Last week the MSM tried to pump up the rumor mills by saying "The DA and Prosecutors are 'signaling' that they are preparing to get ready to commence to meet on thinking about forming a committee on whether they would or not in fact indeed prosecute one Donald J. Trump" they said a whole bunch of nothing, without any fat of reality in it. That only serves to preface the media narrative to start a news cycle of shitting on Trump with more made up hyperbole. Trump has forced them to reveal if any of that is true or not. Remember they have to have a case that a Judge would sign off on. If they had that, Trump would have been in jail a long time ago we all know that. Grand Juries are persuaded by bad aggressive prosecutors all the time. The real bad offenses, the judges flat out refuse and dismiss.

The DA having his hand forced my very well bring charges, just to save face. But we all know they'll never convict. I can even see some judge like Sullivan filing a Mandamus calling for no bail, and using some TDS mental gymnastics to bolster his case. You don't understand what motivates MAGA donors. If we still had a Democrat controlled Congress, they would have passed a "no Trump for President" bill. The people locked up knew the risk when they did it. I'm okay with protesting, but they all knew going in the Capitol had risks. You can't hold people without a trial, even if they are violent there is a time limit. These people are anything but dangerous. This is not about applying the same standards, it's about weaponizing government. Shit like this only happens in 3rd world countries and failed empires. They need to be released. Back then Trump only had a few days to figure out what really happened, so it's understandable he didn't do a blank/blanket pardon. What happened after that to them though is shameful.
