They losing, and badly. Anyone seeing lockdowns right now despite all the hype around feds buying equipment and trying to scare us into another one last this summer? Despite hitting the one trigger point that still fools most Americans into supporting war, they still don't have the support. It's been about 500 years since they started collecting power through centralization. They aren't at the beginning of anything. This is their last desperate gasp at the end.
