn’t excuse inaction. He believes the recent surge in cancers among young people demands urgent scrutiny.

ACIP launches sweeping Covid-19 vaccine review under Retsef Levi

Billions of Covid vaccine doses were rolled out on assurances they were safe and effective. Now, ACIP’s new Covid immunisation working group is asking the questions regulators never did. ...

Now, Levi is no longer just a dissenter.

He has been appointed chair of the CDC’s new Covid-19 vaccine working group, and with today’s release of its Terms of Reference, the scale of his task has come into sharp focus.

Under the guidance of Levi and his colleagues, the ACIP working group now has a mandate unlike anything the committee has ever undertaken.

For the first time, federal advisers will investigate the unresolved issues that have dogged the vaccines since their rushed rollout in late 2020.

From DNA contamination in the manufacturing process to the persistence of spike protein and mRNA in the body, from immune class switching following repeated boosting to safety in pregnancy, cardiovascular risks, and long-term disability, the list of questions is as sweeping as it is sensitive.

The Terms of Reference stretch far beyond the narrow remit that characterised ACIP’s early deliberations, when myocarditis was acknowledged as the only confirmed harm and most safety reviews stopped at 42 days.

Levi and his team are now tasked with probing long-term outcomes, mapping vaccine policies around the world, and assessing, to what extent, years of official reassurances about safety and efficacy hold up against emerging data.

It is a striking reversal for the CDC and the FDA.

For years, these agencies dismissed critics who raised concerns about DNA contamination, biodistribution, immune imprinting, or reproductive safety as “alarmists” and spreaders of “misinformation.”

Now, the CDC’s own advisory body has committed to revisiting each of those questions in detail, and to identifying the gaps in evidence that should have been addressed before mass vaccination ever began.

The stakes could not be higher.

Covid-19 vaccines remain one of the most divisive issues in medicine, and the CDC’s credibility has been battered by accusations of selective data presentation. ...

DEMASI: I looked at the terms of reference – there's an extraordinary range of issues, from DNA contamination to pregnancy safety to immune imprinting. What do you see as the most pressing issues?

LEVI: Yes, this is a comprehensive and ambitious agenda we’ll be working on in the coming months and years. The work group will set priorities, and in consultation with the CDC, we will focus on key issues fundamental to understanding the efficacy and safety of the Covid-19 vaccines.

This is new technology, so it raises new questions. For example, unlike traditional vaccines, when a Covid vaccine is administered, we don’t know the actual dose. The vaccine introduces into the body’s cells the mRNA code that is wrapped in nano lipids, and as a result the cells are instructed to produce the spike protein. However, everyone could produce a different amount of spike protein. The initial safety paradigm was that the vaccine contents would only stay in the arm and be cleared after a short duration. Now we know that’s not true – so we need to understand the biodistribution and persistence of the mRNA, the spike protein, and the lipid nanoparticles, and what their respective risks are.

DEMASI: Hearing you say all this feels surreal. Billions of doses have been administered, and we were assured the testing was “rigorous.” Yet now you’re saying there are huge unknowns — about dosage, how long it lingers in the body, even its safety. Were we lied to by public health authorities?

LEVI: I want to be forward-facing. I think that the new ACIP was appointed with a goal of asking more questions and bringing all the available information and knowledge needed to understand the efficacy and the safety of these Covid-19 vaccines. Many of our questions are not fully answered and require further investigation. I believe that only transparent and comprehensive pursuit of the answers will allow us to rebuild trust, and ensure that whatever we recommend is based on the best scientific evidence, and honesty about what we know and what we do not know.

DEMASI: But again, shouldn’t this have been done before we started injecting people?

LEVI: I hear you. I believe that the new ACIP members were appointed to assess and change the way ACIP makes recommendations. We will leave no stone unturned and look at all possible data from the FDA to the CDC, from the published and unpublished literature, and from the experience of clinicians who care for patients as well as from patients themselves. We need to be fully transparent about what we know, and what we don't, and unfortunately that was not always practised consistently in the past. My intention is to be part of changing that. ...

DEMASI: So, would you consider these “gene therapies” or not?

LEVI: I think that this is something very valid to argue because the Covid vaccine delivers genetic material to cells so they make the spike protein. Also, as you know, there is an issue with DNA contamination – high levels of plasmid DNA found in the vaccines – which is not supposed to be there, and the question is, what is that doing to the body? There is evidence that some people may still be producing spike protein more than 700 days after the last vaccination. That's a very concerning finding.

