It would be interesting to see if I can find Bluetooth signals near recent graves, but not away further from them. I'm 99.9% sure I would not find such a signal, but not 100% sure.

I live in a pretty dense neighborhood, and from the second floor I can see only my own devices and two Bluetooth speakers that don't belong to me. So not that many.

Not even sure that Bluetooth could be detected between a person on ground level and a grave eight feet under and in a concrete-encased box.
And what would the energy source for the signal even be? I don't think there's such a thing as passive bluetooth. It has to actively broadcast, and that requires an energy source.
Maybe these guys are part of the well-known CIA technique of associating clear insanity with topics they don't want people to talk about.
