Look how he just sits there quiet. His expression says it all, he came to the show, expecting to be given the microphone and let him Demsplain why we got to trust the science on Covid and the Vaccine. He never once tried to shut him down, only to interrupt and say "Monday morning quarterback!" after the host said "Sunday Quarterback".

Concentration camp science guard grilled, forgets standardized agitprop when challenged. Musta not gotten the updated scripts from Switzerland or received his bonus.

He's a low IQ diversity hire meant to replace Carl Sagan and will never come close to filling his shoes.

He's also a rays cyst.

What's next, is he going to go tranny?

Here's the full video, if anyone is interested in the full exchange.
I tried to find it on Rumble and couldn't find it anywhere, it's not on Youtube. And Google is hiding it. I had to Google The High Wire to find it.

@Tenpoundbass - there's no link. You didn't post a link to the full video.

Nevermind - found the full link: https://thehighwire.com/ark-videos/del-debates-neil-degrasse-tyson/

It's the first entry if you do this search: https://yandex.com/search/?text=the+high+wire+neil+degrass+tyson

Look, I'm in fucking silly con valley, don't use our bullshit. We're infiltrated! We built all this shit, we never expected the companies we worked for and built to betray the FUCKING CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES, but they have. Find alternatives! Listen to us, have SOME trust in us, trust but verify, that's fine. We're telling you the truth. We know!

Other sites might be as shitty and infiltrated as our sites, but it can't be too much worse. I'm going to Russian search engines at this point, not only for political information, but TECHNICAL information at this point. Apparently trannies and minority hires can't do the job, as well as, you know, competent people that were hired for merit. Yandex is a well over a decade behind, and it's already superior.

Consensus is not science

If “science communicator” Neil deGrasse Tyson were in charge, scientific paradigms would never shift.

Dr. Tyson in 1633, “I’m not interested in Galileo’s research. I’m interested in scientific consensus! The sun revolves around the earth!”

Dr. Tyson in 1847, “I’m not interested in Semmelweis’s research. I’m interested in medical consensus! Hand washing does NOT prevent puerperal fever!”

Dr. Tyson in 1960, “I’m not interested in what Frances Kelsey has to say. She’s only been at the FDA one month. I’m interested in scientific consensus! Thalidomide is safe and effective!”

The fact is, Dr. Tyson has contempt for actual science. Any actual scientist knows that “scientific consensus” is politics not science. Actual science follows the principle Nullius in verba — “take nobody’s word for it” (examine the evidence for yourself).

Science is supposed to be extremely skeptical.

One test or experiment isn't enough.

The Replication Crisis, especially in the Social Sciences, is getting worse and is being glossed over.

A huge part of it is the increasing unwillingnes of researchers to release not only the raw data, but the reasoning behind collating the data as they did. Often it's kept under wraps for years, partially to protect the investment of the research for maximum self-promotion, but also I suspect to prevent constructive criticism.

A few years ago, the entire Food Science Department of an Ohio or Indiana University was finally called out by grad students, the guy in charge had been P-hacking for years to eliminate non-significant results for maximum PR and Prestige.

EDIT: The head of the University Dept was looking to FIND stat significant results, not be stuck with ones inside the MoE

The dude is an idiot. What was it 10-20 years ago he got thrust forward as some brilliant person. The more I watch him the more I cringe. He literally just makes shit up in a lot of his interviews. Interviewers get burned by it because they think he's a genius and they can't possible know more. So he's never been challenged until covid. And well, he was woefully wrong as most were.

Mistakes happen, but to double down on what was obviously not working makes you an idiot in my world. Then when I see past interviews it's way worse than I realized. He's a 4 year science grad (mentally) that didn't retain shit. I don't care if he's got a doctorate. They hand them out to blacks like crack as token "awards" so that can get sit on their hand diversity hire jobs for big tech and pharma. It's the bologna of meat and not the prime ribeye or filet. People are shocked when bologna comes out, or should be at least.

The biggest crime to humanity is they put him on the end of a stick and used him to remake "The Cosmos", but really it was just an opportunity to dig at Jesus, and promote Man smart Neil smarter.

Tyson is on television.

There, you have everything you need to know about him. You're not allowed on the propaganda box unless you tow the line. You might be allowed on as a guest once or twice, but generally if you are, you'll get an audience that just entirely disagrees with you, so you won't get any traction. This gives the appearance that there's "debate" on it.

He's been on stuff like Rogan though. If you have the patience within you to listen to that fool for a couple hours, you'll hear some of the dumbest stuff ever said for some renowned scientist. He's definitely a personality, but not a scientist. There are some highly brilliant people that are on TV. NTD is not one of them. And no before some goes there, has nothing to do with the color of his skin.

I don't think Tyson is particularly brilliant. I think Thomas Sowell is quite intelligent, and no, it has nothing to do with the color of their skin.

The problem with Tyson, or any "expert" in one field (and Sowell has pointed this out) is that experts in one field think that much be knowledgeable in many fields. That's Noam Chomsky in a nutshell. He has some good general knowledge about geopolitics in particular with Israel, but he's too stupid to recognize Israel is OBVIOUSLY not interested in a 2 state solution, or he with-holds this. Chomsky, a Jewish man, was demanding that the government force everybody to get the vaccination, and he's highly critical of the US government. Imagine in the Nazis really did just want to exterminate the Jews, how easy would that have been with the technology of today coupled with a forced injection?

It's not hard to give somebody cancer with an injection today. Just inject a fairly radioactive substance that your body can't metabolize or excrete. You're doomed.