DEMASI: So are you saying that if someone is still making spike protein 700 days after being vaccinated, then some of the contaminating plasmid DNA – which is not supposed to be there - may have integrated into their genome and they are now a spike factory?

LEVI: Well, I think that’s definitely one of the plausible mechanisms that could explain this finding. Yes. There might be others, and this is an example of a major gap in our current knowledge that requires further research, promptly.

DEMASI: There’s so much zealotry surrounding vaccines, I don’t know why it is so hard to imagine that they may cause long-term harms…

LEVI: For some reason, there is a misconception that harms of vaccines primarily show up shortly after vaccination, and long-term harms are assumed to be unlikely and essentially ignored. But remember that the goal of vaccination is to drive a long-term impact on the immune system, so why don’t we acknowledge that it may also cause long-term harm? We also have to look at what repeated exposure does – especially with vaccines that are given every season, like Covid-19. We know already that they create some unique changes in the composition of antibodies – there is what is known as class switching – antibodies switching into IgG4 – which is typically considered to have a role in downregulating the immune response. It is also associated with a lot of autoimmune conditions. Now, do we know for sure what the impact is? No, but this is another important set of questions we have to answer, and that we’ll be examining. ...

DEMASI: One of those gaps in the terms of reference is Covid vaccines in pregnancy. Thoughts?

LEVI: Yes, vaccinating pregnant women is particularly concerning. We tell them not to eat sushi, right? We place many restrictions during this time because pregnancy is a delicate biological process, and any interruption or exposure could have grave implications for the foetus, baby, and mother. Yet with Covid vaccines we gave broad recommendations in pregnancy, with no clinical trials. The original pivotal trials excluded pregnant women, and the only trial ever conducted was very small, underpowered, focused on vaccination in later stages of pregnancy and stopped early. Having researched this topic myself, I can say the literature is mostly retrospective observational studies – methodologically weak for assessing safety. I believe the process we followed failed the principle of ‘first do no harm.’ We need a different approach: be honest about what we know and don’t, and do what it takes to close these gaps, including potentially randomised clinical trials.

DEMASI: The terms of reference make a note that you will compare US policy with policies in other countries… why is that important?

LEVI: In many ways, US vaccination policy is among the most aggressive in the world, including with Covid vaccines until recently. Mapping those differences and understanding the rationale of other countries, and comparing the pros and cons, is part of our job. For example, in the US we give the hepatitis B vaccine on the first day of life. That’s not the case in Sweden, Denmark and other countries. When we even discuss not doing that here, some people scream “it’s a crime”… But Sweden and Denmark have reasonable policies and we could potentially learn from them.

DEMASI: Much of this inquiry will come too late for people who've already been vaccine-injured. What do you say to that? What is in it for them?

LEVI: I'm glad you're asking this, because I want to make sure we don't leave them behind. We have a moral obligation to do whatever we can to document the injuries and care for injured people – not just Covid vaccine injuries, but vaccine injuries more broadly. Not only have we not done this in the US, but often vaccine-injured people have been outrageously gaslighted and accused of being anti-vaxxers…

DEMASI: Right, they took the vaccine and they’re still called anti-vaxxers…

LEVI: That’s flawed and morally wrong. We want to acknowledge and validate them. I hope that a big part of our work will be to understand the vaccine. As part of doing that we're going to engage the physicians who care for these patients, to build an understanding of how these injuries occur, what the typical patterns and mechanisms are, and where the current diagnostic and therapeutic gaps lie. Many vaccine-injured patients go from doctor to doctor, are gaslit, and rarely or wrongly diagnosed. From this process, I hope we will be able to formulate recommendations regarding policies the CDC and other agencies could adopt to create a system that acknowledges injuries, diagnoses them, and invests in the research needed to develop treatments.

DEMASI: At the last meeting, the CDC only admitted to myocarditis as the only real signal. Do you expect that your investigations will uncover more safety signals?

LEVI: When you read through the literature, the statement that the only harm the Covid-19 vaccines cause is myocarditis—seems to me very detached from reality. We need a far more nuanced approach that does not just look narrowly at short-term specific diagnoses but instead looks more broadly at what we know about potential harms. This is the only way we can rebuild and sustain trust in vaccines.

DEMASI: You are on social media occasionally, so surely, you’ve seen people screaming that we already have enough data to recommend no one gets another mRNA shot. Ever. What’s your reaction?

LEVI: I understand the impatience and realise we might receive different criticisms. However, I strongly believe that unless we run a very rigorous and evidence-based process it will be hard to secure broad trust in ACIP recommendations – and this is critical.
